Willie didn't just give my car a jump start--he took the time to figure out what was causing the problem. He clearly showed me the issue, explained why it happened, and even told me how I could fix it. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond instead of just doing the minimum. Thank you, Willie, for your kindness, expertise, and outstanding service. I highly recommend Honolulu Towing, especially if you're lucky enough to have Willie help you!

Our car battery "died" in a parking lot. Nothing unusual for Mike, the tow truck driver who…read morearrived and saved the day. Instead of immediately hooking up our car to be towed, he broke out a set of tools. He reminded us of a surgeon prepping for surgery. He worked his magic on the battery, which we were already making funeral arrangements for. Then, with a confident look on his face, he asked me to try starting the car. We were shocked! Mike temporairly resurrected our pronounced dead battery!! No need for a tow! He's a miracle worker, and has our strongest endorsement Thanks, Mike.

I called the AAA for a tow to the car repair shop. I was promised: 2:45pm O'Sung Towing LLC should arrive; I waited ... then received a text: 3:29pm O'Sung Towing LLC should arrive; I waited ... then received a text: 4:24pm O'Sung Towing LLC should arrive! I had been waiting for 3 hours! I had called AAA and was routed to an AI (I hate these things) generated texts ... do you want a STATUS? do you want to CANCEL request for a tow, or do you want an AGENT? I had waited for 3 hours! I called O'Sung Towing LLC and was told they provide 24 hour service; OMG, this is a AAA contractor and they represent AAA. We are 40 year members of AAA! This fact did not impress the AI or human Josh, or Lovye or Christine with AAA that I had been waiting for 3 hours and the fact that as a senior citizen, my request for a tow was disregarded as a insignificant. AAA wanted me to CANCEL my request for a tow and risk waiting 24 hours as their contractor O'Sung Towing LLC prides themselves to service AAA members, without regard to being members for 40 years! What is their purpose for existence! I should have called GEICO at the beginning! As a result, I am cancelling our 40 years membership with the nationwide known AAA. What a waste of time and effort and money to trust AAA. What a waste of time and money to trust O'Sung Towing LLC. AAA should not trust O'Sung Towing LLC and eliminate that company as AAA contractor. I trust GEICO.

Growing up, I remember my grandmother always saying how important it is to know a good plumber,…read morelawyer and mechanic. She wasnʻt wrong! How grateful I am to have known Kalani, Sean and the Honolulu Autoworks team for over 10 years now. In 2009, I became a single-mother with five young children and, at the time, I was learning how to be independent in all things, including the maintenance of our Toyota Sienna van. Although my children are now grown, I can confidently say that our van lasted and survived over 15 years of distance, hills and near-accidents because of the TLC received by the Honolulu Autoworks team of Kalani and Sean. I always felt safe and secure, knowing that Kalani would have his team do a thorough check on the van and then give me honest feedback as to what needs immediate attention. Never did I feel pressured to pay for something I was not made aware of, nor did he ever try to upsell me something that was not necessary. I always drove away knowing that my van got the care it needed until the next check up and/or if issues ever arose. They say you get what you pay for and Honolulu Autoworks will definitely do quality work and bring value to your everyday transportation vehicle. You will drive knowing you and your vehicle is in the best of hands and serviced with Aloha!

Was less than 5 minutes in the house, and the fuckers stay trying to reverse on my car already. Mom ran out and I had my baby in my arms, she was in the middle of being changed to no clothes on, only her dirty diaper. Braddah driving the tow truck was sweet enough to not strap my car, as they only had the fork part down and told me to turn my hazards on. My problem with this company is that after 20+ years of seeing different tow truck companies come in and out, that only now they like do something, and they try to get a new single maddah fucked over by trying to get her car.
