Loved it here. The lobster flatbread was creamy and delicious. The ceasar salad was a great light side to a heavier dish. I really enjoyed my red sangria while my friend liked her blueberry cocktail. There was live music and an overall adorable vibe in here.

We always have a good time here and this was no exception! Inside was chaotic and packed but still a blast. Our server, Jason, was AMAZINGGGG!!!! He helped us secure a table amongst the mass of people and then took great care of us all night. We will of course be back and will ask for Jason. Pictured is the Margarita Pizza and the Fried Haddock Tacos - both delicious! Highly recommend the spinach and artichoke dip as well.

June 2025. Had grilled burgers and hot dogs and 2 drinks outside in back area. We then went upstairs to go see Robert Dionne play and sing!

Food, service and ambiance are always amazing. We prefer to sit at the lower bar when we come for food + drinks (especially at the seats closest to window overlooking Main St for good people watching).

If you want to be in a nice place, can dress up or go causal, listen to good music, have good drinks and eat a meal or just appetizers, then you come to the right place! Always saw it, heard about but never came. So on my visit to Ogunquit, and staying near by, I decided to finally try it. It's piano bar music, and it starts at 4, ends at 9, expect on Fridays, open till midnight. They have different singers performing and they are very good. You walk upstairs and depending on the time, the tables can be full and you have to wait for something to open up. You can always stand by the bar. The waitstaff are very nice and will wait on you for drinks or food. I wasn't sure how the food was but I tried a roast chicken with mashed potatoes and squash. I have to say I was surprised it was really tasty. My daughter ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and squash and it was good as well. The food is good and it's fun to listen and watch a musician play the piano and sing. It's a must when visiting this lovely town by the sea. So glad I came!

I always know I'm back in the best spot in Maine when I get inside the front porch! My friends and I came for dinner on a Friday night and only had a short 10 minute wait to be seated for dinner. We had an AMAZING waitress, Marissa, who knocked it out of the park with service. She was attentive, extremely friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of and not rushed. Our food was loved by all in the party! Solid Mac and cheese dish, two people had the swordfish and raved about the flavor. We also had spinach and artichoke dip which was SO GOOD!! Let me tell you, the chips that came with this dip were SOLID! They did not break when dipping in and tasted good too. Dessert we had chocolate cake, chocolate peanut butter pie and a bread pudding which each got completely devoured! Drinks: fan favorites were the lavender lemon drop and the Kenny's coolata

Located in the heart of downtown Ogunquit, The Front Porch offers a diverse menu of American fare. A highlight of this establishment is the sing-along piano bar on the upper level where they also offer a full menu and cocktails. I was thrilled to see they had a local vodka available to try. Cold River Vodka was strong, 80 proof to be exact, super smooth, and finished with a mildly peppery taste. The glassware was tall with a thin stem and as a result, I felt refined holding it. The olives were not enjoyable because their texture was unappealing and they lacked a salty taste. The ambiance here was lively and fun with singing heard throughout the establishment. Another area of disappointment was in the food because it was inconsistent. While some items like the wings and sweet potato fries were fantastic, other items were not very enjoyable. The service was also a little slow. Altogether, this is a spot to enjoy singing along with the piano, apps, laughs, and more, I just think I would enjoy my main meal and a good martini elsewhere. A must visit in Ogunquit! On our honeymoon, we made a reservation at the restaurant and then headed upstairs to the piano bar after dinner. We both loved the spinach artichoke dip! The piano bar was so much fun and was one of our favorite nights from our honeymoon!

The Front Porch is a fun place to spend a few hours. Downstairs is a full dining area, upstairs has a full bar, small high-top tables that seat 2-4 people, and a grand piano in the corner. Every day they have multiple entertainers that come in for usually 4 hours at a time. Each entertainer plays the piano and sings show tunes and different songs that the patrons sing along with (loudly). There's roughly a dozen chairs around the edge of the piano that people sit at and drink while the entertainers do their thing. It's fun, there's usually an older crowd of people (60+) that hangs out until 10:00 PM or so, then the young folks arrive around 10:00 PM and take over the place. The food is decent, but a bit pricey for what you get. Two of us ordered the Barvarian pretzels, and the Spicy Honey Crunch chicken tenders. Two pretzels with a blah dipping sauce cost $15.00, and 4 finger sized tenders (which were pretty tasty) cost $17.00. We had a total of 6 alcoholic drinks during our 4 hour stay, and the total for food, drink and tip was $112.00. There's no cover charge to get in, which is nice. It can get pretty crowded around the piano area when things are hopping, so be prepared to have a few people bounce or stumble into you. The steps leading up to the piano bar area are pretty steep, so the restaurant has a huge bouncer (Josh) that walks down the stairs ahead of EVERY party leaving, to make sure they get down safely. The bar doesn't tolerate any foolishness, or you'll be promptly removed from the premises (as we witnessed a lady climb on the piano to attempt to put a tip in the tip jar). It's definitely a fun time, especially if you catch one of the better entertainers like Keith Belanger.

First things first - parking is super easy, it's a free valet service (not obvious at first, as there is parking behind the restaurant, but you're greeted right away when you pull in). We walked through the bar area, over to the restaurant area (surprisingly the bar was quite full), and were able to choose a table by one of the two fireplaces. On the restaurant side, it feels very cozy, and homey, exactly where you want to spend a cold night, inside eating dinner. Our server was lovely, greeted us right away and provided menus. I started with a cosmo (they had flavored versions like strawberry, but I elected to go for the classic). For an appetizer, we started with the bacon wrapped scallops - the bacon was maple glazed, and wonderfully crispy, with the scallops cooked perfectly, and some micro-greens scattered on the plate - delicious. For entrees, my mom had the baked seafood stuffed haddock which came with a lobster sherry cream sauce, a massive pile of perfectly cooked green beans, and mashed potatoes (yum). I went with the duck special, which was absolutely delightful. It came with Brussels sprouts, and I subbed out the au gratin (I very strongly dislike sweet potatoes), for mashed potatoes. It was delicious. We were so full, we opted for dessert to go (chocolate cake), which was generously portioned, and decadently delicious. We really enjoyed the meal - this was a wonderful dinner to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday!

I chose the filet with a lobster tail, fingerling potatoes and asparagus. Everything was simply superb. Dress was casual and the place was clean. Not thinking they are accessible though as there were steps going in the two doors we used.

Like, I'd probably go out of my way just to come back. It is a super unassuming spot behind the building of a gift/craft store and ice cream shop. There is a bar seating and patio. It was not too crowded at 3ish in the afternoon on a Monday; we were greeted warmly and told to choose a table. They didn't have a high chair but they had booster seats. I got a glass of brut rosé and my husband got the Pilsner on draft. Both were refreshing and delicious! I got a half dozen oysters (followed by another half dozen afterward) of the fresh oysters of the day, and also learnt this place is on the Maine Oyster Trail. For good reason too--they were probably some of the best oysters I've ever had. Shucked perfectly, with delicious cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon and mignonette. So good I had to get more. I had a burger for my main, with a gluten free bun and no cheese for dairy free. They also have gluten free fries that are made in a separate frier, bless! My husband got the lobster roll, cold style and said it was absolutely delicious--his first lobster roll and everything he hoped it would be. On top of the food and drinks being great, our server was an absolute gem. So kind, so helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure my food was allergen safe. He even went out of his way to get milk for our toddler in a fun kids cup. I truly hope to make it back some day soon!
