He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the paintless dent repair process. I especially appreciated how transparent he was with pricing. He used an app to calculate a fair price and provided a detailed invoice that broke everything down, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The results were amazing. My car looks brand new, and I honestly can't even tell where the dent was. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. I hope I never need dent repair again, but if I do, I wouldn't trust anyone else. I'll definitely be recommending Joel to my friends and family!

I started off by contacting this company through Yelp to ask about rates and opinions. Business got back to me within the same day, scheduled within a week, and fixed by the end of the next one. I got a quote from an extremely good collision center. Sadly it would have been several thousands. This costed a fraction of that and the result speaks for itself. Based in Kailua for the drop off service and was completed within an hour. Great work!

It was obvious from the ding on my Lexus that it wasn't just an accidental ding. It definitely had some intention behind it. Fortunately Mirage Paintless Dent Repair had been around what seems like forever! Troy has fixed many of my door dings and even a hood smash in my Tacoma from a parking arm that went crazy on it! Because I have been on the unfortunate end of so many dings, I actually bought the dent protection package from Lexus when I bought my vehicle a few months ago. As expected Mirage was on there as a dealer that could do the work for me. Even if they weren't and due to the location and damage that was done I was already thinking of contacting them to do the repair since all my past jobs have been excellent. I made my appointment and dropped my car off with Troy after he got my insurance claim cleared. He was done in an hour which I thought was amazing considering the damage to the body and in a body line was pretty bad. No drilling was required as he was able to get to the ding through the rear tail light. The repair was amazing. Absolutely no way to tell it was damaged before. If you have a ding on your car I highly recommend Mirage. Nothing like driving a car a few month old and it gets an ugly ding. But Troy can make that all good again and have you going happily down the road again!

My wife said she didn't care if it was repaired 100% since we have 3 boys and who knows what would happen in the future. I messaged David, and he responded very quickly. All his messages were responded within like 10-15 minutes, if not sooner. He is upfront on the expectations of the repair as he uses a brush and not spray. He buffed out the other smaller scratches and made the damage look 80% better, which is what he proposed. He also touched up some hood chips and a small chip on the rear bumper. He is a really nice guy, and he goes over the after care.. If you need touch up repair, you can save thousands of dollars.
