After a stunning sail along Maine's coast, we craved a snack. We landed at Brix + Brine in downtown Ogunquit, enjoying cocktails & their massive platter loaded with oysters, shrimp, crab meat, & lobster. Everything was incredibly delicious.

Super cute outdoor lunch spot with great lobster rolls and oysters! Great friendly service, and a nice shaded space. This was our first lobster roll on our road trip up the coast of Maine, and it may have been the best we had - so fresh, bright, and generously portioned. The chicken salad sandwich was also excellent! This spot participates in the Maine Oyster Trail so we tried some local oysters and were able to log our visit in the MOT portal! It was a lovely meal and is tucked away off the busy main street. Highly recommend!

What a great, lowkey place to eat in the area! We drove up for the day from NH and it was just a lovely addition to our evening before we headed out for a sunset sail. The mussels were sweet and fresh, while the sandwich was the perfect portion size. The seafood chowder was rich and perfectly filling with a side of Caesar salad. We really enjoyed the laid back vibes of this restaurant and would recommend it to those visiting. The only thing is that the service was a bit spotty and inattentive. I've waitressed at a busy seafood spot in the summer so I know it can be tiring but our server was just not very present and we only saw her when we were sat/when she handed us the check. A different server actually took our order and checked in on us during our meal.

After walking the marginal walk we stopped for a delicious lunch in the shaded backyard of this place. It was wonderful! My drink was perfectly made and more than delightful. My daughter and I shared a street corn dip appetizer. She loved her tuna poke bowl and I loved the crab! The oysters hit the spot as well! Will definitely be back!

Great friendly service with amazing lobster roll. The buttered roll was perfectly toasted, fries fresh seasoned just right, Cole slaw nice and light not heavily mayonnaised and wonderful drink. I normally get 2 cocktails but one was definitely strong enough. Nice stop I would return to.

The menu displays a seafood restaurant's offerings, including raw bar items such as oysters on the half shell, jumbo shrimp, and crab cocktail. It features sections for oysters, large platters, and sandwiches, with side options like fries, salads, and slaw. The menu is printed on white paper with black text, placed on a wooden surface, and includes prices for each item. The menu emphasizes fresh seafood and classic accompaniments.

Stopped in for a quick beer at the super cute outdoor bar and patio seating. You see the host and sign from the street but the actual bar is down a little alleyway. Bartender was an absolute blast, we only stayed for one drink but we all laughed and told stories. Oysters looked so delicious, we will have to try them the next time we are in town.

A table at a restaurant features two plates with toasted sandwiches, a small bowl of coleslaw, and a pickle spear. There are two glasses of red wine, a glass of soda with ice, and several blue water glasses. A small vase with pink and white flowers decorates the table. In the background, a person is holding a glass of soda, and a plate of fried chicken with fries and ketchup is visible. The setting appears to be an outdoor or casual dining environment.

Cute outdoor restaurant that serve seafood. I like that you don't have to make reservations and I always able to get a table here. The servers here are super nice too. She checked up on us throughout the meal to make sure that we are well taken care of. Food here is not the best I have tried in the area, and they don't have the view of the streets or ocean. However I will still come back

Solid lunch spot with outdoor seating in the heart of Ogunquit! Our group of 6 just had to wait a few minutes for a table after they opened at 11:30am. We started with the mussels to share, which were absolutely delicious in a garlicky , buttery white wine sauce. It's a great portion of mussels along with 2 hunks of bread (ask for more - trust me). For my meal, I got the crab melt, which I wouldn't get again. I didn't realize that despite being a melt, the crab salad inside would be cold. It was a bit odd to have warm, melted cheese and toasted bread with mayo-y, cold crab salad. I ended up spooning the extra broth from the mussels onto the crab to heat it up a bit. The Old Bay fries it came with were decent, and were also tasty with the mussel broth. Overall, the mussels saved the day for me here. My friends really enjoyed their mains: hot lobster rolls & fish tacos. This place is definitely worth a try!

Fresh seafood on the coast of Maine. Lots of their dishes had a nice twist. I really enjoyed their seared sesame tuna with coconut scallion rice

Came here for some drinks and apps before dinner. Outdoor seating and multiple choices of seafood and drinks. Drinks are pretty reasonable on their prices. Any of the seafood item will depend on the market price or by the piece. Many people come here for the variations of oysters. The white sangria pitcher was good but pretty watered down. It could basically fill 3 cups.

Quick stop nice outdoor seating. Oysters were extremely fresh that pink sauce I can't remember the name of it but it's a sauce made in house very mild. Pairs well with the horseradish and lemon. service was quick it was hot outdoors but the bathroom was bumping AC like you've transported to the Antarctica. Definitely recommend everything is raw. I typically like my oysters cooked but all the components really works well together.

the best lobster rolls ever. - A lobster roll with lobster meat, lettuce, and a toasted bun is presented alongside a serving of French fries, a pickle spear, coleslaw in a small metal cup, and ketchup in a small container. The food is arranged on a tray lined with parchment paper, suggesting a casual dining environment, likely at a seafood restaurant.

Ive enjoyed this magical spot for 4 years now. I have yet to want anyone else's lobster roll when I'm in Maine. The service is alway great and the setting under the shady tree and umbrellas adds to this fresh air dining oasis. If you're in Ogunquit, you need to try this place.

The food was good, the servers were great. However the portions were small and we all left hungry.

Do you serve Easter dinner?

We had dinner here this week, and it was outstanding. I…read morecalled and made a reservation a couple of weeks ahead of our visit (we were there on a Monday night, and in the restaurant area it was pretty quiet - just us and one other table). First things first - parking is super easy, it's a free valet service (not obvious at first, as there is parking behind the restaurant, but you're greeted right away when you pull in). We walked through the bar area, over to the restaurant area (surprisingly the bar was quite full), and were able to choose a table by one of the two fireplaces. On the restaurant side, it feels very cozy, and homey, exactly where you want to spend a cold night, inside eating dinner. Our server was lovely, greeted us right away and provided menus. I started with a cosmo (they had flavored versions like strawberry, but I elected to go for the classic). For an appetizer, we started with the bacon wrapped scallops - the bacon was maple glazed, and wonderfully crispy, with the scallops cooked perfectly, and some micro-greens scattered on the plate - delicious. For entrees, my mom had the baked seafood stuffed haddock which came with a lobster sherry cream sauce, a massive pile of perfectly cooked green beans, and mashed potatoes (yum). I went with the duck special, which was absolutely delightful. It came with Brussels sprouts, and I subbed out the au gratin (I very strongly dislike sweet potatoes), for mashed potatoes. It was delicious. We were so full, we opted for dessert to go (chocolate cake), which was generously portioned, and decadently delicious. We really enjoyed the meal - this was a wonderful dinner to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday!

We started with scallops wrapped in bacon and their bread service. The butter was sweetened and the bread was great. The scallops with bacon were excellent. My husband enjoyed a few vodka with cranberry and he wasn't disappointed. He chose the crab stuffed shrimp and sincerely loved it. The rice and green beans were great but he was full from the shrimp. I chose the filet with a lobster tail, fingerling potatoes and asparagus. Everything was simply superb. Dress was casual and the place was clean. Not thinking they are accessible though as there were steps going in the two doors we used.

We have been going there every year since it opened and it is always consistent and good food. When you consider how much other places in the area are charging (and the food is not as good), their price point is great. The servers are always on top of everything and lovely. Get the cornbread! You will not be sorry.

Our second year visiting at Maine Catch. Lovely outdoor dining in a sunken garden in front, but…read morethis year we sat indoors which reminded me of a lovely Adirondack pine panel inn. Our server Benjamin was excellent. We started with 10 Maine oysters which were well shucked and ice cold. They were sweet and delicious + added two raw clams. Each oyster was labeled with cute wood sticks. Love the Maine oyster names. The Maine course was lobster risotto with balsamic drizzle. The rice was perfectly cooked with good deep flavor. The disappointment was the less than 2 Oz - 1/2 lobster tail sitting on top. It was tender, but a little more lobster pieces in this almost $40 dish of creamy Arborio rice would have been nice. The balsamic drizzle was a great taste touch. Lobster roll - nice presentation and tender lobster on the warm under-buttered hot dog roll - but not enough lobster. Decent fries and small cold slaw. Good flavor but sides should not be an extra charge. Blueberry pie - good but not as good as the nearby Ogunquit restaurant competition. Will return in year 3 - hopefully for a five star shout out.
