First off I love Chili's generally. Ive been to many Chili's all over the country. The wife and I can go eat and drink on happy hour for a few hours and it's never really over $60. The last couple times we've been to this particular location has been a nightmare! Long waits for more drinks, I have to order 2 beers at a time because they're so slow. And recently we've gone in and even though the restaurant is pretty empty, they've told us there is around an hour wait or longer because they're short staffed. So needless to say we've been going to Applebees across the street! Way better, faster service with far less drama. On another note we do like Diego if he's still there. He was nice and very friendly. read more

I haven't been to this location in over 2 years, and it's usually lunch, so we decided to try it fir happy hour. It was on a Wednesday. We sat in the bar area. the bartender is your server, so they have to leave the bar to serve you at the booths and tables. It wasn't crowded yet. 1st, I ordered a split of champagne. It's delivered in a red wine glass. I wasctold they don't have flutes or use them in Chili's. Then why offer it. The glass matters. If you religiously drink champagne like me, then you will understand the problem. I sent that back, and I ordered some fancy margarita, which was delicious. We both ordered the smokehouse platter. The food was just bad. Ribs, brisket Quesadilla, and Chicken crisp were completely over cooked, and not hot. Who ruins a chicken finger? I was only able to eat the curly fries, bread, and quesadilla. I wish the quesadilla was an entre. I tried to find a tender rib but failed. The potatoes were cold. We didn't send the food back because the table next to us kept returning food and called the manager, and we didn't want to be that couple. We felt bad for the servers, too they were running around like crazy. The service itself was good, but They need to pay attention to the cooking and keep track of the complaints regarding the food coming out of that kitchen. It will be a while before I return to this location. 2 stars for servers and the cocktail. reading the reviews, This location is a hit-and-miss. Good luck. read more

Where the hell is my server TONY. Apparently this specific restaurant works on a "team" basis and doesn't have a specified server for a section so be wary that you won't have anyone checking on your table. No wonder this place has a 2.0 rating on google. Card reader automatically puts in highest tip- talked with staff and they didn't even do anything. GOD DAMN. P.S- still waiting on my refill AND my chips and salsa....smh. :/ read more

Went to Chili's today I had the worst curly fries ever over cooked or reheated . Order chili I got soup I think. I go to chili's at least 2-3 a month I will never go back to the Lancaster chili's . I haven't been to chilis in years. This review is gonna be short and to the point... I wasn't aware of it but chilis went though some sort of makeover a few years ago, now instead of the fake junk all over the walls there is a mOre modern and cold decor going on. It looks cheap and the booths are not as private anymore.its also kinda loud in there with this new open look. Sucks. as for the food I can say it was pretty good. RIbs: They have three kinds of ribs. Dry rub, sauce and some other concoction... I went for the dry rub. The ribs are of course not smoked at all. They are probably boiled baksomethingethign so thedoesn'tdoesnt hSmokeysmokey taste at all. But the dry rub on them has a good tasting crust. ForBBQen bbq they are good.don'tt dont expect this BBQbe bbq or anything.... The onion blossom not being on the menu sucks. The replacement though is pretty good. Its onion strinjalapeñosalepenos mixed in. Tastes good. Drinks were weak. In a pinch I would come back but thats only in a pinch!doesn'te place doesnt have thousand islaTheressing!! Thwe staff were helpful and made some on request. Doing alaccommodate to accomodate was nice but the corporate changes really impacted the quality of food. If I could break the rating down I would say great service and staff but poor food and process. Of course boo to taking the awesome blossom off the menu!!! read more

Food was great,Rosie gave us an excellent service. All the staff were helping each other in serving the customers . We ordered appetizers & fajita. Wait was not long either on a Saturday night. read more

We had a very nice lunch at Chili's. This was made possible, by our server, Alyssa. I have a host of food allergies which sometimes makes it difficult to order straight off the menu. Alyssa was very kind and understanding and suggested items that would not cause me to have an allergic reaction. I am so grateful to her! Without her assistance, our dining experience wouldn't have been nearly as nice. She is a great ambassador not only for Chili's but for our next generation. Thank you, Alyssa! read more

Fast and friendly service. Axel was new but I would of never known because his service was great and he was very attentive. Five stars

I have been coming to this Chili's for years receiving excellent service, food and the place is always clean . The proper reading of my name is Stephen (stefen) just like in the Bible . Not only did this young girl continue to correct me on the pronunciation of my name , but had to wait an extra 30minutes for my food that no one brought to my car . It wasn't raining and it wasn't busy . Lazy self entitled young people need to group up being taught how to work . Life is not a free ride and you can't treat your regulars like crap . Then ask $20hr for job that's only worth $10. read more

This is now the second time we have been to chili's and had an issue. The first time our order was missing chips and salsa. Every time we go we get the 3 for 10 so how that was missing is beyond me. We get home I call they ask if we want to come back to pick it up I say no we don't live that close and our food would be cold. The manger was supposed to give us a call.... shocker we never received a call. Now this time we go place our order for pick up as usual. It says it's ready at 8:30 we get there and wait an additional 30 minutes! No one was at the to go counter there were many people waiting. Another lady was waiting over 30 minutes for just shrimp tacos. No one apologized for the wait. We finally get our food I ask the woman for the extra ranch we ordered and her response was that they were out of ranch in the restaurant. Then acted like she didn't want to give us the last cup of ranch. The gives it to us finally and just laughs that they have no more ranch. So ridiculous. I will be call as well to speak to a manger. Update: just spoke with the GM Mike he says that the wait time on the app isn't always correct and reflect the wait in the restaurant. Which I understand. He is going to speak with the woman and compensate us to correct the issues from both incidents. read more

The most unprofessional bunch of incompetent employees ever. Lazy, no drive or ambition. I called in an order and they didn't even get my name right. They were out of chili at CHILI's.... I literally echo every other review. Service was beyond terrible. I ordered a burger but they failed to tell me that there's a TWO HOUR WAIT for a damn burger. Took 30 minutes to receive my drink from the bar. The waitress was laughing while we complained like we were her friends and the manager was young and inexperienced offered no compensation. I had to contact corporate to get my money back. Never again. read more

My husband & I came in around 3:00 pm late lunch, so we didn't have to eat dinner. I asked for a specific table & the host told us that the area was not available I looked around all I saw were empty tables about 11 people in the entire restaurant. As soon as we set down the server asked what kind of drinks we wanted few minutes later our drinks arrived ordered our food again, 10 minutes later it arrived. It's the worst food we ever ate at Chili's. We ordered the 3 for me for $16.99... bowl of chili is so salty and so dark ( I would say the sodium in a small bowl of chili is about 800 mg, salad is old & dry. Carne asada with black beans & rice is awful, the meat is tough & dry, beans taste like out of a can. The place is dark, and outdated, smells & the restroom is trashy. Our server is ex-communicado from the time we spent there not even once did he came over & ask how's everything like if we needed a refill for my tea or would you like to add a dessert. It's not like they're busy, by the time we left only a few more customers came in so I would say a good amount of 12 came in & 7 that left. After we made a payment on that dirty machine sitting top of the table another server asked if we needed anything dah!!! can you see we're living? For 15 years or so this place has been the best we used to come here every few months but we stopped going b/c it's not the same, then my husband wants to give it another try to support our city. I'm sorry but I will not be coming back here or recommending it to my family.Overprice, food is horrible and service is even the worst. read more

This location is a health hazard and violates basic food safety laws... the cooks eat while preparing food and do not follow the mask mandate in the kitchen! Unfortunately, I used doordash, so I was stuck with my "food". I will NEVER go back. Over cooked patties. How do you screw up black bean patties? Well, they did. It looked like 1/2 piece of low quality cheese substance. The bun was pathetic. 2 pickle chips, I couldn't find or taste any bacon. The salad was nothing put iceberg, 1 cucumber slice and a couple croutons. $25 for this? I don't eat out often, and I'm so upset this is what I treated myself to. NEVER AGAIN. I could've made WAY better at home myself for under $5. read more

Don't go here, one hour wait when there is no other customers. I went to check what is going on with our order and found out that employees in the kitchen are just horsing around and taking their time, no sense of urgency. If I can give it a zero star I would. I ended up leaving the restaurant, I figured if the service is so bad more likely the food as well. I will definitely avoid this place. read more

The service is ASS We have been sitting at our table for 20 minutes and no one has even taken our drink order. So close to leaving. UPDATE: 20 minutes after ordering drinks, we ordered the food. I have been coming to this Chili's for the past 8 years. It was my go to place for lunch whenever I was in town. This last visit was incredibly disappointing. The restaurant was not busy with about 6 tables occupied. After waiting for 15 minutes the server showed up to take my order. Cup of chicken enchilada soup and the Ranchero chicken tacos. The bad news is that the soup was not available. This was odd since it wasn't available when I last stopped in 3 weeks prior. I said that the tacos would be fine and did not order anything else other than an iced tea. I waited for the iced tea as they usually bring it out quickly. 15 minutes later the tacos were brought out but no utensils or tea. I asked the kitchen staff and they sent out the server with what I wanted. The bad news is that the food was very cold. Refrigerator cold. The beans looked as if someone used the bowl to dip into a vat for a serving. I sat for a few moments thinking that the server would be by to see if I needed anything. Did not come by. I got up to look around. None of the servers were around and the hostess didn't bother to ask if everything was okay. I resigned myself to eating the cold meal as I had waited much too long to begin with. Finally my server showed up and asked me if I wanted anything. I mentioned the cold food and was met with a blank stare. I asked for a refill on the iced tea and she took my plate to the kitchen. After waiting another 15 minutes, I took my glass into the kitchen for a refill. One of the food preparers took my glass and said he would get my server. She came back and was clearly annoyed when she said "I was talking to my manager" I replied that its not a good idea to ignore your customers. Worse yet someone who is somewhat a regular. I see now why there were so few diners here. Please fix this. read more

The family and I had an early dinner here today. When I tell you every single person we encountered that worked there had excellent customer service. It was our first time there and based on the customer service alone I knew I'd come back. But once we got our food it sealed the deal. Everything was fresh 2 burgers and chicken strips for the kids. The burger was seasoned well! Our waitress was attentive and super sweet. Shout out to the manager for having the crew that they do! We will be back. read more

Please don't eat here the place is filthy inside they just place the food in a nice plate with a sheet to make it look nice but it's disgusting how they handle the food. Used to live going to chilis, till last week. My pay consisted of three people. We sat down ordered drinks. We were at both by bar. It took twenty minutes to get two beers and a Dr pepper. Fifteen minutes later we ordered appetizers. Waiter said I'll put in the order than get your entree order. He did not come back till our app was served and said our food would be out soon, the food we had not ordered yet. oh my! so on thursday august 22 around the 8/9ish. we went to our favorite chili's in lancaster because the palmdale one really sucks. and we were offered this meal our meal on burnt ass buns top and bottom then the waiter asked you want new buns or remake both meals, then when i turned my buns over burnt to a crisp, we heard the manager yelled at the cooks and threw it the meal on the wall. we then had to wait another 10 minutes or so for another serving of our food. in the meantime my husband asked for a corn. it came back cold as ice. by then i asked two servers for the manager (because why he didnt come out the first time to address the issue baffles me) when he did finally get to us, he did apologize and told us he chastised his cooks about cooking the meals incorrectly because we bring in the business bad food no customers. he offered everything on the menu while we had to wait, but i asked for a monetary compromise and that was a joke what he offered after having to have to wait nearly 30-45 minutes to eat. the waiter was amazing but the service on this night was horrible and i honestly thought the manager was going to compensate us more after having all this happen. we were opting to leave but i did have two drinks so we had to pay for that by that time the food came back decent and we agreed to stay an eat it, but then my husband felt grit in his burger as he proceeded to eat the burger and thought it might have chipped a tooth, but he was fine, when we got our "peace offering molten cake and ice cream" they brought it out before we had our food and then they put in the fridge until we were done, though the manager said "he would check the ice cream" he didn't! it was well melted by the time i got home and i live literally 5 minutes from the establishment. that frustrated me ever so, and i still paid for our meal with that horrible discount. literally we should have been taking care of better but it was late we were tired and actually i didn't finish my meal at all i took it home . that manager was a hot mess and the service was below even a 1 star. do better y'all... do better.. read more
