Highly recommend dining in to enjoy the ambiance. It's one of my favorite restaurant's because of the decor. The food is very good, my family always orders the chicken carbonara and the Baked Rigatoni (note: the Italian sausage in the rigatoni is a little spicy). We've been to this location multiple times and our overall service experience has been pretty good. We've gone when it was very busy and we had very good service, but we've also been there at opening and we waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Sometimes they have a photographer that comes to each table to take pictures of your group. They provide a complimentary photo, but you can purchase individual photos separately. Jesse was amazing! I've never seen someone work so hard and still keep such a positive attitude! He was amazing! We were a party of 15 and he was covering orders, serving AND bussing!! Their dishes are super heavy too and he never let it show that he was bothered by anything at all! We had a ton of food! The chopped antipasto and the diavolo shrimp was amazing!! I just finished meeting one of my good friends for lunch to catch up and celebrate her retirement from teaching. First, the service was excellent!!! From the time I was greeted when I walked into the restaurant by the hostess until the time we left (almost 3 1/2 hours later), service was amazing!!! ALDO was our server and he was so incredibly friendly and did an excellent job! He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was as really good too! Buca Shmooca, I expected better quality food to be honest. The customer service was great but the food was alright. I ordered a Chicken Parm and it tasted soggy and bland. 5 stars are NOT enough for the service my family received today. (If I could give 10 I would for Nico's service alone!) We were served by 'Nico The Man' who really should be Nico The Next Manager. In my long history of coming to Buca I have always had a great time, but this was truly next level. The patience, attention to detail and level of care we were given to make my uncle's birthday magical was *unmatched* Some members of my family are a little... high maintenance (to put it gently), and Nico handled the big party with all of the bizarre requests and long conversations with immense grace. I often find myself mortified when my family 'traps' servers for long winded stories, but Nico laughed along and made everyone feel cared for and tended to. Not to mention his great recommendations! We ended up ordering almost everything he suggested and was let down by none of it. When it was time for the birthday celebration we totally forgot they have this MONSTER ice cream and they even brought out extra staff to sing along! We had originally planned to go somewhere else for another one of our bdays next week but now plan on coming back to Buca just for the Nico experience! I look at Buca di Beppo as one of those stable restaurants that you can always count on to be consistent and tasty. However what that means is you're never really going to push the mark into a must try and/or a "have a to tryspot to eat." If you like a good sauce and good spaghetti, a massive plate of lasagna, or even meatballs the size of your fist this is where you want to be. I almost wanted to get this place for stars right off the bat just for the sheer size and amount of food that you get when you order. Then I thought about it and really they are charging you for it. The foods are massive plates but the price is kind of follow suit, they're not out rages but it's definitely not priced as an individual meal. If you're looking to eat now and have the same thing tomorrow as leftovers you're in good shape. Or if you're looking to share there's a chance for a good win then you've got something there you've got a good deal. When we visited recently we had the new or more recently added spinach and artichoke dip. It was OK, don't know if I ordered it again I've had better but not a bad option to have on the menu. The brussels sprouts we felt like were missing something, if you got a bite of the pancetta and they're fantastic, otherwise it needed like a balsamic something to kick it up. Gluten free pasta was a big win for my wife and my spaghetti and meatballs was a hit. Next time it's a cool day and we're looking for a big warm meal we will be back. read more

Can't go wrong with this place! We risked ourselves to go out and eat during mother's day weekend! Hahah luckily we were seated immediately, appetizers came on time and we were surprised of the service. However, it took us 1 hour to get our main dish which were: fettuccini and meatball spaghetti.
