Eonkyu was great! He was responsive to contact through Yelp and by phone so it was easy to come in for estimates and to schedule. I received quotes from four places and the JDI quote was the second lowest. I wanted to repair damage to two places on my car where (1) someone hit me and her insurance wouldn't cover (2) I hit a utility box set low on a pole. Both places had dents and paint missing. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and picked it up on Sunday. He not only repaired my car but he also washed, vacuumed, cleaned the rubber floor mats, I think he wiped down the interior, and he made my hubcaps pretty and shiny. My car looks new again! I highly recommend JDI :)

Eon was fantastic. Front bumper and underliner needed replacing due to someone accidentally hitting my Prius. Gave the quote text back same day to say he could get the parts and car went in the next day. Great job even fixed the lights that had turned yellow, now perfectly clear. Would highly recommend service was above and beyond and car was ready the next day. Thank you do much Eon.

Amin took care of me by asking me questions, testing out my car, and explaining possibilities of what could be causing the issue. The challenge is that it is intermittent and it's difficult to reproduce. He did his best to try and replicate it, but wasn't able to. Although I took some of his time to look at my car, he didn't charge me anything as diagnostics didn't need to be run due to no engine light appearing. I truly appreciate the support he provided, top notch. And they are easy to reach out using Yelp messages (just make sure that it sends properly). Thank you, Amin.

It's incomplete work. Based on the work alone I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone they didn't…read moreput adhesive on one of the plastics on the truck bed. It's missing vinyl film shields on one side, but they left them on the other side so I don't know what happened there. They didn't color match evidence is in the picture there's clearly a line of the two different colors and I can't believe they didn't wash the truck after they finished painting it. The truck also has a weird odor inside. I'm not sure why. When I asked how much it would be to paint the roof it was first $700 then when I agreed to the 3 panels I told him I'd pay for the top on my own dime the price went up over double $1500 for 1 panel. SMH never again. So for 3 panels one being the truck bed it was $1900 then to paint 1 more panel the roof was an extra $1500 just doesn't add up

After suffering 4 months of ghosting and tales from another auto body shop, my family and I yelped…read morereccommendations for our newly acquired JDM vehicle, Joe responded within minutes on a late Saturday afternoon. Not only is a quick response on a Saturday a highly unusual experience for me, another surprise was his willingness to offer a Sunday consultation, in-person at the shop. The location is easy to miss, but just give Joe a call or text and he will guide you to the right bay. He has a clean and spacious office with AC!!! Conditions of the front-end repairs were discussed, and it was easy to discern Joe has experience working with insurance companies. Although the insurance company authorized the repairs, we chose not to complete them because ours was a JDM, with only 24 of these on the continental united states. This meant we could insure it, but would be issued a salvage title. We needed a vehicle for everyday activities of daily living and not as a custom show mobile, so we sadly sureendered the 1998 Nissan Serena to the insurance company. Joe took care of all the insurance stuff, including storage of the vehicle and towing it to auction. Should we have the misfortune of needing collision repair...MOS DEF... I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience…read more Our 2011 Toyota RAV4 has been at Encore Collision since October 2025 for repairs. Over several months, we were repeatedly told that work was in progress, parts were on order, or that the vehicle was nearing completion. It's March 31, 2026 and it is still not finished. However, during multiple in-person visits, there has been little to no visible progress. Communication has been inconsistent, and there were times we arrived during business hours and no one was available. We understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. We also observed signage indicating BBB accreditation; however, the BBB website currently lists this business as not accredited, which was confusing and concerning. At this point, we have had to escalate the matter in order to seek resolution. We hope this can still be resolved professionally, but based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution as there are many red flags despite the positive reviews.
