$290 for towing me ONE MILE (1.1 miles, which he rounded to two). (Was quoted 150$ but that was not at all the case). Total rip. Look elsewhere. read more

Aloha Towing - But they counted it as two miles in the receipt... ugh. - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

If there is a zero Inwoukd give them a zero because they are cheaters. Told me the night before it would be 250 and right before the huk up he raised the price to 654! He said it depended on miles but it was just going over the Pali from Kailua to Sheridan street. I had to pay because the car needed to be moved And he was 2 hours late. Please don't use Ali. They are not honest in my experience. I will never ever recommend them. Just don't. My receipt $654.00 This document requires a signature. Sign here View document Thank you for your business. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! This review should be 0 stars. My car was at a Goodyear and needed to be towed across the street to the Ford dealership since it needed repair. Guy shows up an hour and half after calling, no big deal, but then charges me $300 to tow it across the street. 0.1 miles of a drive just to get my car which does not run to where I needed it fixed. BIG @SS RIP OFF! I was in a pinch and was already super drained from the day. Save yourself time and money, this place is shite. read more

Aloha Towing - 0.1 miles and Aloha Towing will charge you $300. I knew something was up, but I just wanted the whole ordeal over with. - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Was quoted $250 to tow from kaimuki to Pearl city. Guy shows up, jumps me. Tells me the service call is $50 and the jump is $200. Absolute RIPOFF read more

Do not pick this company. I waited 6 hours and they never showed up. I would call them and they said, "We got you covered! We'll be there in about 20 minutes." They never showed. They lied to me. Do not trust them. read more

I am not a customer, but saw the Aloha Towing driver dropping off my neighbor's vehicle to our shared (side by side) carport. The driver dropped the car at an angle blocking our side too. The driver was verbally aggressive, threatening my neighbor. Now I wasn't out at the very start, but from the tow driver it sounds like my neighbor suggested where to place the car. The tow driver was very irritated and threatened beat my neighbor. At that point, there were a number of witnesses so I think it was all bark, no bite (not that we wanted to see bite). I did ask the tow driver to move the car over so it wouldn't block my wife's vehicle on our side, but he didn't care. He did leave a scrape in the driveway as he disconnected my neighbor's vehicle. The two driver did go down the street, turned around, and again got out of the tow truck and said something to one of the neighbors kids before getting back in the truck and leaving. I will get my neighbor to reach out to the company manager to file a complaint. read more

It should really be no star at all, waited for four hours and no call to me at all to notify me they're not gonna make it. Ended up calling another company to get a tow. Worst of the worst I must say. read more

When I called to get an estimate for tow services, I was quoted $150.00 plus a little more for a hook-up charge. Because they offered a 10% military discount, I decided to go with Aloha Towing. Imagine my shock and anger at hearing the price quoted by the driver; $280.00!!! And my mechanic was only 7.6 miles away from my residence. A $130.00 hook-up charge that took less than 5-minutes to do, I knew at that point I was being ripped off. What's also suspicious is that there was no cost breakdown on my invoice, just my name and total of tow charges. Now my insurance company is also questioning that. There are many tow companies out there, my advice to anyone reading this is don't go to Aloha Towing!!! read more

$175 just to hook-up + $15/mile. Took 45 minutes to arrive. Doesn't tell you about the price until after they hook-up the vehicle

Went through our insurance to request towing service and they sent Aloha Towing. The two local young gentlemen was very friendly, respectful and quick. I was so impressed on how the driver backed my car into my garage. They're definitely an asset to this company read more

Can't believe this is an actual business lol. The biggest joke of a tow company you can find. 10/10 recommend if you like being lied to and dealing with incompetent people. Also, if you want to call their office, they'll answer like it's someone's personal phone lol! They were hired to tow a truck because the key would not start it. It needed to go to the dealership. The driver being 1-1/2 hours late says to me "if the truck starts I won't tow it to save you money". Does your company not communicate? The point was to be towed. Not to be a mechanic and see what the problem was. That's the point why it needed to go to the dealership. Here's the best part, the driver didn't even know where to tow my truck lol!!!! Save yourself the entertainment and money. Go to a real business and real professional. read more

I would not recommend this company. They charge way too much. I paid $12 per mile and the hookup fee was about $350. Total bill was $680. They towed me about 24 miles. The only reason this is 2 stars is because the tow truck driver was cool. read more

My car's battery died today, luckily at a gas station. I called the first number available on a google search for "towing service", and lucky me, it was Aloha Towing. The woman who answered the phone quoted a jump start to be "around $100" and that she would send a driver within 20 minutes. Thankfully the driver did arrive with the 20 minute range, however his pricing did not match that of the original quote. He informed me a jump start would be $200!!!! At that point I felt I had no other choice but to accept the charge and get on my way. It took the driver a few times before he was able to get my car running. I know nothing about cars, so this might be a common occurrence. He then informed me to keep my car running so it can "recharge the battery", still no idea if that's accurate. Only time will tell if his skills and advice are true. read more

Great service by driver SIMONE. We really appreciated his hospitality and aloha spirit. We lost our receipt for our insurance company and he sent us a copy within an hour of request. I spent $380 to tow my vehicle when it broke down on the side of the road. They then took it to the junk yard, took the title and didn't give back any paperwork, and then when I called them to get proof that my vehicle had been junked, was told they never do that. read more
