Thiago replied so fast to my request with pictures and gave me a very reasonable price quote. I went ahead and set up an appointment. Got an appointment set up with Alex for the next day. On the day of the appointment, Alex contacted me about an hour before my appointment confirming the time and place. He worked on my car for some time "massaging" the ding out and he didn't stop working on it until he was satisfied with the results. He would consult with me here and there and ask if I could still see remnants of the ding. Safe to say, he's a perfectionist. I am very happy with the outcome. Yes, it was a small ding, but an eye sore and not something I was wanting to look at every time I put gas. If you got dings/dents, the Prodent Hawaii folks are the ones to go to. Very reasonable pricing, quick appointment set up, and most importantly, high quality work. read more

They responded promptly and asked for pictures of my vehicle damage. I was then referred to Colors on Parade, who also asked for pictures. They replied with a thank you but, I have not heard back from them in over one week. I just needed mobile service to come and repair the minor dings and am still waiting. Thank you. read more

From Tesla Hawaii group: Pretty amazed with ProDent Hawaii and the work on my 2026 Juniper. I've only had it for a month and that stupid wind on Sunday blew a large stick and left a pretty big dent. These guys were great, was contacted within minutes after submitting a quick quote straight on Yelp. I didn't have a covered spot for them to do a mobile dent repair, so I dropped my car off at their spot in Kalihi. Thiago did the repair and the car was ready to be picked up in less than 2 hours. Also really appreciate their patience and responsiveness to the many questions I had over message prior to the appointment. read more

Scheduling is easy and I always get Andre who is very professional and empathetic reassuring me that I'm not a bad driver LOL that "it's the rims" lol. After requesting a repair from Prodent Hawaii, the response time was quick and I was able to book an appointment within a week. Thiago was punctual and professional and his work is awesome! Got myself a new car 2025 Acura Integra and two weeks after bringing it home, it got a dent on the front hood close to the windshield wiper! The paint wasn't chipped and I only park my car in the garage or in my driveway. Seemed like the dent was made intentionally because the placement of it was weird and it couldn't have been from a rock because the paint would have been chipped. Came to yelp and looked up dent repair places and informed multiple places of what happened to my car. Another place called Bavarian repairs (I think thats what it was called) wanted $750 for the repair from my pictures. While other places wanted me to bring it in for a price estimate. Prodent responded fairly quickly (within 1-2 hours) and gave me a price estimate of $185. PLUS they come to YOU. Thiago reached out and I scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule. My repairman was Alex and he got the job done in less than an hour in my garage and the car came out looking as flawless as I bought her. Mahalo Prodent for the quick service and convenience! Will recommend them to any of my friends and family who have small dents and need to be fixed DISCLAIMER: there are limits as to what dents they can repair I think depending on the size. Ask in advance and send your pictures. How it works: Thiago contacts you Work out a time for you and the repairman and make sure it is in a shaded area (because of the glare from the sun) Give an address ahead of time that way they can anticipate how early to come by as they may have other appointments on the same day and may be commuting from far away Let them know of any questions you have Repairman will contact you (phonecall) day of your appt and GIVE an ETA of when they will come Let them work their magic and wait patiently without getting in their way read more

This is my 4th time using Prodent Hawaii. I've had nothing but positive experiences everytime. This time I had a deep dent on my front passenger side door. How I got it remains a mystery to me. Anyways I reached out to Tiago the owner of Prodent Hawaii yesterday he was kind enough to take me the very next day. This week has been rainy weather and I dont have a covered garage. Thiago made every effort to accommodate me. He arranged to meet me half way Pearlhighlands the middle floor. He worked his magic took less then 20 minutes. The eye sore dent disappeared like it was never there. In the past I've had 3 dent repairs done by Tiago himself and a rim paint repair done by his other staff and all I have to say is A++++ read more

Cannot praise this company enough. I have a Lexus Complete Protection membership which provides paintless dent and rim repair. I did not have to interface with the insurance company at all. Wow, that's all I can say. From the first call until the repair on my rim was done, it was an awesome experience. Ricky was my first contact, and he took all of the information needed to move the repair forward. I was able to secure an appointment within 4 days! The repair was covered by the insurance plan purchased at the dealership when we bought our new car. It was a good decision. I inspected the rim afterward using a flashlight and by running my finger over the repaired area and couldn't tell that any work was done. It looked as new as the other rims. They offered to come to us. However, we live in a condo and did not have access to an electrical outlet. Andre did the repair and took less than an hour at their shop near Costco. second time to use Prodent. They repaired a small dent on the side of my car, cannot even see where the damage was. Unfortunately, I had to call them again to see if they can repair a dent to my hatchback (it was up while trying to back out and reposition my car in the garage). There was an area that was smashed in and it looked like maybe the car paint was damaged also. Video sent, estimate received and appt. scheduled within 5 days (worked with our schedule). Thiago came to the house and we were delighted with the job done. You could not even tell there was any damage to the area. Price fair, response time and workmanship excellent. The best part is they came to repair the dent car at our home. I would not hesitate to make referrals to friends and family. Great work ethic and very professional. read more

While grabbing Chick-fil-A for lunch at their CRAMPED drive-thru, I unfortunately ran my back passenger tire into their curb causing the rim to get scratched up!!! This is the second time I had to get my tire rims repaired. Luckily, it was just for the back passenger side wheel rim. My appointment was set up by the business owner, Thiago. I got the pleasure of getting Gian again! He was the one who repaired my rims the first time. I got to my appointment at the scheduled time of 9:30, and we chit-chatted a bit before he got started on the repair. In about 40-45 minutes, the tire rim literally looked brand new! I could not tell where the tire rim got scratched at all! The finishing product that Gian provides is always excellent. I was shocked to see how good it looked. As always, I would recommend this business to everyone. Gian does a great job at repairing tire rims to make them look brand new! Definitely worth the money. read more
