Located off Artesia Bl in Artesia. Parking is shared with other businesses in the plaza. Place is not that big a few tables and seats inside. The gal who took my order was very nice and courteous. I got the strawberry matcha cream top. It was good and would get that again. Overall a good spot and the matcha was good here.

Don't let the small size of this café discourage you from coming-- they have the best pistachio matcha. Their cream tops are top tier without being too sweet and their drinks are always consistent! I've been coming here for so long and this review is overdue but it will always be one of my favorite places to get matcha in this area. The matcha flavor profile is unmatched. Service is fast, ambiance is clean, and parking is easy too. :)

Wow wow wow! This was definitely worth the drive. Of course I tried their famous dirty nutty latte. This is chefs kiss! The flavors after you mix the latte are soo yummy! I also tried their macchiato cloud which was also amazing. Service was quick and friendly. Parking: parking lot located within the shopping center.

I ordered the dirty nutty, their signature coffee, and it was absolutely delicious!! The coffee was rich and creamy, and the peanut butter topped with crushed peanuts on the rim of the cup was yummy as well. Service was quick and staff was friendly. The shop itself was a bit small, but nice and clean. A nice place to hang out or study if you're alone or with another friend.

I was in the area Saturday morning and wanted a small mom and pop coffee shop and I came across this. Parking was easy. Spacious parking. I got the Dirty Nutty. This is what they're known for. It's very unique. There's peanuts around the rim with caramel. Take a sip without a straw and without mixing it. Taste the flavors. Then you can mix it with the wooden stick they give you. That cold foam though ! Omg it's giving peanut foam vibes. The servers were really nice as I couldn't figure out what I wanted at first.lol they were patient.

Came here because I saw aesthetic photos of their dirty nutty latte! Which is all I really need to go to a new cafe. I feel like most cafes have a lot of the same drinks...Nothing new or special, so I was very happy to see this place have a peanut butter latte. It was quite good! A little on the sweeter side I'd say but perfect for someone like me. They have more conventional non-flavored coffee beverages, but also unique flavors like a Pistachio Vanilla Latte with Pistachio cream on top. I hope more coffee shops take a note from their book and add at least one unique item that helps them stick out from the rest. Store is small with super limited seated, but my friends and I were able to grab a table and sit and talk for a good while until store closing. We noticed the store got pretty crowded towards the end of the day too.

4-1/2 stars (bump up for helpful service). Dropped by for a pick-me-up. Got the double matcha and Earl Grey tigre. The tigre was sweet and had a subtle, but lovely Earl Grey flavor. Double matcha was tasty enough, but a bit too milk-forward; I would've liked to have had more matcha in the drink. Service was super nice and assisted me in choosing what to order. Café is small, but cozy with excellent Wifi to work and otherwise chill for a while. Overall, Cafe Eclado was a solid one!

One of the best iced lattes and matchas we've had in a long time! Quality was superb! We tried the dirty nutty and the strawberry cloud matcha. We also had 2 pastries! Pastries were not a phenomenal as the drinks but still very tasty! Atmosphere was delightful and service was kind! We will definitely be going back!

I was looking to try new coffee shops in the area and this one looked interesting. The shop is a little hidden. This little shopping center has enough parking spaces. If you were looking to sit and enjoy your drink, be warned that the shop itself is pretty small. I love the feel and the esthetic. I got the mango Matcha cream and a nutella croissant. It was delicious. I'm definitely gonna add this spot to my rotation.

Came here for the first time on a weekday upon opening and there were already people studying and sitting to drink. There's pastries here as well and matcha & coffee specialty drinks. There's street vibe is simple and minimalist. They have a restroom and WiFi for guests. I ordered strawberry matcha (8/10) , strawberry tres lech (not too sweet, 6/10) and pistachio matcha (9/10). Small cups filled with mostly ice btw but I love it anyways, I'll come back to try the other specialty drinks.

This isn't just super sweet, cute drinks and pastries like I expected. It's delicious, strong, smooth coffee and some sweetness but not like a frappe sweet. The matcha with the foam was great. They are literally making drinks on scales so every drink has the same amount of foam and everything, which is appreciated. The service is great, the girl who took our order was sweet and had plenty of recommendations and information about everything. The raspberry croissant was $9! But pretty dang worth it, a little too much filling but still delicious. The only thing is wish they opened earlier in the day

The Dirty Nutty was so good! It definitely leans a little sweeter, but not in an overwhelming way. What I really appreciated was that it wasn't too milky, so the espresso still came through and balanced everything out really well. I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon to get some work done, and it wasn't very busy. They offer free wifi and have tables available. If you're planning to stay for a while, though, I'd recommend coming a little earlier since seating is fairly limited. The service was calm, welcoming, and made for a really enjoyable visit. It's the kind of place that's easy to settle into for a bit, and I'd definitely come back. Parking can be a little busy because the shopping center has several businesses nearby, including a beauty studio, restaurant, and bank. That said, the lot itself has plenty of spaces, you may just need a little patience during busier times!

The drink itself was very flavorful, very much so the quality of matcha that I enjoy! I ordered a matcha latte, less sweet, easy ice with oat milk. I asked for less ice because I didn't want my latte to be too cold and I wanted to sip on it on a walk and didn't want to water it down. Wasn't expecting almost a third of the cup empty when I received it Given the extra $.75 I paid for the oat milk, I would have been very grateful if they topped it off a little more milk if anything! Also, I've asked for it less sweet but it still tasted too sweet for my taste. They said they use agave as their sweetener fyi so if I return, I'll probably ask for a lot less sweeter read more

A new café opened near my house, and I had to check it out! The space is cozy and aesthetically pleasing, with a nice selection of drinks and pastries. We ordered the Dirty Nutty and pistachio matcha. Both drinks were beautifully presented and tasted just as good as they looked. The Dirty Nutty was rich and creamy, featuring a smooth peanut cream. It reminded me of Ferrero Rocher. The pistachio matcha had the perfect balance of sweetness and was equally enjoyable. I'd come back for these drinks and would love to try more from the menu. read more

Flavor-wise, they were okay but nothing that stood out The portion size, the prices felt a bit steep. $7 for a small cup of coffee! Their dirty nutty w/ oatmilk is DELICIOUS! They even have instructions by the cashier on how to drink it. The pastries they make in-house are delicious as well. Friendly customer service. Ample parking which is always a plus. Will definitely be back! read more

Came here a couple times already , and every single time the dirty nuty drink is amazing !! It is a bit sweet so if you're not a fan of sweet drinks I would order something else , in my opinion it's perfect . The peanut rim is my favorite part . The workers seem friendly and helpful if you have any questions . The shop itself is rather small and does get packed , I don't think it's an ideal place to get work done. Overall I recommend everyone to try ! read more

finally tried this cafe after seeing it months ago! we got the strawberry matcha and the pistachio matcha and both were really good. normally the cream top for pistachio matcha can be overbearing, but this one was tasty. it was sweet but with a subtle hint of pistachio that made it a lot better than other cafes. the service was also great and the owner (i think) seems sweet and always greeted all the customers with a smile. there's not a ton of seating but the few seats that they did have were comfortable and cozy. walked out feeling happier and will try the pastries next time :) read more

My husband is a coffee drinker, he had the dirty nutty. He said it was delicious, but a little sweet. I had the pink coconut match and had them make it less sweet and it was delicious. We also had their tigre pastries which were very unique and delicious. I would definitely come back! read more

really good matcha just annoying that I have to pay for an extra shot because their original recipe doesnt use enough but overall taste of matcha is very high quality authentic and their earl grey almond pastries are SO good . It's been a while since I've been mind blown by a cup of coffee, but I must say this place did the trick. I had the "Dirty Nutty" and it was delicious! The rim of the cup was lined with peanuts and you're supposed to drink it without a straw. Definitely give it a try if you're wanting something different. It's not too sweet and just the right amount of sweetness. It was so good I got another cup the next day! read more

i tried the pistachio matcha and hoppucino -- the hoppucino was perfectly nutty & not too sweet, and the pistachio matcha had a rich pistachio butter that paired well with the matcha. the drinks here are definitely on the more decadent side, but you won't be disappointed. lovely cafe with unique drinks :) read more

This has become a new favorite for my husband and I! Came across this place first and had to drag him here to try it because the coffee was superb! I ordered the "nutty" latte and the pistachio matcha- 10/10. Both drinks were exceptional. The nutty latte was bold, velvety, had a nice but not overbearing taste of peanut butter. They do add a chocolate rim with nuts which is a nice touch! The pistachio latte was delicious as well - the pistachio flavor was nice, sweet, and did not taste artificial like starbucks pistachio. I realized that matcha and pistachio pair very well together. They made the drinks pretty fast, and the baristas were nice. The place is small and does not provide much seating. Probably not a good place to work or study but a good spot to have a good coffee and catch up with friends. read more

Ok.. To be clear, this review will be strictly based off two things I've tried: the Dirty Nutty and the Almond Croissant. Without being too wordy, the Dirty Nutty is amazing. Perfect amount of coffee, and perfect amount of sweetness mixed with the nutty peanut butter flavor. Only thing I wish is that it was bigger, to enjoy more of it. The Almond Croissant was delicious. I wish it was a tiny bit fresher as you can tell they were refrigerated and then reheated because the inside was still a little cold after being heated. Aside from that: perfection. read more

Wow! I have always enjoyed coffees with a rich nutty flavor.. CAFE ECLADO really did something with their Dirty Nutty. It has such a rich flavor, the coffee is bold but not bitter. The peanut butter and nuts are a great touch! The service was pleasant. I would definitely go back!! We also tried their strawberry matcha and it was lovely! A must try!! read more

After seeing the instagram promotions for Cafe Eclado, I couldn't wait to try it! I settled on the pistachio matcha, even though everything on their specialty menu sounded soooo good!!! The pistachio cream was incredible and complemented the matcha perfectly. It wasn't too sweet and the flavors were very balanced. My friends got the Dirty Nutty and Vienna Latte. The Dirty Nutty is their signature and it really didn't disappoint. They instruct you to mix well and to not use the straw because sipping from the cup is a whole experience. You get the peanut cream and the peanut rim with the espresso, which is very delightful. The Vienna latte is also really smooth and the cream is delicious! They have a party box filled with an assortment of choices. We each got their garlic bombs (~$3.50), which is a roll filled with cream cheese and garlic butter!! It was so delicious and I wanted MORE! I just wished they could heat it up to elevate the garlic bomb even more!! Overall, the inside of cafe eclado is very clean and aesthetic. There aren't many tables (about 4-5) and I believe outlets only on one side of the cafe. The restroom is also super clean too!!!! I will definitely come back and try more of their drinks, as the drinks we did try shocked me (in a good way)!!! read more

Wow I was surprisingly blown away with how good the matcha was here. I've gotten their matcha latte twice now and it's been perfect both times. The drink has a good balance of being not too sweet and having that umami flavor that high quality matchas have. Cafe Eclado might just be my new top 3 spots for matcha in socal. today i tried the dirty nutty, the strawberry matcha, and the chorizo and cheese croissant and let me just say this is the BEST coffee and matcha i've ever tasted in my life! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The ambience was very peaceful and cozy. Its a small building so might no be the best place to study if it's crowded but if not crowded. then its a great place to get work done! 10/10 in my book read more

The dirty nutty is so interesting cause you don't usually see peanut flavored/inspired drinks so it was pretty yum. The peanut flavor wasn't too strong and actually paired pretty nicely and subtly with the espresso There are only a few seats and tables, but doesn't seem to get too busy. Nice chill spot to do work if you're able to get a spot! read more

The mango pure doesn't taste artificial it pairs so well with the matcha, currently craving it as I type this. This is a true hidden gem of artesia. They are consistently good at making drinks. I never have to take a gamble if my drink is going to be good or bad. The staff are so kind and helpful. After giving this place a try.. I hate to admit it, but I'm obsessed! Dirty nutty is my favorite, 10/10! Did not have to make any adjustments. It's perfectly sweet, creamy and the coffee was strong. I ordered their signature latte with peanut butter cream. The cream, in my opinion, was too thick even after a bit of stirring. The drink itself, however, was delicious. The first sip was like nutty heaven, but I wish their cream were less thick. I ended up leaving the cream, which amounted to one-third of the whole drink. The inside is clean and nice. While the music could be a bit loud for studying, they do have outlets for laptops. I might be back for those little treats with the cream in the middle. read more

Cute interior. Drinks are bomb. But a lot of the specialties contain nuts so watch out for that if you have an allergy. However, he drinks have a good balance in sweetness because of the nutty flavor. read more

Bathrooms are clean and accessible. Parking lot is small though, so it may be more convenient to park on the lot next to the Filipino market next door and just walk if you can't find any parking.

The Dirty Nutty latte is absolutely incredible with its smooth peanut butter cream top. The coffee quality is consistently great and I can see why this is their signature drink. However, I'm disappointed they changed their stamp card program after the grand opening. They used to stamp per drink but now only stamp per visit, so buying 4 drinks at once only counts as one stamp instead of four. This feels like a downgrade to the loyalty program and doesn't reward customers who buy for groups. The drinks are still worth it, but I hope they reconsider this policy change. read more

The Pistachio Matcha is my favorite, but I recently tried their house-made Strawberry Matcha and Mango Matcha as well. Both tasted incredibly fresh in a way that's hard to find elsewhere, and the flavors were perfectly balanced and delicious. The staff is always friendly, and the service is usually quick.
