First off, I went on yelp with my problem (Closed my garage door on my rear bumper- scratching it all up) asking for help and got a response back within a few hours. Stopped by the next day and the team gave me a fair estimate for repair and from the time I said yes they jumped right on it. Took my bumper off in 15 min and said come back Anytime Monday and we'll put your repaired bumber back on in 15 min. Came back Monday and executed as promised. Wow...just wow. I had an incident where my windshield replacement got fumbled a bit and safelite put a scratch on my baby. I called over to the dealership I purchased her from and they recommended Cab Auto. I stopped by without an appointment, they came out right away and gave me a quote to take back to Safelite. I dropped my car off at 0800 and it was done by 1400! I'll skip the details, but if you're looking for the fastest responses I've ever had from a body shop, fantastic work done in record time AND a great price, give Cue and Mr. Choi a call! The folks at Cab Auto got my car back to me on Friday (instead of Tuesday...holiday Monday), it was washed, looked good as new, and cost as much as my insurance deductible would have cost me! Late review but i went to cab auto for a full front bumper repaint, its been months since the job was done and i know i should of looked better at the paint job, but i was looking at the bumper real good today and i noticed it was only painted on where was needed to be repainted like where the scratches were and not the whole bumper was painted, i can tell cause my car is platinum white pearl so there is a pearl accent to it and the parts where was painted it is just white no pearl in it, like part of my bumper is platinum white pearl and some parts is just plain white no pearl ,so they charged me a full front bumper repaint and only painted where the scratches were and the paint does not match my car color... read more

Watch out for these scammers!!! They contracted me to repair a vehicle i came did a assessment and gave a repair estimate. I disassembled the vehicle finding further damage. After completing disassembly I requested the deposit agreed upon to purchase parts. The owner complained about the parts being to expensive and asked me to repair the vehicle with used junkyard parts. I refused and requested the agreed upon deposit amount for new parts I estimated and sourced at cost no markup. I also requested our labor fee for the disassembly cab auto refused. Cab auto refused pay for the parts or the labor. Do ot do business with this company they are very shady and do not honor their business deals!!! Terrible service. Took months to wait for parts after they "got lost in transit". Rude manager/owner and unintelligent. Awful at communication and does not know how to be rational. After everything was complete 2 months later I picked up my car and asked them if they could make me a little feel better about what I paid for the work they did. They gave me some money back but no reassurance, no empathy, and no intelligence. On top of it all they didn't even fix the part correctly. Cab Auto made a bad experience turn positive. I recommend them highly. Here is what happened. First, may you never experience a self-inflicted car accident like I did. It was a manic Monday this week and a split second lapse of judgment caused me to take a turn out of a garage too sharply, resulting in that awful concrete scraping the metal and paint off my rear passenger door and quarter panel. I turned to Yelp to seek auto body companies available for appointments for estimates. A few responded, but Cab Auto replied quickly and offered an appointment the next day (Tuesday). I took my car to three different auto body shops, but at Cab Auto, I met with Cue Lee and Mr Choi, the owner of the shop and they explained what needed to be done, and issued me an estimate on the spot. They offered a cash price and credit card price (which includes tax and 3% fee to cover the change card merchant fee). They estimated the repair would take 3-4 days. By the end of the day, I decided to give Cab Auto the job and Cue confirmed accepting my car the next morning (Wednesday). I was concerned about leaving my car at the shop over the weekend if they needed a 4th day and they assured me they would work on it so that it would be done by Friday afternoon (3 days). To my pleasant surprise, by midday on day 1 Cue had already finished the body work and texted me the progress and photo. I was so impressed with that! He said he would work on the painting the next day. The next day before 2pm, Cue texted me again with another photo of my car saying that my car would be ready to pick up in a couple hours! I was in complete disbelief and was so pleased they completed this job in just 2 days. When I picked up the car, I was very impressed with the finished repair. The scratches and dents were repaired flawlessly with the paint blended and applied perfectly. Cue also wiped down my seats and cleaned the exterior to ensure my car was delivered in a condition I would feel great about. Cab Auto is also conveniently located near the airport where I could easily catch an Uber to rent a car while my car was being repaired. And thanks for Cab Auto's swift and quality job, I was able to save some money on extra days of car rental. I will never consider an auto body shop other than Cab Auto because: - on the spot estimate (another body shop took as long to get me an estimate as Cab Auto took to complete the job!) - best price compared to other body shops - can accommodate insurance claims or out of pocket repairs - discounted price for cash payment vs credit card payment - they won't inflate the amount of time they hold on to your car - they will try to meet your requested timeframes - they have the staff to work on your car (other shops said they couldn't take my car for about 2 weeks and that they had people on vacation) - it's a small shop and they're very attentive - they under-promise and over-deliver: my car was finished in half the time that they initially quoted - timely and effective communication and progress reports via text messaging - responsive on Yelp and texting - quality, impressive workmanship - wiped and cleaned the car before delivery - very friendly and appreciative of every customer Thank you Cue and Mr Choi! read more

Had my Toyota Tundra roof and passenger doors painted back in August. Wanted to give it some time to see how it held up. For a truck that's 7 years old with some faded paint, the paint match is almost spot on and hardly noticeable which is impressive after seeing reviews for other companies whose quotes were way more expensive. Car trouble stresses me out and these guys made the best out of my bad situation! I needed to get the front bumper repaired/replaced on my solid, yet sandy 2005 Toyota Highlander. I looked at a few options on yelp and these guys had the best reviews and were very responsive! Communicating on yelp and text, they were very forth coming with options, reasonable estimates and helpful updates. They were even able to help accommodate my drop -off/ pick up times so I didn't have to use my PTO from work! I got my entire front bumper replaced and my car was returned to me looking better than ever! Less than a week later, I return to my newly repaired SUV only to find that I my car had been hit in the parking structure on campus, with no note or info to be found :( the damage wasn't nearly as bad but I knew it would need to be repaired. I texted them with the bad news and pictures of the damage. They commiserated with me on this poor turn of events and suggested I swing by for an estimate to see what they could do. They got my car back in shape for much less than I though and way faster than they projected. Thanks guys! Overall felt like they really listened to me and weren't trying to charge me for anything I didn't need/want. I felt like they listened to my priorities and didn't make me feel stupid! I contacted and set up an appointment to have work done for water leak due to rust near the windshield. The estimate process was easy. Mr Choi and Cue inspected and gave an estimate. We decided to go with CAB Auto for the work. We pre-paid with a cashier's check to avoid the credit card 3% fee. I dropped off my my vehicle, but forgot to remind them to park under a roof or the rain will leak in over the weekend. I was so worried, I texted Cue to ask if I could cover with a tarp until they had time to work on it. Cue texted back saying they were parking it in the warehouse. That was amazing. Everything went smoothly from initial estimate to which I received an extremely fair price compared to other shops who quoted me at $3k+ for my bumper and exhaust repair. Late review. Was busy cause the car broke down and needed mechanic (it had nothing to do with the body work, my mechanic said it was a common problem that happens to that make and year of car). But back to Cab. Chose them cause 1) reviews on Yelp excellent 2) they responded quickly 3) they had the best estimate (the next closest price quote was more than a couple hundred more and the most expensivist was like double what Cab quoted me!). From the beginning Cab was on it with quick friendly responses via text. When I got down to the shop, it was the same way face to face. They actually had the job done 3 days earlier than I picked up the car, but because of work I couldn't pick it up then, so they let me actually pick it up 4 days later (I worked a 3 in a row nightshift and was too tired to go so they gave me an extra day to pick up) without charging me a lot fee! Most times, as they say, you get what you pay for. But this was the exception. The job was so good you couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. The contour line was done perfectly: no matter what angle or light I looked at it, there were no waves. They even washed the WHOLE car for me on the morning of the pick up (only the left corner of the rear bumper needed repair). And the "estimation" they first quoted me wasn't an estimation - it was exactly what they ended up charging me.
