Raspberry cooler
H R.

I was in Ogunquit for a few nights with my family and even though we love lobster, we needed a change-up, so we tried this little hole in the wall taqueria. It's on a rooftop surrounded by foliage, hence its name. We had to wait for a table, and the waitstaff was very nice. We started with some chips and guac, which were pretty good, and I also got a Raspberry Cooler to drink. It was nicely presented and tart! Then we moved on to the tacos themselves. I got two of the quesa birria tacos with the slaw as a side. Oh my god, these tacos are heavenly. They were warm and filled with cheese and flavorful birria, and when you dipped it in the consommé (au jus), it blew my mind. The slaw was really good too, it was a good palate cleanser. I got to try some of my family's carnitas tacos, and they were pretty good too. Can't wait to return! Overall 4.5/5

Lobster tacos!

We had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly accommodating with our toddler -- they even had high chairs for both regular and high-top tables, which made things so much easier for us. The food was outstanding (everything was so fresh and flavorful), and the drinks were even better. Highly recommend this spot whether you're visiting Ogunquit as a family or for a fun night out!

Our server was insanely nice, the food was delicious, the drinks were great. Love the vibes. Pretty outside seating. I enjoyed that the margaritas weren't too sweet.

What a fun spot! Everyone that works here is super friendly - we loved our waitress. The outdoor seating area gives you a nice view of the Main Street below too. Very trendy and "instagramable" but in a fun and not a forced way. Food was delicious and filling. Margs are great!! Had to grab dessert to go because I was so full. I'm glad I did because the cheesecake hit the spot later that night! 100% would come back here for some chips and tacos. Highly recommended.

Had a great time for late pm tacos! The birria taco stole the show! Super fantastic. Sat outside and had a great server.

Birria, pollo & carnitas tacos with a side of slaw.

Great location and family friendly. A very relaxing yet lively place to enjoy food! The drinks were amazing - had the classic treehouse marg and then the pink dragon. For food, we had the traffic light app (salsa, queso and guac) then enjoyed the pollo, carnitas, birria and Maine lobster tacos. Absolutely get the lobster taco, you won't regret it! Service was amazing too. Super energetic and provided great insight on the food and drinks. I would recomend this place to any family or group of friends looking to amazing tacos and drinks.

Blackened swordfish tacos with beans/rice, sliced serranos and house made hot sauce.

Food is delicious, fresh, flavorful and creative. Not your Taco Bell tacos! Blackened swordfish tacos and grilled veggie tacos were excellent. The trio of apps (guacamole, salsa and queso) and chips is generously sized for 2. The raspberry lemon mocktail was delicious! Ask for the house hot sauce, if you like heat- they need to bottle it! The street corn doesn't need to be served with chips- great as a side dish on its own. Server was friendly and helpful but could use more training- silverware and napkins arrived well after app was delivered and there was no offer of more water. Outside seating is nice. Pro-tip- send one member of your party up the stairs from the street level to get on the wait list b/c there's no place to wait for a table at the top or get dinner to go.

House margarita

Just had margaritas but they were so good! Came during happy hour. The food looked really good too! Vibes were great!

This place absolutely ROCKS! Super attentive staff, chill atmosphere, excellent drinks, and the tacos are to die for. I will certainly be coming back here soon and if you haven't tried this place yet I strongly urge you to check it out!

We made it!!

We've been trying to come here since this place opened... When they advertised as a treehouse I just had to check it out. Sitting on the porch overlooking the street is the ideal spot...so we sat at the bar and had one delicious house Margarita then moved along the railing facing the Main St so I could people watch!r Dinner: Taco Plate $15 Chicken Tinga & Veggi with house slaw Taco Plate $15 Birria & Chicken Tinga with rice and beans Mojito $12 Classic Guacamole $10 Modelo Beer $6 We were served promptly and pleasantly. It's all about the atmosphere at this place.

Great service and delicious food. Indoor and outdoor seating was tucked away from the busy Main Street bustle.

The food was really good. The food was a bit slow to come out but it was a Friday night. The service was great. We would definitely go back

I am so glad we stopped in Ogunquit for two reasons: one because it was an adorable town to explore…read moreand two because we ate an absolutely delightful meal here! Like, I'd probably go out of my way just to come back. It is a super unassuming spot behind the building of a gift/craft store and ice cream shop. There is a bar seating and patio. It was not too crowded at 3ish in the afternoon on a Monday; we were greeted warmly and told to choose a table. They didn't have a high chair but they had booster seats. I got a glass of brut rosé and my husband got the Pilsner on draft. Both were refreshing and delicious! I got a half dozen oysters (followed by another half dozen afterward) of the fresh oysters of the day, and also learnt this place is on the Maine Oyster Trail. For good reason too--they were probably some of the best oysters I've ever had. Shucked perfectly, with delicious cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon and mignonette. So good I had to get more. I had a burger for my main, with a gluten free bun and no cheese for dairy free. They also have gluten free fries that are made in a separate frier, bless! My husband got the lobster roll, cold style and said it was absolutely delicious--his first lobster roll and everything he hoped it would be. On top of the food and drinks being great, our server was an absolute gem. So kind, so helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure my food was allergen safe. He even went out of his way to get milk for our toddler in a fun kids cup. I truly hope to make it back some day soon!

All fresh, different. ..delicious! The lobster roll was generous in portion, & moist on a lightly grilled bun. I also appreciated that is was accompanied by a side of coleslaw that was edible (no watery mayo :) and I ask for a side of greens instead of fries.. Loved the dressing! BB is a quaint outdoor only patio area that offers a full bar and seating. The staff is phenomenal, service is perfcetion and the people watching is vibrant and fun.... just Go! We had dinner here this week, and it was outstanding. I…read morecalled and made a reservation a couple of weeks ahead of our visit (we were there on a Monday night, and in the restaurant area it was pretty quiet - just us and one other table). First things first - parking is super easy, it's a free valet service (not obvious at first, as there is parking behind the restaurant, but you're greeted right away when you pull in). We walked through the bar area, over to the restaurant area (surprisingly the bar was quite full), and were able to choose a table by one of the two fireplaces. On the restaurant side, it feels very cozy, and homey, exactly where you want to spend a cold night, inside eating dinner. Our server was lovely, greeted us right away and provided menus. I started with a cosmo (they had flavored versions like strawberry, but I elected to go for the classic). For an appetizer, we started with the bacon wrapped scallops - the bacon was maple glazed, and wonderfully crispy, with the scallops cooked perfectly, and some micro-greens scattered on the plate - delicious. For entrees, my mom had the baked seafood stuffed haddock which came with a lobster sherry cream sauce, a massive pile of perfectly cooked green beans, and mashed potatoes (yum). I went with the duck special, which was absolutely delightful. It came with Brussels sprouts, and I subbed out the au gratin (I very strongly dislike sweet potatoes), for mashed potatoes. It was delicious. We were so full, we opted for dessert to go (chocolate cake), which was generously portioned, and decadently delicious. We really enjoyed the meal - this was a wonderful dinner to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday!

Stumbled upon That Place in Ogunquit last night and was so happy we did. The service was fantastic…read morethe food maybe even better. Parking was right but they have valet which was easy. We started with scallops wrapped in bacon and their bread service. The butter was sweetened and the bread was great. The scallops with bacon were excellent. My husband enjoyed a few vodka with cranberry and he wasn't disappointed. He chose the crab stuffed shrimp and sincerely loved it. The rice and green beans were great but he was full from the shrimp. I chose the filet with a lobster tail, fingerling potatoes and asparagus. Everything was simply superb. Dress was casual and the place was clean. Not thinking they are accessible though as there were steps going in the two doors we used.
