Geremy was right on time, I think even a few minutes early. Super nice and professional. It was a flatbed tow truck and we were able to drive it right onto the bed. We were able to pay via tap / card and he put in all the necessary information so we could send the receipt to our insurance and get reimbursed. He took it to the car repair center, and gave us updates once the car was dropped off. Once it was on the truck, we didn't have to deal with it at all.

While she had the hood up, the cart guy for Safeway suggested roadway assistance . She made a request and a very nice gentleman named Bruce (Kepaa) came. He told us that he had a similar situation and they found out that "something" had been left on or open, slowly draining the battery. We had checked the battery and it was at 11.2. After he charged it up the battery voltage went up to 14. He suggested that she run the engine for 20 min to charge the battery. Let's just say, we've been checking everything when we get out now.
