I tried to ask through the loud music for a certain type of vape but he ignored me. My husband and I usually have a nice experience shopping there. But today was certainly different. He obviously did not want to be there nor did he want to help costumers. He sat there like he was super glued to his seat. He is the wrong type of person to run a front counter. Zero social skills and horrible with costumer service.

My wife went and bought two vapes. She went to the car, opened both to make sure they were…read morefunctional; one was, one wasn't. She went back inside and explained to the clerk one vape was not functional. He told her there was nothing he could do, he wouldn't exchange the device. He directed her to a sign that said no returns. She explained she was not told when she purchased the vapes there was a "no return" policy. She added that she purchased something for $30 and that she can't believe she is out of her money for a non-functioning device that they sold her. The clerk refused to consider this and just kept citing they have a "no return" policy even though they are selling items that do not work. I strongly suggest because of the above, think wisely before you purchase a device at this place of business because one, it may not work. Two, if it doesn't they will not be accountable for the items they are selling and you will simply be out of the money you spent.
