Cigar selection is outstanding, and they have all the standard cigarette selection as your local gas station. The humidor is beautiful, and it's always a very laid-back chill vibe. Sat in my car and a man, his wife and 2 kids walked up to the door, within a few minutes a man appeared and opened the door and let everyone in. When I first arrived Yelp asked me was the store kid friendly? Yes. The Male worker never mentioned the kids in the store, only the father made a statement that in today's climate could be considered...not the point. I took my time with no pressure and noticed how reasonable the prices were, the family made their purchase. The Male worker (never asked his name or position) acknowledged me, and I did not make me feel uncomfortable. I told him which pieces i wanted and than we began conversation while he was ringing me up. I will definitely frequent this shop, the only downside for me is that he had many colors except my favorite RED, I bought 2 pieces and a new bowl, and will be back to check for some RED soon.

She went back inside and explained to the clerk one vape was not functional. He told her there was nothing he could do, he wouldn't exchange the device. He directed her to a sign that said no returns. She explained she was not told when she purchased the vapes there was a "no return" policy. She added that she purchased something for $30 and that she can't believe she is out of her money for a non-functioning device that they sold her. The clerk refused to consider this and just kept citing they have a "no return" policy even though they are selling items that do not work. I strongly suggest because of the above, think wisely before you purchase a device at this place of business because one, it may not work. Two, if it doesn't they will not be accountable for the items they are selling and you will simply be out of the money you spent.
