I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience. Our 2011 Toyota RAV4 has been at Encore Collision since October 2025 for repairs. Over several months, we were repeatedly told that work was in progress, parts were on order, or that the vehicle was nearing completion. It's March 31, 2026 and it is still not finished. However, during multiple in-person visits, there has been little to no visible progress. Communication has been inconsistent, and there were times we arrived during business hours and no one was available. We understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. We also observed signage indicating BBB accreditation; however, the BBB website currently lists this business as not accredited, which was confusing and concerning. At this point, we have had to escalate the matter in order to seek resolution. We hope this can still be resolved professionally, but based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution as there are many red flags despite the positive reviews. read more

I don't even know whee to start with this place. My husband had hit something on the front driver's side. It started leaking anti-freeze. We needed to get that fixed along with the bumper. We took it to Encore and they quoted us $3700. A few days later they called and said that it would be another $400 for a part. Two days later they said that it would be another $200. When we finally went to pick up the car we saw that the bumper was fixed. They also fixed some other things in the front, since it was pushed back. When I inquired about the fix for the anti-freeze the guy had no idea what I was talking about. We had a new bottle of anti-freeze in the trunk and they put it in the car for us. It didn't leak out, which was a good sign. We drove it to Costco a block down and saw that all the anti-freeze was leaking out. We called the guy and dropped the car off again. He called the next day and said it would cost $800 to fix the anti-freeze leak. A day later he called and said it would be another $400 to fix the inverter. All in all, the hubby paid around $6000 for something they quoted as $3700. That plus the fact that they had our car for over three weeks. When we finally picked up the car they did give us a complimentary car wash, which we appreciated. We've had the car back for four days now and thankfully it's running smoothly. read more

This guy owns this collision repair shop and is a known scammer! I would not take my car here for repairing there's cases of people being over charged and it's because they're scamming. As you could see I purchased a car from this guy (JOHANES BELGOURMAZ) for $4300 as you see stated in his listing that the car had no issues, good registration, and safety which was all a lie. The car ran hot without even 30 min of buying when trying to call him to let him know I noticed my number had been blocked before I could even reach back out. Took the car to a shop and was told there's no fixing the issue. The car was never registered in his name or even the title. The car is useless. He scammed me and my unborn child out of hard earned and saved money even transportation!! If this evil spirit is still here running this shop I wouldn't recommend giving my money. read more

After many calls and 3 days later, they send me the estimated claim, with my incorrect cell phone and last name. They said that they would submit claim to my insurance company. After suffering 4 months of ghosting and tales from another auto body shop, my family and I yelped reccommendations for our newly acquired JDM vehicle, Joe responded within minutes on a late Saturday afternoon. Not only is a quick response on a Saturday a highly unusual experience for me, another surprise was his willingness to offer a Sunday consultation, in-person at the shop. The location is easy to miss, but just give Joe a call or text and he will guide you to the right bay. He has a clean and spacious office with AC!!! Conditions of the front-end repairs were discussed, and it was easy to discern Joe has experience working with insurance companies. Although the insurance company authorized the repairs, we chose not to complete them because ours was a JDM, with only 24 of these on the continental united states. This meant we could insure it, but would be issued a salvage title. We needed a vehicle for everyday activities of daily living and not as a custom show mobile, so we sadly sureendered the 1998 Nissan Serena to the insurance company. Literal hidden gem! I had to turn right between the yellow building of 1015 Dillingham and not where maps took me(alignment services of 1015 street side). I clipped the side of my Jeep taking a turn too quickl in a parking garage. This repair company is the worst one I have ever encountered, and it is extremely irresponsible. I was hit by a motorcycle overtaking at high speed on October 30 last year. The insurance company introduced it to me and rented me a car. However, in early December, the insurance company notified me that the money for the rental car would be used up. If I continued to rent the car, I had to pay for it myself. At that time, I thought it had been more than a month and it should be repaired soon, so I did not continue to rent the car. I called to inquire about the progress of the car repair, and the other party kept saying that there were many holidays at the end of the year, so the parts had not arrived. When I asked again at the end of December, they responded with a video saying that the parts had been received and painted, and the car could be delivered next week. When I picked up the car the next week, they said that the parts were not qualified and that they had to be reordered. Then I went there in person on January 26th. At the car repair company, the manager said that the car was basically repaired. Only the wires for the front fog lights had not arrived. You could take the car and use it temporarily. After receiving the wires, you would be notified to go back and install it. Since the car had not been used for dozens of days, I was very happy at the time. However, as soon as I left the parking lot, I found that the car could not drive in a straight line and the steering wheel was vibrating to the point that I could not hold it. I immediately returned to the factory to continue repairs and replace parts. Two weeks later, I was notified that it had been repaired. I picked up the car at 5pm and there was a party on the same day. I parked the car in a public parking lot. When I left, the car wouldn't start. I was in a mess. I finally asked a mechanic to help me. On the way home, I found a clattering sound under the car in front of me. I went back to the factory for repairs the next day. I found paint leaks inside the door again. It was finally completed on February 10th. It took a total of 100 days. As a repair shop, you should check the safety performance of the vehicles you repair before returning them to customers. You don't want customers to come back to the factory for repairs if they find problems. This is very irresponsible. read more
