We came here to grab a quick drink and watch the sunset. In a nice part of the city, it has some free street parking nearby. The business itself is 3 story with the first floor being a restaurant, the second an open air bar, and the third a rooftop bar. The area is nice to sit and chill. There are tons of tables and chairs, as well as pool tables. For a cocktail and a High Noon we paid $28.

Blue velvet- recommend!

The highlight is certainly the rooftop bar (if you can snag a spot - it's first-come, first seated), however there are also options with views of the mountains on the third level as well. We were fortunate to get a coveted rooftop table on a fall Friday evening. Once you've procured your seat, scanned the QR code and decided what to order, head downstairs to the third level bar to place your order. Food will be delivered to your table. The Brussels appetizer was on point - well prepared and delicious. The chips and dip trio and Mexican corn dip were okay. Nothing to write home about. Let's talk cocktails. The Blue Velvet , gorgeously presented was my fave. Sign me up for more. Their version of an Old Fashioned (detective in the name) was potent. A definite sipper. The French Onion soup was a nice dish, small enough that I didn't leave over-stuffed following the apps. Downstairs there's a game table which provided a fun conclusion to our evening out. We had fun, the rooftop offered a lovely setting, and I'd definitely return another time.

Something new, kinda far away from my home base but Yelp photos looked great. Here I am. Made reservation (1st floor only) but most of the 1st floor was empty for early Friday afternoon. Got a table, immediately greeted by our server. Ordered drinks and the food. Went to wash hands and checked out the roof top and rest of the floors. Each floor had bars but the roof top. There were already people by the fireplaces (several). Will be a nice place to hang out. I guess you order from the bar, get a buzzer and they will bring to you as on option? Two entrée we ordered arrived quickly. Just basic tavern food but thats what we wanted and looked pretty good. Burger with fries and rueben. They were excellent. Buns were soft, browned up nicely, didn't fall apart from me biting into it. Saved up the half of the rueben for next morning. Yes, it was very good after nuking it. One thing that was terrible. Creme Brulee Cheese Cake @ $10 Don't waste your money on it. If you like cheese cake, maybe. Overall, our server was awesome. Fries were top notch, lots of drink specials. Awesome atmosphere. Go and say hi to "Big Boy"!

This is one of my favorite places! It has an awesome vibe - where old meets new. BurnDown is in a renovated 1940s brick building with a modern industrial vibe using preserved charred beams from a past fire when it once was a furniture shop - hence the name Burndown. There are three stories & a great roof-top deck with beautiful views. Not only does BurnDown have amazing food they also host live music & have trivia nights. Note, parking is on the street. We arrived for lunch on a Wednesday, ordered & paid at the bar then found a table. Our food was brought out to us. The staff was friendly & personable. I had the Mexican Street Corn Dip, French Onion Soup & the Harvest Salad. The dip was delicious... it was made with sweet corn, chipotle mayo, lime cream, cotija, hot Cheeto dust, cilantro & served with chips. However, I would have liked it a little more spicy. The soup was classic comfort food at it's best. It had caramelized onions in a savory rich broth, topped with gooey melted Swiss cheese & a toasted baguette, it was fantastic. And just as wonderful was the salad, made with squash, walnuts, dried cherries, green apple & goat cheese tossed in a great vinaigrette. This was a fun lunch with terrific food!

Baha Style Tacos!!

Decided to try BurnDown after seeing a write up in WestWord magazine. I would definitely recommend to friends and out of town visitors. The vibe is very fun, reminds me of something you would see in New Orleans with multiple floors and skinny balconies (outward facing bar stools) that you can dine on with a view. The food was very tasty- I ordered the "Baha" style tacos with fried mahi-mahi and pineapple salsa. My husband wanted a veggie burger (like beyond or Impossible) but they only had black bean burgers but the staff helped him alter the Asian slaw burger by changing it to a salmon fillet and it was delicious - they should consider officially adding it to the menu.

I've been here twice recently and enjoyed both times! The place is big they have multiple floors. We went for brunch on Saturday and they had a deal on espresso martinis-great service at the bar. Hung out then ordered some food to go with the few rounds we had. Also went for happy hour during the week and they had a special on the old fashioned drinks. I got the steak tacos and they were pretty good. The meat was great. They also happened to have trivia that night. Overall this is one of the those places you can always guarantee to meet up with your friends and have a good time.

Me and my sweetheart darling were scouring the city for late night grub and we ventured into burn down, packed bar full house all the bartenders absolutely rocking it , wait staff crushing a very chaotic Friday night seamlessly, we got some delicious mocktails to accompany our exquisite entrees, steak frites for moi and some sticky salmon for my beautiful wife. The vibes were incredible and so was the service and the atmosphere and the food COME ON DOWN TO BURN DOWN

We're visiting Denver and this place had caught my attention because the food looked good and it was rated well. Upon arrival, I was so impressed. The atmosphere is perfect; it's just the right amount of relaxed and lively. I love the decor, the lighting, and the fact that there's plenty of seating. The food was delicious, we got the French onion soup, crispy coconut shrimp, and the braised short rib. Our bartender Stephanie was incredibly friendly and helpful, by far the best bartender I've been attended by in my history of drinking lol. She seemed like such a genuine person, definitely someone who puts care into the what they do. I love that they had pool tables; I'm not the best at pool but it's always enjoyable to play. The choice of music was great and I like that the music itself wasn't too loud so I could still talk and hear my own thoughts. No complaints whatsoever, this place is phenomenal. I would definitely come back here.

I love a roof-top bar. Four levels including the roof. Restaurant is on the first floor. Fun spot for a nightcap or some drinks that glow in the dark. Great music. Tasty Bloody Mary. The vibe is party time. Big screen TVs and music all around. Parking on the street.

Adding to my review- They have such a fun vibe on the third floor for Christmas! Be sure to make your way up there!! We tried the Steak Frites- it was SO good!! Service is always quick even when they are busy. We love this place and will always come back!

Rosemary's Baby's Mule
Mark S.

Really cool space with multiple levels and areas, good food, attentive servers (even during busy game days!) and overall a great place to catch a game! The Silk Suit wasn't quite my flavor (it was a more bitter drink than I usually like) but the Rosemary's Baby's Mule was much more my speed. The Mexican Street Corn Dip wasn't the best I've had, but it was a solid appetizer. The Nachos were excellent, piled-on toppings and a nice kick of heat! The Old Town Burger was good, but a little dry and was sweeter than I would have preferred. Can't complain about any of it, just some of the items weren't my preference and I'll just order some different things next time!

BurnDown's a good place for food or drinks! I've been here about almost 10 times across my time here in Denver, and I can say I've never had a bad time. It does get a bit crowded, but that's to expected of a place people like. I like the idea of multiple levels with the main floor being the closest to the restaurant environment. The food is decent, but on the pricier side. It's a reliable spot for big planned parties and impromptu quick grab of food and drinks. The drinks are pretty good with interesting concepts. A little playful, I like that. Definitely one of the fav spots to go to!

Oh my goodness this place was everything and more. The vibes inside were cool downtown alongside the rooftop bar. The service was great, kind workers and fast pace without rushing you. My favorite thing I ordered here was definitely the GF wrap. Rarely ever do restaurants have GF wraps and this one was amazing. Crispy and fresh.

The rooftop patio was nice but the food and drinks were mediocre. The whole place seems overhyped.

I made a reservation on…read moreOpenTable, and I ended up needing to increase the number of people to 8 a few days before the reservation. Accommodating our party was no problem. My mom, who usually scoffs at fancy restaurants and their fancy prices, absolutely loved her $10 ginger sunrise juice drink (I made her get it) and said that her sweet corn eggs benedict ($19) was one of the best things she's ever eaten. Our server Julie did an amazing job taking care of our party, some of whom arrived on time and some of whom didn't. The 20% large party gratuity was well-earned. I loved that the restaurant being connected to the hotel meant that the lobby was a beautiful space for those of us who got there early to gather and for us to all chat before we went our separate ways. Many of us were enthralled by the Moët & Chandon vending machine in the lobby, as well as the super cool "fire in a glass box" art piece. I had the $19 chicken philly skillet, which was tasty, but my family members who got the $29 steak and eggs knew what they were doing. My husband, who is incredibly picky about bacon, thought his $6 side of bacon with his $18 buttermilk pancakes was perfectly cooked and not overly seasoned. Thinking about this family meal makes my heart smile. Thanks to the Corinne staff for making it delightful.

I don't think I've ever spent more on brunch in my life. Yeah, we got a couple drinks, too. Thank goodness it was my partner's bday and we got the dessert for free. A fine place, but be ready to thin your wallet if you choose it! I wouldn't go again for that reason. I'd find another brunch spot where I can spend $100 or less. Which is still A TON for brunch!!! Restaurants complain so much about business, but then price it to the point where they get less business. What's gotta give? Hotels have the luxury of being more expensive since they have people staying & paying on the company dollar. But, I didn't pick the spot, and I got a bougiea$$ partner! Lol.

The staff was super friendly and helpful despite being overwhelmed by a very large party while I was there. They take their time making the drink because they clearly want you to enjoy them. Location (4 stars) This restaurant is downtown near the convention center. parking is pricy if you valet park at the hotel. Last year it was around $40. Parking in the lot across the street for $25 dollars Easter Sunday. If you use a walker, I would not recommend the parking lot across the street. Food (3 Stars) The Thanksgiving buffet is the best one. I would rate that buffet a (4). The Christmas and Easter buffet are pretty low key. There is a carving station (ham and prime rib). There is an omelet station. Dessert bar is decorative. Cheesecake was delicious. The warming station with potatoes, sausage etc. leaves much to be desired. The charcuterie station is sparse. They offer unlimited mimosas for an additional $25. Service (5 stars) Staff are extremely friendly. Cleanliness (2 stars) My only complaint, I saw a tabletop being cleaned off with a rag used to clean the chairs and then under the table on the floor and on to the next tabletop. I'm just a little picky about that. Especially since folks these days go commando and wear short attire, and you know their parts are on the chair and now spread to tabletops. Wiping up the crumbs off the floor with same rag simply through me over the edge. Atmosphere (4 stars) Spacious uncrowded environment. Nice decor. Bright with large windows.

The hash brown was good too, but probably wasn't a great value for how much food you're getting. I got the Foxy burrito. This thing was huge, and was loaded. Lots of meat and potatoes in there, and wasn't too heavy on eggs, which is how I like my breakfast burritos. The sauce had a good kick to it that had spice, but wasn't too hot, and didn't linger.
