It's five o clock somewhere is what we said when we went here. House margarita with tajin please! Taste sensational and got a little fun buzz on. Tried two different dips on the apps menu and they were SO good. Hit the spot as a holdover until we got ice cream later. Loved the location because it was kind of hidden in the busting ogunquit area, but if you can find it, you've won.

Inventive flavors for a resort town full of all things seafood. Service is kind. Atmosphere is laidback, typical of the slow vacation place of the town itself. Queso Blanco 5/5 Esquite 4/5 Bbq jackfruit tacos with its tropical coconut curry and pineapple flavors 5/5 Patatas Bravas Taco could do with more flavor 4/5 No reservation policy for a heavy tourist area is understandable. However, wait times can be long especially if it suddenly starts to pour outside, no one wants to leave. Combine that with long wait times for food to arrive, you'll spend a long time inside or outside!

I was skeptical of Mexican food in Maine as someone who is Californian and knows what good Mexican food is (both in California and Mexico). However, Instagram convinced me to give this place a try. F O O D: the tacos were okay. It was disappointing to not see any cheese on even the chicken taco. While we would get the chicken tacos again, we would not get the impossible tacos. The Tijuana Caesar was really bad. It tasted off, as if it had some funky dairy in it. It was the biggest disappointment I've experienced food wise at a restaurant in a while (or perhaps ever). The only redeeming food item was guacamole. It was truly smooth with just the right amount of lime. S E R V I C E: service could be better. Our server was a little rude, but maybe she was having a bad day. They also did not text us when our table was ready like they said they would. A M B I A N C E: cozy and cute. This was the best feature of the restaurant.

Delicious and awesome vegetarian options. THE best spicy margaritas we have ever had. Wonderful service. The traffic light was a great appetizer.

I love love their nachos and tacos option here. The vibe is nice too. Highly recommend if you want to stop by a place to chit chat and enjoy good nachos. Services are quick and attentive However, beware of them charging u for the sauces. I asked for hot sauces and they charged me money instead of telling me it cost money. Really appreciate if a head up was made

So glad to finally get here! Loved the vibe and the food. The upstairs location had me expecting something small and serviceable, but it's impressive what they made of the space. And the food was excellent! Fiesta guac added pepitas and pomegranate seeds, which were fun but the guac didn't need them. Chips were great. We got three tacos: the Impossible Taco was amazing, just the right amount of heat, very flavorful. The veggie with sweet potatoes also great, kind of sweet but enough tang not to be TOO sweet. The chicken was kind of average. Should have gone to the extensive hot sauce rack! Overall, great. Coming back for sure.

I was in Ogunquit for a few nights with my family and even though we love lobster, we needed a change-up, so we tried this little hole in the wall taqueria. It's on a rooftop surrounded by foliage, hence its name. We had to wait for a table, and the waitstaff was very nice. We started with some chips and guac, which were pretty good, and I also got a Raspberry Cooler to drink. It was nicely presented and tart! Then we moved on to the tacos themselves. I got two of the quesa birria tacos with the slaw as a side. Oh my god, these tacos are heavenly. They were warm and filled with cheese and flavorful birria, and when you dipped it in the consommé (au jus), it blew my mind. The slaw was really good too, it was a good palate cleanser. I got to try some of my family's carnitas tacos, and they were pretty good too. Can't wait to return! Overall 4.5/5

We had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly accommodating with our toddler -- they even had high chairs for both regular and high-top tables, which made things so much easier for us. The food was outstanding (everything was so fresh and flavorful), and the drinks were even better. Highly recommend this spot whether you're visiting Ogunquit as a family or for a fun night out!

Our server was insanely nice, the food was delicious, the drinks were great. Love the vibes. Pretty outside seating. I enjoyed that the margaritas weren't too sweet.

What we ordered: -Cornbread: 3/5, great portion to share with the table and piping hot which I loved but wish it was moister and had more honey on top. -Caesar salad: 5/5, incredibly fresh, dressing was delicious and evenly spread among the whole salad, fresh anchovies on top were a nice touch -Crabcakes: 4.8/5, only comes with 2 but the cakes were very fresh and flavorful. The corn on top was very boring I wish they spiced it up a bit but it did not take away from the flavor of the cakes so I kept the score high. -Lobster Pappardelle: 5/5, one of my favorite meals we ate on vacation!! Generous lobster portion with perfectly cooked pappardelle in a very tasty sauce. I already miss it and wish I could eat it again. -Braised Short Rib: 3.8/5, beautiful presentation and everything tasted great but very small polenta/carrot portions and I wish the meat was more tender. It wasn't bad, it just didn't blow my socks off. -Espresso crème brûlée: 4.5/5, was the perfect birthday dessert for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. Quality espresso flavor, wish it was a little crispier on top. Food was ~4/5 but our overall experience was 5/5. Our server, Pedro, was so friendly and helped us with dish recommendations. When I told him we were celebrating a birthday, he brought the crème brûlée out with a candle and two other staff members to sing to him which was so sweet. We will definitely come back here next time we're in town!

We sat at a table by the window on the first floor. We overheard that there is an upstairs bar, not sure if they also seat folks for dinner there. We were able to place an order right after getting settled. We enjoyed the Sun mocktail, charred beet salad, mac and cheese, fried codd sandwich, steak frites, and corn ravioli (without the pancetta). My spouse is gluten free and I am vegetarian so we are always looking for restaurants that can accommodate both. The charred beet salad was good but I think dressed a bit too heavily. I thought the corn ravioli and sun mocktail were both great. The kids (ages 1.5 and 5) liked the Mac and cheese and fried cod sandwich. They did not have any appropriate booster seats for the 1.5 year old so my spouse held him. My spouse loved the steak frites but I think wished had a few more "frites" given the amount of interest from the younger crowd. Our waiter was wonderful and also brought some orange slices from the bar for the kids. We were very grateful. We decided to go nearby for ice cream after dinner, but I heard there is a dessert menu.

Calamari was crispy, but not very seasoned. Decent sweet potato fries. Server was attentive but zero personality. Dining space was nice, much quieter vibe than upstairs. Second floor is where the piano bar is, first come first served, and the line moved quickly. It was lively, a bit of a cluster. Piano player did a good job catering to Millennials to Boomers, even mashing up a bit between the Killers, Kings of Leon, and Blink 182, which was cool. But the bartender was a miss, very hasty - drinks were poorly mixed and he broke 2 glasses while we were seated at the bar, yikes!

It was a busy night with a 45 minute wait but it was worth it. The service was great. All the employees were friendly. As for the food, the aromatic smells emanating from each plate were hard to miss. Granted, we were already hungry but we were not disappointed! We ordered "Big Bac" fries as a starter and we're pleasantly surprised at how zesty the sauce was. Think the ingredients in a Big Mac sauce, chopped pickles included, and then spread over fries. Yummy! I got Bourbon Marinated Steak tips with corn bread and baked beans. When the plate arrived, those steak tips were calling my name! The marinade was perfect. So savory and mouthwatering. The corn bread and baked beans weren't overly sweet but just enough, which I appreciated. One of my traveling companions ordered the Mac and Cheese with Beef Brisket. It was definitely enough for 2-3 portions! The pic does not do it justice on how large the portion is. Drinks were good too. I liked the Raspberry Lime Rickey. But the show stoppers really are the food. I will definitely come back on future trips!
