Service: 10/10 Speed: 10/10 Quality: 10/10 Mirage PDR seemed to have gone above and beyond for my car on this project. I started off by contacting this company through Yelp to ask about rates and opinions. Business got back to me within the same day, scheduled within a week, and fixed by the end of the next one. I got a quote from an extremely good collision center. Sadly it would have been several thousands. This costed a fraction of that and the result speaks for itself. Based in Kailua for the drop off service and was completed within an hour. Great work! read more

It's always a horrible feeling getting a ding on your new car from some careless or selfish or just plain rude person who parks next to you. It was obvious from the ding on my Lexus that it wasn't just an accidental ding. It definitely had some intention behind it. Fortunately Mirage Paintless Dent Repair had been around what seems like forever! Troy has fixed many of my door dings and even a hood smash in my Tacoma from a parking arm that went crazy on it! Because I have been on the unfortunate end of so many dings, I actually bought the dent protection package from Lexus when I bought my vehicle a few months ago. As expected Mirage was on there as a dealer that could do the work for me. Even if they weren't and due to the location and damage that was done I was already thinking of contacting them to do the repair since all my past jobs have been excellent. I made my appointment and dropped my car off with Troy after he got my insurance claim cleared. He was done in an hour which I thought was amazing considering the damage to the body and in a body line was pretty bad. No drilling was required as he was able to get to the ding through the rear tail light. The repair was amazing. Absolutely no way to tell it was damaged before. If you have a ding on your car I highly recommend Mirage. Nothing like driving a car a few month old and it gets an ugly ding. But Troy can make that all good again and have you going happily down the road again! read more

Troy was truly phenomenal in repairing a dent in one of my car doors! He was a professional from start to finish and the paintless dent removal only took one hour. He saved me time and money--I would've had to recoat the ceramic coating if I'd had the repair done the traditional way with paint. Troy was professional and friendly during the scheduling to the work being completed. I highly recommend Mirage PDR! Thanks Troy. read more

Absolutely top notch service at a reasonable price. I had a self-inflicted dent. It was in a tough to reach spot. I sent in a couple pictures and Mirage took care of me right away. Others quoted costs at TWICE the price. One hour flat, I was out of there. They even recommended a good dinner, Times Coffee, which was a great place to pass the time. read more

I should have made this review years ago, but I used to own a red Dodge Challenger (10 years ago) that I bought pre-owned. It came with a large dent on the rear quarter panel right along the ridge. I thought there was no way could that dent could get repaired, but I called up Mirage, and Troy came out and got rid of the dent 100%. I also used Mirage for other door dings 1-2 more times while I owned my Challenger, and each time Troy got them all out 100%. It was really easy to make an appointment and get an estimate as well. Ever since then, I have been recommending family and friends to use Mirage for any of their dent needs. I just recently bought a used Ford Explorer that has some door dings, and I will be contacting Mirage again, hopefully sometime in the near future. read more

First time using a paintless dent repair service. I was worried at first as I had a pretty deep dent on a body curve of my Macan, it almost looked like the dent had creased my panel. Made an appointment with Troy and he met me at my condo right on schedule. I was very impressed with his work. Can't even tell where the dent was to begin with. Hopefully I never have another idiot hit my parked car again, but if I do, I'll be sure to call Troy at Mirage. If you care about your ride and you want quality work done, I highly recommend checking them out. Thanks again Troy. read more

Service with aloha! Everyone keeps mentioning Troy and how great he is, well don't mind me cause I'm just going to add on to it! He really is amazing and his work is exceptional. I had an appointment at 9am with him but came earlier, around 8:50 and he was already there and ready to take care of my car. I had a total of 4 dents on my trunk, only 2 were covered in the claim that I filed with the dent guard I purchased thru Honda, because the other 2 had paint chipped from them. I asked him for an estimate on how long it would take, and he said about an hour, and sure enough in a hour, he was pau! When I checked out his work, to my surprise he fixed ALL 4 dents (without me even asking). What a guy! All 4 dents looked like they never happened (except for the 2 that had paint chipped, but at least there's no dents now). That's above and beyond quality service. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Wow! I just had several dents removed, and it is truly like they never happened! Troy exceeded expectations. A true professional who knows what he is doing. I cannot even tell where the dents were and there are zero issues on the panels he worked. Very convenient, too. How Troy does it, I really do not know. He is an artist. He "disappeared" a very large dent that had been pushed into our car courtesy of someone in a parking lot. I really expected that body shop work would have to be done. I'm glad I gave Mirage a shot at it. It is amazing work. read more

Had an encounter with a concrete pillar. They just jump out at you at the worst possible moment ie when reversing into a parking stall. It was a pretty big crunch . Dazed and upset I checked Yelp and found this fabulous business. Sent a text with two photos (there is a crease that I knew could not come out) and got a response that he could do the job. A couple more texts and my appointment was set. The tech showed up on time and within 45 mins the car was back to the way it was prior to meeting the concrete pillar. Although the crease is still there it's not as visible. 5 stars for great customer service and workmanship read more
