I stopped by about 2 hours before closing. It was not busy at all. There was 1 car in the drive through. Ironically this place crossed my mind cause a girl I follow on Instagram is like ALWAYS here. So it was in my subconscious to say the least for a visit... I looked at the menu online as it is expanded online rather than in person. I ordered something simple, their iced toffee nut. I LOVE toffee, so I was really excited to see their offered this flavor as it is not common. I placed the order, it came out pretty quick. Color was nice and everything but... it tasted like WATER. I have no clue how they make it, but I genuinely felt like I was drinking water with an underlying toffee flavor. It was not pleasant. I definitely wasted my money for that "coffee". It just left me feeling disappointed and another coffee shop on my do not return list. The Ziggi's iced pumpkin shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam is officially one of my seasonal favorites! I actually prefer their pumpkin flavor profile over the pumpkin drinks I've tried at other places. Their large size is HUMONGOUS, too, so you definitely get a bang for your buck compared to other coffee chains. I didn't feel jittery after which was great. I tried their bacon breakfast burrito which was pretty tasty and filling. I've only ever ordered through the drive-thru. The staff is always friendly and keeps us posted on timing for our order. It's a close second to my favorite, Dutch Bros--which is conveniently opening a location nearby soon. Competition is getting serious! Updated: Came for a long overdue 2nd try of Ziggis and found myself pleasantly surprised. I came with a specific agenda in mind - pumpkin coffee & study on the upper level patio. The barista at the front was super kind and friendly, she answered all my questions and really tried to understand what I was looking for in a drink (I lean towards sweeter drinks). I ended up going with the shaken iced pumpkin espresso with cold foam, extra sweet. Very very good but even for me I think I could skip the extra sweet option next time! The pumpkin flavor is prominent and very nice, not artificial at all. I noticed when driving by the drive through is always popping but the upper level patio tends to be emptier (which is great). I ended up having the patio all to myself to get some studying done. There is music playing so I wouldn't recommend for intense studying or anyone who needs silence but it worked great for me. I appreciated the free wifi available and umbrellas for this crazy hot & sunny weather we've been having. I definitely still reccomend some solar string lights to add to the ambience of the patio but overall, wonderful space to hang solo or for a coffee date. read more

Service is always great. The ladies here are super friendly. I get my dog a pup cup so it's always a treat for both her and I :) There's no inside seating but there's a couple outside tables right in front of the walk-up order window. I typically go to the drive thru which is very convenient. There's some parking spots as well but it's small. If you park in their parking & if it's busy enough in the drive thru, you may be trapped for a bit until the line moves. No biggie. I've been OBSESSED with Ziggi's lately! My go-to has been their Colorado Mocha, and I've tried all three versions: iced, blended, and hot. Depending on the day, if it's cold out, I'll opt for the hot version, but my usual is either the iced or blended. You definitely can't forget to try their chocolate chip banana bread, either! It's moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. They also offer a gluten-free pumpkin bread that is equally delicious. The service here is awesome as well! Most of the girls who work here provide exceptionally friendly service and are very informative about the menu. I love how they always remind me to give them my phone number associated with my rewards account so I can redeem or accumulate points. I also appreciate that they're dog-friendly and offer pup cups with a Milk-Bone treat (depending on availability) for the fur babies. They don't offer indoor seating; however, they conveniently have a drive-through and limited seating near their outdoor ordering window. Starbucks, who?! Don't know her. 2/19/26 Ziggi's is a fairly new shop which took over the spot occupied by Wienerschnitzel. They've been open close to a year now (come March). Pretty good beverage selection & hot foods/treats/snack items with a walk up & drive thru option. Service is quick, friendly, efficient . It's a small shop, no dining indoors. Parking lot has a few stalls (about 5 spots) which include EV charging. How cool is that? I've never been to any Ziggi's so this a new place in Bellflower--a good addition & choice for the community. There are a couple of round metal tables & seats at the walk up window area for customers to enjoy their purchases. I will likely return when in the area. read more

Stopped by on a weekday morning through the drive thru & it was not too busy. Tried the iced fireside with oat milk which I must say was very sweet. I'm not sure if you can make it less sweet but if you like strong coffee, definitely don't get that one. However, I also got the spinach feta egg whites and oh my gosh!! If I could give a negative star, I would. I'm a Rewards member through my phone number, I don't have the app. I came in today for the BOGO free menu item per their "Season of Love" promo which runs Feb 3-14. The barista didn't know what I was talking about even though I showed the screenshot on my phone. Then she said it's for app users only, which is NOT TRUE!!!!!!!! It's for current Rewards members with or without the app. This is terrible customer service because if she was unsure, why not check with a supervisor. The free drink's not coming out of her pocket. I've been searching for a coffee shop that isn't overly strong or overpowering, and on my way home from work, I found this little hidden gem! One of my favorite things about this place is that you can customize almost every drink with coffee, no coffee. That's a huge win for me because caffeine can really affect my mood and anxiety throughout the day. I love that they give you the option to enjoy all the delicious flavors without having to worry about the caffeine. It's also great for kids because they can enjoy many of the same drinks too! What's crazy is that some of the drinks without coffee taste so rich and creamy that I honestly thought they contained coffee until one of the employees explained that we can add coffee to any drink on the menu. That was such a pleasant surprise. The drive-thru is small, but don't let that fool you they have a huge selection of drinks. I highly recommend scanning the QR code near the pastry menu because it opens up an even bigger menu with tons of specialty drinks that aren't listed on the main board. The only downside is that it can be a little confusing since some of their best drinks aren't visible unless you scan the code. This place is a 10/10 for me. I don't even live near Lakewood and it's about a 30-minute drive, but I still make the trip because the drinks are that good. I bring drinks to friends and family all the time, and everyone loves them.The coffee is incredibly smooth, creamy, and flavorful. In my opinion, it blows Starbucks out of the water. Every drink I've tried has been delicious, and the quality is always consistent. The employees are another reason I keep coming back. Every worker I've interacted with has been so friendly, patient, and helpful. They genuinely care about making your drink the way you like it, and every girl working there has always been an absolute sweetheart.If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. The drive through line was long but didn't take too long to get through. Lots of flavors. The only thing that made them lose a star is asked for extra caramel sauce at the bottom and barely got a squeeze. Other than that we liked our drinks. B - Fireside Blended (Frappuccino style) could have used another pump of marshmallow to compete with the coconut milk in requested, but it was still good. I'm obsessed with Ziggi's. When my husband and I visited Kansas City last summer, we had dirty soda for the first time, and to say that I became obsessed is an understatement. Since Fall/Winter, I haven't been able to find the CoffeeMate dirty soda creamer in stores so Ziggi's has been a lifesaver. My husband loves the lighter sodas and the last time he got the sharkbite slush and it was delicious. I can't wait to try their coffees too. The drinks themselves are a 4 or 5 star but the service is definitely 5 stars, so full marks! Since the drinks take a second to be made the drivethru moves a little slower than a Starbucks or a McDonalds and the girls I've talked to at the windown are so sweet. Living around the corner, I visit this location quite often. Sadly though, I've noticed a decline in their service and drink quality lately. Today specifically when ordering the staff on headsets were laughing hysterically - and while I know it could happen as accident from time to time, it was constant and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then, when I got to the window it seemed like they were confused on what I ordered - or just not paying attention. It appears they don't have their dress code any longer either. The worst part is the dirty soda I received tasted like the strawberry mix was outdated and had a bad taste. We've been going here since they opened up - and haven't had as many issues as we've had in just the last month or so.
