Lastly, when they say "affordable", it truly is. The company I originally was going to go with was going to charge me almost $1500 for my windshield, ended up saving $500 by going with Affordable Auto Glass. If you ever need service done, I highly recommend Affordable Auto Glass!! My windshield window looks like nothing ever happened. I got to my appointment an hour early but I was still able to check in. I received text updates while I waited which it took about 2 hours. My technician did a great job! The mobile service is only available for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I made the appointment for Monday 7/27. They tell you that they'll be there between 8am-5pm, which means you have to wait the entire day. Monday came and no call no show. I called customer service on Tuesday. They apologized and said that they would come on Wednesday 7/29 and give me priority. Wednesday came and no call no show. My husband and I were ready to look for another company to do the job. On Thursday 7/30, they sent a text saying that they would come on Wednesday 8/5. On Wednesday 8/5 they finally showed up at 2pm. The good...5 stars The tech they sent to replace the windshield did a really good job. You can't even tell that it was replaced. It looks exactly like the original. The job took him about two hours. He told us to leave the windows down for half an hour and to not remove the tape until the next day. We're really happy with the job he did. The total came out to $918 with tax and recycling fee. We had called another company and they wanted over $1200 to do the same job.

They gave a good price; it was cheaper than the other place I got a quote from and I saved more than $50. Then I asked when the earliest I could have someone come and install the window for me. They had someone come in the afternoon the same day. They gave a time frame on when the guy was going to come and even called beforehand to let me know that he was on the way. The person that came was very friendly and got the job done quick--I think it was less than an hour. My window looks good and works great! It's very convenient that they can come to your location. It's an additional fee, but not that much and it's worth it. I would definitely go back to them.

Every trip back to Hawaii somehow includes a stop here, usually in one of my parents' cars, waiting in line with everyone else while the smell of soap mixes with hot asphalt and exhaust. It's oddly nostalgic. The system works, but it definitely assumes you've been here before. When you pull up, the menu isn't really explained. You're asked a few quick questions about tires, vacuuming or upgrades and before you know it you're being waved forward. If you're trying to understand the difference between services or whether a detail is worth it, don't expect much guidance. The actual wash was good, especially for the price. Coming from Los Angeles, where a proper wash and detail can easily cost well over $100, it's hard to complain. Just don't expect perfection. The interior looked much better, but there was still sand hiding under the kids' car seats and a few corners that were easy to miss. If you have children, prepare yourself for the awkward dance of unloading everyone while deciding whether to let someone else drive your car through the wash. One thing I would recommend. Tip the crew. They work incredibly hard in the Hawaii heat, moving nonstop from one car to the next. No, it isn't a concours level detail. But for a long standing neighborhood institution that gets you in, gets you out and leaves your car noticeably cleaner without emptying your wallet, it's still easy to understand why locals keep coming back.

My experience ended up being 4 stars because I paid $704 for diagnostics and a transmission fluid service, only to be told that the transmission issues would likely continue over time. The recommendation given was that replacing the vehicle might be a better option if we didn't want to continue investing money into the truck. Afterward, I reached back out to ask for a quote on either rebuilding or replacing the transmission so I could better understand my options. Unfortunately, I've waited quite a while without receiving a response. At this point, even after spending the money on the diagnostics and service, the truck is still undrivable and sitting in a parking lot while I continue paying for a rental car. I completely understand that transmission work can be complicated, and I am grateful they were able to inspect my truck since I don't know much about transmissions myself. When I first brought the truck in, I also mentioned an issue with my taillight. I was initially told it would be added to the diagnostics at the end, but it was never looked at. I was later informed that I would need to pay an additional $185 just to diagnose the taillight issue. At that point, I decided to simply pick up the truck. The communication was excellent from start to finish while the vehicle was actively being worked on, but as a returning customer, I do feel disappointed that I haven't received any follow-up regarding the transmission quote. I'm hoping someone from the team can reach back out soon so I can better understand what my next steps and costs may be.

I know they are similar, but they're different enough that I felt I'd rather go with someone who does homes only * Steve was very fast to respond and was able to give me a quote on the spot based on the size and choosing ceramic, versus other companies who insisted they needed to do a field estimate, and another who just gave me standard prices for cars even though I was clearly asking about houses. Steve was able to schedule me an appointment within a week, showed up, had appropriate ladders for our staircase and windows, and he was able to complete everything in under 2 hours. He's very professional, clean, and he made sure to not leave any debris behind. Overall just a great experience! I will definitely use Readyman again in the future if I have further tinting needs.

Greg reached out to me explaining that based on the video I sent, it appeared that the ceramic coating was working, but not how it should be. He asked if I could bring the vehicle in so that his team could wash it, and verify this in person. We agreed that I would drop my vehicle off on Friday. This will allow for a pickup on Saturday. Upon drop off, his guys, Zane and Kato accepted the vehicle and tested the ceramic. Right away, Zane said that it wasn't reacting correctly. I left my keys with them and was told that the vehicle would be ready for pickup the following day and I would be notified by call or text. Saturday -- Premiere is open until 6pm. Once 5pm came around I was admittedly starting to get a little bit nervous seeing as how I needed my car for work on Monday, and I knew they were closed on Sunday. I attempted to call and received no response. Living closeby, I just decided to head over. I got there about 540pm. Greg was there detailing the interior of a car. He had plenty of vehicles to take care of. He was friendly and apologized for the lack of communication, citing that he was swamped with the influx of vehicles. He explained that my car was "done" but that he, himself, had taken issue with it. When we approached my car, it was clear that work had been done. But upon closer inspection, there were water spots on my glass and streak marks on areas, exacerbated by the light from his cell phone flashlight. He was able to quickly wipe some of them off. He again apologized and said that he didn't like the work that was done and asked if he could keep my vehicle until Tuesday so that it could be completely redone. This I respect. Alot. For a boss to take ownership of their work and the work of their employees goes a long way. I left it -- picked it up on Tuesday. The car looks fantastic. Here's to waiting it out and see if the ceramic holds this time around. Very glad that I chose the boys at Premiere. They did an amazing job on my camaro, that I felt it only right to use them for our SUV. My last interactions with Greg (the owner) and his team were nothing short of amazing. He is a personably guy. I reached out to them asking for an interior and exterior detail on my 2023 Mazda CX50. After some back and forth on the services, I ended up changing my service to a "basic" ceramic coating (which includes an exterior detail to prep it) and full interior detail. The price was amazing. Greg takes care of his customers. I wont mention it here as pricing can always change. As a reminder to anyone reading this -- its always a nice gesture to tip them, though, not required. Greg was able to take my car pretty quickly. I made the appointment for a drop off on Saturday. For those of you that don't know, ceramic coatings require a curing time, and therefore, I needed to leave my vehicle overnight. The garage is secure and under surveillance. It is easily accessible in the downtown area. I came back the next morning to pickup my car. It looked stellar! The lighting really makes the cars pop too. The exterior looked brand new (minus water spots that apparently weren't able to be removed from the 3m decals). The interior also looked great. I had some minor pet fur still embedded, but nothing to harp about. I noticed that the trunk space wasn't addressed though. No biggie. Now the reason for my decrease in rating: I want to start off by reiterating that Greg and his team are excellent dudes to work with. They are friendly, fast, and do good work. My Mazda, this time around, just isn't what I expected from them. I haven't been able to get back for the car wash because the weather has been awful -- so its been a little bit of time since the coating. There are some spots where the ceramic is noticeable. Particularly under the side mirrors, you can see the coating is still there and streaked on. The new formula that they used on this "basic" coating, definitely shows a difference. Maybe this coating only included one pass over, i'm not sure, but the beading effect just isn't there. Dirt and grime still clings to the car and it doesn't wash off with water. The roof doesnt appear to have been coated, but I could be wrong. The wheels were not coated. I am unsure if the glass was coated. The trim appears to have been coated but not wiped off properly. Anyway, do I recommend them? Absolutely. I still think they do good work at a great price. However, I would strongly encourage you to ask about their options for ceramic coating and not get a lesser package. Mahalo Premiere

This is a cliché saying but if I could give this place 0 stars they 100% deserve it! My car got hit on October 9th,2024 and my insurance had it towed to this shop on the 10th. I was given an estimated time to be picked up on November 5th, however I got it on the 15th. Now it was heavy damage so I understood the first time. When I picked up my car however there was this grinding on the door that was still from the accident and my tpms sensor light in my truck was consistently on. They made me another appointment to bring the truck in on December 6th, 2024 to fix those two issues. Three weeks went by and I had to reach out to them for updates and they kept telling me oh we're trying to get it into paint this week. I was growing impatient and I called them, they didn't even pick up any of my calls and I had to call a separate number just for someone to pick up. After Christmas I paid them a visit myself and asked where the progress was, the owner told me 3 days. Three days went by then texted me another three days, and then I called them and he said at maximum two more days like WTF?! After two days my dad went down to pick the car up and they said it just came out of the paint booth and if we took it home and there's trash in the paint they can't be held responsible. At this point we left it there for over a month and come to find out from the shop manager that they didn't even touch the car for three weeks while it was there. The rage I got when I got my truck back was unexplainable. It was two different colors, another tire shop had to scan my tires for me to find out they didn't even put a tpms sensor back in when they replaced the wheels, and the gaps on the car was absolutely ridiculous! They hired a new manager or whatever and he told me to come down and they will fix the paint work and everything they messed up ensuring me under new management this won't happen again. Three days after dropping my truck off for the third time. I come to a car whose paint looks flat and dull, there's trash in the paint on the hood, and somehow I have no idea what they did but my headlights was working fine before bringing the truck in and then one side just stopped working when I got my truck back. After all this I told my insurance to find me a different body shop because it was ridiculous how many times I had to bring my truck back and my accident was in October and I only got my truck fully back in February! Honestly I don't like to bash on business but this place is shady with their work and customer service, I advise you to look elsewhere. read more

I first went to the Nimitz Hwy location and the customer service was excellent from day one. Super helpful and easy to deal with. Then I found out they also have a shop near Ala Moana, which is much closer to where I live. I mentioned it, and they handled the switch seamlessly -- one call and everything was transferred over. The repair took about 10 days. One piece of glass was on back order, so they let me pick up the car and bring it back once the glass came in, which made things way more convenient. No drama, no hassle. When everything was done, the car looked great -- you'd never know it got taken out by an uninsured e-bike. Solid work, smooth process, and great customer service. Only reason that im leaving it early is because so far, ive gotten amazing service. I am leaving a review for Mazda as well. My car is currently being worked on by SH Fender in Kaka'ako. I drive a Mazda SUV, newer model. I noticed the the roof had some bubbling happening. If you know anything about paint, you know that bubbling can only mean that you'll be in a world of debt if you let it keep going. Now, being that my car is newer, I was shocked to see the paint and roof already starting to rust. I dont take my car to the beach. I dont park at construction sites. I dont throw bird poop at it. Luckily for me, this job is being covered by the paint warranty offered by Mazda. Go me! Anyway, I dropped my car off at Mazda and it was quick to head over to SH. SH was also quick to start it -- I know this because on the same day, I got a call requesting for the key to remove my roof racks (that I stupidly forgot to hand over). That being said, after doing some research, I was super happy that SH was responsible for my car since they have excellent reviews and a friend of mine has used them before. If I could have repainted the roof black, I would have, hahaha, but I assume they'll do an amazing job on the polymetal grey. P.S. SH guys, if you want to get that scratch off my front bumper, feel free to do so HAHAHA.

My car is in excellent condition, 9 yrs new, 19k miles, and has no dents to the bumper...just scratches. Now folks this is a "bumper", not using Geico, moola is coming out of my back pocket. In order to secure an estimate, Wendy kindly told me it would cost me $150 bux. Sounds as though having Geico as a premier client, they have no need for "walk-ins" to be bothered with.
