Thiago replied so fast to my request with pictures and gave me a very reasonable price quote. I went ahead and set up an appointment. Got an appointment set up with Alex for the next day. On the day of the appointment, Alex contacted me about an hour before my appointment confirming the time and place. He worked on my car for some time "massaging" the ding out and he didn't stop working on it until he was satisfied with the results. He would consult with me here and there and ask if I could still see remnants of the ding. Safe to say, he's a perfectionist. I am very happy with the outcome. Got myself a new car 2025 Acura Integra and two weeks after bringing it home, it got a dent on the front hood close to the windshield wiper! The paint wasn't chipped and I only park my car in the garage or in my driveway. Seemed like the dent was made intentionally because the placement of it was weird and it couldn't have been from a rock because the paint would have been chipped. Wow, that's all I can say. From the first call until the repair on my rim was done, it was an awesome experience. Ricky was my first contact, and he took all of the information needed to move the repair forward. I was able to secure an appointment within 4 days! The repair was covered by the insurance plan purchased at the dealership when we bought our new car. It was a good decision. I inspected the rim afterward using a flashlight and by running my finger over the repaired area and couldn't tell that any work was done. It looked as new as the other rims. They offered to come to us. However, we live in a condo and did not have access to an electrical outlet. Andre did the repair and took less than an hour at their shop near Costco. While grabbing Chick-fil-A for lunch at their CRAMPED drive-thru, I unfortunately ran my back passenger tire into their curb causing the rim to get scratched up!!!
