Great vibes. Incredible quality and value. Their ingredients were very high end. The seafood platter was on point. Their wine list is thoughtful and priced fairly. We really enjoyed the cocktails as well. Particularly the jalapeño margarita. The Fried Chicken was surprisingly good for a seafood spot. Really great options for lunch. All seating is outdoor but they are open from lunch through dinner so if eating at an odd time like 3p then you are still good. We had the chicken salad and a burger with side salads. The "not all who wander" drink was excellent. read more

We stumbled upon this place by accident. Everything was delicious. The lobster toast was my favorite. We also did the tempura combo. We all loved it. Even ordered a second one. I would skip the house made ricotta next time. I would highly recommend this place for-the drinks and the apps. read more

Called this restaurant at noon today for reservations for 13. Was told we could be seated if we arrived before 530. We arrived at 510 and were told we could not be seated as they do not seat large parties. Asked for the manager and she tried to tell me that I did not call earlier and they could not seat our party. I recently took a weekend trip to Ogunquit with my mother and stopped at Brix & Brine on our last day for lunch. So glad we stopped in! We started with the Meat & Cheese board, which was absolutely fabulous. It was much larger than we expected, and boxed up quite a bit of it so we'd still have room for our meals. The meat platter had hot capicola, genoa salame, and prosciutto. For cheese, there was feta, I believe asiago, and one other cheese. I don't know what the last cheese was, and should have asked the waiter because it was delicious. This was served with crostini, apples, jelly, and olives. For our meals I had the open faced pork schnitzel. Crisply coated pork, a delicious sauce, and an over easy egg made this dish easy to enjoy. My mother got a sandwich similar to chicken parmesan, but a bit more upscale. I don't recall the name of the dish. Food was great, and the service was excellent. Would certainly go back if I made my way back up to Ogunquit. read more

Arrived at 1:45p for lunch, waiter told us the kitchen was behind because of "short staff" and we couldn't place our order until 2:15p. We though oh we will have our drinks it shouldn't be that bad of a wait. 2:15p came and he said "I'm sorry I meant 2:45". So we had our cocktails and then finally ordered our food at 2:45p, we should have left. Extremely long wait time, I would double check before dining here this season. And when the bill came they didn't even give us any sort of discount because of the long wait time and very slow service we incurred. read more

The food was excellent and welcome from our travel from downtown Boston. We stumbled across it as there were many restaurants concentrated in the same area, and were greeted by a warm woman who brought us to a table outdoors. The pasta had big, sweet chunks of lobster. Dined at Brix last year, great experience, decided to repeat. Ordered fried chicken, haddock, spicy shrimp, burger, ceasar salad, wedge salad, and assortment of oysters. Although the service was very good and the bartender made me a great tequila drink the crab and avocado salad left much to be desired. It was really a head of bed lettuce with a blob of crab salad on top. Not real lump crab meat. Tiny bit of avocado and some bitter grapefruit. Not very good at all and definitely not worth the price. I will say the guacamole was okay and the clams were incredibly small. Lunch here cost $90, way too much for what we received. read more

While in Ogunquit over the summer, we stopped in for lunch and drinks midweek. I was super impressed. Everything was amazing (food, service, atmosphere). We just had a few appetizers but I would go back for a full meal in a minute. I was really blown away by the quality of the food and the friendliness of everyone. This was an amazing place with outdoor patio seating and full bar. As a new visitor to Ogunquit this place had both quality food and drinks. We brought a dog and this is one of the dog friendly places near "Marginal Way" along the water. I had the fried haddock fish sandwich and it was one of the best fish sandwiches I have ever had in my life because the crust coating was crunchy while the fish was tender and portion was generous. I also had the seafood chowder which was also hearty and delicious. The drink menu had fun themed drinks like the Sky is Pink which I tasted my friends is a grapefruit type cocktail. I had the "Dancing @ the Do Lab" which had a mezcal base with pineapple and lime flavors cocktail that was just the right amount of musky notes. I had a mango margarita-yummy! I love margaritas and I welcome a fruitful twist on a summer staple. My husband and I split the cheese and meat plate and it was to die for! At first when it arrived, I wondered how we were going to finish it, but we did! And the oysters were fantastic, the variety was notable and delicious. There were so many types! We visited this place while vacationing in ogunquit. Loved the ambience, food, and service. We got the oysters, jumbo shrimp, salmon BLT, and lobster sandwich. Even with so much food - we left feeling pretty fresh and healthy! The food doesn't have too much oil etc. it's tastes fresh and really great! They even gave us free cocktail sauce to go since I wanted to snack on shrimp that I bought from a grocery store near by. The server (I think his name was Scott ?) was just amazing as well! read more

My husband and I went here last night, hoping the reviews saying that most menu items can be made gluten free were true. They were! My mom and I stopped here for a day trip to Ogunquit and loved it! It was a bright and sunny day, but we didn't have a wait which was incredible! We sat outdoors and were shaded and cool by a giant umbrella that covers the whole patio. I had an incredible chicken caprese sandwich with amazing fries that was so fresh and delicious. We were on a family vacay last month and stopped here for cocktails - lovely, fresh, elevated cocktails abound here. The owner/bartender is knowledgeable, fun to talk with, and makes excellent drinks that you'd not expect to find in Maine (no offense). It's a very islandy atmosphere which is perfect for summertime. I am giving you a bad rating because i was served by an obnoxious waiter - if i remember correctly from the name printed on the bill his name is Dan. On asking us how everything was, we said it was good other than the pasta salad that came with the crab melt sandwich - the pasta salad was bland. He replied saying that he had been serving it all summer and nobody had commented on it. Then came our food- i request for another knife and fork. He asked why we wanted another set of silverware- "did you drop it or something" and showed his displeasure , mumbled something and went off. My husband then told him that i thought he had been rude so he said that "yes because i had to unroll the silverware from the napkin to bring you another set. I said "so what its not such a chore to do that". He mumbled something while walking away. A couple minutes later, he came and dumped the check on our table saying we could pay whenever ready. We paid the bill, did not leave ANY tip and left. On the way out, i spoke to the hostess and told her how obnoxious this waiter was. If he was the owner, then he should know better than to give his customers bad service. With regards to food- the crab melt was OK. The lobster roll was good. Overall food was fine but $83 spent on bad service. read more

Excellent salmon wrap. I had the side of kale tabouli also very good. My partner had chicken caprese sandwich with old bay fries - thumbs up. Homemade white sangria - very good. Nice addition to Ogunquit's restaurant choices. We will be back. read more
