It took me an hour of intense internet research to find it. That number is listed for Tow Jam, another trade name for VIP Towing. They are open 24 hours. They charged us $140. The woman I interfaced with was straightforward. They emailed me a link, so I paid on my phone through PayPal. Face it, no towing service is ever going to get a good review. For honesty in advertising, they get 0 stars. Once we took the uber there and handled the transaction, it wasn't bad. So I'll be generous and give them 3 stars. But they need to fix their transparency. Providing the wrong phone number just isn't honest business.

My experience ended up being 4 stars because I paid $704 for diagnostics and a transmission fluid service, only to be told that the transmission issues would likely continue over time. The recommendation given was that replacing the vehicle might be a better option if we didn't want to continue investing money into the truck. Afterward, I reached back out to ask for a quote on either rebuilding or replacing the transmission so I could better understand my options. Unfortunately, I've waited quite a while without receiving a response. At this point, even after spending the money on the diagnostics and service, the truck is still undrivable and sitting in a parking lot while I continue paying for a rental car. I completely understand that transmission work can be complicated, and I am grateful they were able to inspect my truck since I don't know much about transmissions myself. When I first brought the truck in, I also mentioned an issue with my taillight. I was initially told it would be added to the diagnostics at the end, but it was never looked at. I was later informed that I would need to pay an additional $185 just to diagnose the taillight issue. At that point, I decided to simply pick up the truck. The communication was excellent from start to finish while the vehicle was actively being worked on, but as a returning customer, I do feel disappointed that I haven't received any follow-up regarding the transmission quote. I'm hoping someone from the team can reach back out soon so I can better understand what my next steps and costs may be.

After calling around and getting multiple quotes, CHEAP TOWING has got to be the best there is. Owner Yong of Cheap Towing (aka SAIGON TOWING) was professional and timely. You can call him anytime and usually within the hour, he's there to help you. After your tow and if your destination is along the way with his next stop, he'll offer a ride back. Although it was a relatively short tow (from University Ave to Goodyear in Kaimuki, the price was $50.00. Other tow companies quoted $80-$90. Totally awesome and I recommend his services! read more

Wonderful fast service with a smile! I was stalled in a parking garage on Kapiolani Blvd in an access stall so I needed to move my car FAST! Walt rescued me when my wifes car broke down. Charged me less than 90 dollars to tow the vehicle to my residence on Hickam Air Base. It was a holiday and he was busy. It was so convenient for me to get my flat tire changed out without having to wait for a special order of my tire. He was also willing to stay after hours to help me because of my work schedule. His tires are the cheapest on the whole island. He is cheaper than Costco and quicker than the McDonald's drive-through!! He gave me other car-related tips and advice, as I am in the market for a used car. He's set up for tap-to-pay as well, which is super convenient. He is extremely easy-going, friendly, and helpful. I have already recommended him to my friends, family, and coworkers. He honestly needs to be busier than he is!

Kris who I believe is the owner, took excellent care of my vehicle and I. Tire fell off while…read moredriving and was stuck on the street in town. He answered my call late in the night, and immediately dispatched a tow truck and sent it to his shop. By the next day he started wrenching on my car and fixed a pretty big problem. Prices are solid, and was able to get my car in 2 days. Highly recommended.
