Great store. Always clean, and usually always stocked, except when you go looking for the new Bang drink. It's a little pricey, but they have everything and it's a well kept store. Today I met an associate named Melissa, very helpful, very sweet, bubbly and had a nice knowledge of the products. Will.be back soon for that Bang I'm looking for. read more

Good selection, 0 customer service. Employees don't seem to know very much about their products

I come here for the energy drinks on occasion but there's a really rude bitch with curly hair and glasses that works here. She has accused me of stealing drinks in the past and always gives me an attitude. Horrible customer service! Today, I came in with my mom and the woman in question made us feel very unwelcome! I'll order my stuff online next time. I'm tired of dealing with rude people in this community. You don't deserve my business! read more

I keep calling there number and no answer how would they get business if they can't even answer a simple phone call. SMH

Today I was greeted by the manager Erin. Great customer service and made me feel like she cared. I was having a bad day and she totally noticed. I want to thank her for being the change in my day. and helping find the supplements I needed read more

Let me tell you I have been going to this particular Vitamin Shoppe for more than 20 years as I live in the area. Over the years there have been many changes with the crew and the management of this particular store. But let me tell you one thing... Erin who is the manager and her crew are one of the best teams that they have had in this store in a very long time. The staff is not only courteous, but they are knowledgeable with the product line... someone from the staff will always greet you when you come in the door and they make sure that if you have questions, they are there to answer them to the best of their ability. If you need help finding a product, Erin or one of her team members will help you with that too, and their attitude is always very friendly. There is real service being given at this place... I have nothing to complain about. It is definitely my go to place for shopping for supplements or nutritional supplies. I give them five stars... If I could give more than five stars I would! .! just consider me a happy shopper there! read more

The customer service is great and they have everything I need. And they answer all my questions

Erin miller the manager has a great personality. Makes it great for me to shop here. She's very knowledgeable about store products.

Vitamin shoppe would have more stars if it wasn't for ERIN. She's the snobby cashier with glasses. They need to refer her to more trainings on customer service. Every time she's working they never answer the phone and claim it doesn't work but it rings non stop. Seems like new management needs to step in considering SEVERAL reviews are about her specifically. read more

The Vitamin Shoppe - don't believe these review responses that make it seem like they're helping. They don't reach out - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Palmdale, California

This is my go to supplement shop in the AV. They run a lot of good sales every few months. The best sales they have are on their shop bran protein and supplements. Usually a buy one get one free deal. They also match price if you find a supplement cheaper somewhere else (except Amazon). read more

Just wanted to stop in and say I always feel so welcomed at this store! The staff is awesome and always so helpful. We are on a 1st name basis, and I just can not understand the bad reviews of miss Erin! If ever I have a question about a product, they always have an answer for.me, or.if they don't, they find it. I'm always looking for a good deal and they sell a lot of different bands. You can always find something want, if not they'll help you order it! Honestly, we always stop here for the energy drinks and vitamis we need. read more

This store has the rudest and most incompetent staff you can imagine. When I asked a question, all I got was a sarcastic answer and treated me like I was an idiot!!! Never again. read more

Other than the store being empty with absolutely no customers. Does not surprise me due to workers like Erin. Absolutely no customer service and did nothing to accomplish her one task to actually take care of the customer. Rude! Rude! Rude! Will not return read more

I came in looking for digestive health supplements due to recent health concerns. Staff was very attentive and very sweet, Especially Emma, she was very professional and had a great attitude. She also recommended an amazing probiotic supplement. Definitely got the bang for your buck. I would recommend to anyone looking for vitamins and I will be coming back. read more

Scarlett at The Vitamin Shoppe is so amazing and helpful! She spent the time to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!

The Caucasian older lady with glasses has yet to ever have good customer service. I believe she might be a manager. She turned stared did not say hello or welcome and then turned her back on me. This is not the first time she has attitude or acts like she is ceo of vitamin shoppe. It makes it uncomfortable to shop or ask questions. I hope they can give her a training to be welcoming to customers. I seen another review about her customer service as well. read more

I've been taking vitamins daily, the only vitamins that I haven't been taking regularly is my calcium. As pictured you can see why. I was at work telling a co worker about the effort I have to go through. in order to pull my calcium vitamins apart, to take them. This topic came up when she saw me trying to swallow some of my gigantic ones. I live in a small town and I know pretty much everyone who works in the vitamin Shoppe. Usually because they're pleasant. I can tell you that there is a new manager however and maybe she didn't remember me. Although we had a long conversation about how she just moved to our city from another state. She is now the very reason why I will not elect to do business with the " The Vitamin Shoppe". As mentioned after telling my co worker about what happened to my calcium it dawned on me that maybe I could just exchange them (after all it wasn't my fault). All my vitamins have been stored the exact same way. So I took them in-store today to ask for an exchange and they asked for a receipt. With everything being electronic of course I don't hold onto receipts but I offered my debit card and my membership information. The guy began telling me that if it's more than 30 days old then they couldn't exchange. Which was fine, I said if it happens to be more than 30 days old. Just give me a number that I can reach out to. My thought was, although it's understandable if they can't do it in store. Someone else in another department would be able to rationalize and exchange the vitamins. Considering the fact that there's no way I could finish 100 capsules in 30 days. Also I had just spent $75 in store less than two weeks prior. He however took the statement personally and began to get worked up at the "audacity" I had to ask for a number and began telling me that it was policy. In which I replied that it's ok. I was just saying there's no way that I could finish 100 capsules in 30 days and definitely not if I have to reach my fingers and try to pry apart capsules. He was still visibly upset which caused the new manager to come over and make matters 100% worse. She told me that if I was unhappy with the outcome (basically if the vitamins were purchased more than 30 days prior). That she was going to be the only person I could talk to. Concluding therefore that no I wouldn't get an exchange. Then added that my bottle felt hot so she knows it hasn't been stored properly. The comment about the "warm" bottle is the reason why I will never in my lifetime and I'm only 28 years old! Ever spend another dollar at my local "The Vitamin Shoppe" and just might decide to stop fueling the company all together. There's plenty of places that sell vitamins, and have way better regard for their customers. It may be your policy but it's definitely not mine. I'm not mandated to do business with any company and it's laughable to try and tell me that there's no one else in the company to speak to besides her. Let alone a company that will throw my money down the drain and then take a defensive tone. Then lie in my face (saying my bottle feels warm) if my vitamins had been stored improperly then please explain how my other vitamins were/are perfectly viable! Only thing I can conclude is DO NOT buy their personal branded vitamins apparently the quality is poor. read more

I have been coming here past 8 years or so. It's a nice store with thousands of quality supplements and other health products sold at a fair price. The crew is very friendly and have consistently provided quality customer service. I must point out Justin who accommodated my(recent) return several days after purchase. He didn't make a face or anything but very kindly and respectfully accepted the return and gave me store credit. Thank you V.S for everything. read more

Just got off the phone with Manager "Penny" I asked information about Keto supplements. She advised me to go online if I needed to find out what keto stuff they had in store. She refused to check for me on a certain item because she said she had a huge line. When I asked to speak to a manager she said " I am the manager " wow! What a lack of customer service. I will go to a different competitions store and buy anywhere but here. Completely RUDE! read more

Came into Vitamin Shoppe and the guy that was working here, Jake, he was sitting at the cash registers on his phone asked where an item was and just said and pointed "it's over there" like please no don't get up. Finish up our shopping, came back to the register, asked if we were ready, calls over his associate Shyee, who was awesome helped us out and apologized for what happened, saw him walk out and he waited next to the door, not sure if he was waiting for us to leave but he went back in after we left. I used to work in retail and had coworkers like that who DONT DESERVE to work if they are just sitting around doing nothing when stuff needs to be done, as I was shopping I saw her restocking the shelves while he was sitting down....need I say more? read more
