Indoor dining room - Indoor dining room featuring wooden chairs and tables, surfboards on the wall, and framed pictures, with a wooden ceiling and teal-colored walls.

Lovely indoor-outdoor bar and grill, tons of seating in open air, covered patio area. Beautiful set up for lunch in a chill environment. Bar staff was extremely friendly, fun, and knowledgeable about the menu. Ask for Marcie, she's the best! Menu is a lovely selection of local fare and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Ahi tuna, pineapple salsa and guacamole. Tuna was beautifully blackened, lovely medium rare inside and packed with spice! The pineapple salsa was fresh, crispy, with bright flavors. The guac was chunky, delicious and could easily be eaten alone. Talk about a fantastic trio for lunch. Swing by, snag a chair at the bar and get ready for some delicious food.

Burrito with rice, beans, cheese, ancho beef, guacamole- Finn loved it! - A burrito filled with rice, beans, cheese, and beef, cut in half and served on a white plate, with a side of a rolled tortilla.

Went again for our annual trip. Loved it as usual! Menu was a little different but we loved the changes. Vibe was great as always. Seated a table of us 6 people, in no time. We shopped next door until they texted me. Service was super as always.

Yummy - Three bowls of salsa, corn salad, and guacamole are arranged on a tray with tortilla chips on a wooden table at a restaurant.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Hooks! I've been here quite a few times with family. This is predominately an outdoor venue with the bar giving it a ceiling and half indoor. Hmm did I explain that correctly... I guess you just have to check it out. Some of the tables will accommodate larger group maybe 6 and then some smaller too. Certain days of week they have music too. DH and I ordered Build your own Trio $16 appetizer which is nacho chips and a choice of 3 cups of dips. We got roasted corn, salsa and guacamole. It was so good. Then I had Quesadilla with chicken, peppers, onions & cheese and it was grilled which made it very Yummy. $15 DH had Mojo Pork Sandwich pulled pork topped with slaw and pickled onion. Served on bun $12 2 Happy Hour Margarita's $5 each and Harpoon rec league beer $6 Next door to this restaurant (I think it's part of it) is a great clothing store has summer shirts, sandals summer clothing so before you leave check it out!

Chicken taco salad.

Great crowd at night. Sat outside and enjoyed drinks and conversations with locals and people on vacation as well! Great watering hole.

Not bad, but nothing special. Pretty basic food and not so great selection of drinks. Friendly crowd. Specials are ok.

I'd discovered it several years ago and was reminded why it remains my favorite- sit down or take out. Vibrant colors are everywhere at Bandito - from the walls, the artifacts, the tiles lining the bar, the furniture and of course the food! The menu isn't excessively extensive but has the ethnic staples done right. My ingredient of this recent trip - mango salsa! Packs a punch in the burrito bowl especially with a dose of guacamole and hot salsa! Enjoyed my take out and always enjoy lingering at the colorful interiors or outside over a margerita! Perfect stop for a post beach dinner in town!

In a high-rent area surrounded by expensive restaurants, it seemed like a safe bet that it would be a decent meal or they wouldn't be in business. It wasn't. We ordered enchiladas. The choices were chicken, beef, and cheese. I asked if I could get 2 cheese and one chicken and the waitress said flatly, no. Because they don't bring chips and salsa to the table unless you buy them, we ordered chips and guacamole. Both were insanely salty. The enchiladas arrived lukewarm - as was the rice and black beans - and had the vibes of airplane food. The chicken was from a can - similar in taste to the smell of high-end cat food. So two orders of (small portion) enchiladas, super salty guacamole and chips, and two bottled beers came to $75 before the tip. We felt very screwed and will not be going back nor recommending this place.

Casamigos - Fajitas Casamigos. Shrimp, steak, carnitas, chicken, peppers/onions, & toppings. 3 tortillas. Jamaican Marg. Mom gave great reviews.

They took our drink orders quickly and brought out the chips and salsa. As always I asked for an extra salsa dish cause I'm super messy. The guy said sure and left but no salsa bowl arrived. The waiter came a minute or two later and so I asked him. He said oh sure and left. He returned quickly and im assuming got distracted because he forgot it too. He said he'd go get it after he put in our order. We ordered and waited and I finally flagged him down again. He did bring a bowl just as they arrived with my husbands food and my side of rice and beans. I guess the cook messed up and so after I finished the beans and rice my tacos arrived. They were very good and he did offer another plate of rice and beans but I told him I wss fine. My only complaint is that I felt they should have taken off a part of the meal or when they offered the beans and rice said it would be no charge. The food was good but the experience was a bit disappointing.

Service is fast and very helpful and accommodating with any questions you have. I ordered the Jalapeño margarita and it was delicious! I really enjoyed the fresh jalapeño slices in the margarita, i think it added just enough spice. I also love the house salsa that comes to your table immediately upon sitting down. I also opted for the guacamole which is extremely fresh and absolutely worth the added cost. I also opted for the ranchero chicken wings for a small plate and i love the quality of the chicken, even though it's not an authentic mexican dish they still make it shine with the freshest ingredients and cooking them perfectly! The sauce was quite tasty and a mix of spicy and sweet so it was interesting. Such a great afternoon treat for a warm summer day and is a must go in biddeford!

We have been to several Mexican restaurants, but this one had little twists to all their dishes and we all loved that. My chimichanga wasn't just a wrap, it was a bundle, loved the presentation. Their SALSA, I could eat it and it was awesome! First, I cannot eat spicy and this was not , so I actually got to enjoy my nachos and if there was cilantro in it, I couldn't tell. I am among the small percentage of people in the world, that cilantro tastes like dish soap, and I didn't experience that with their salsa! Huge bonus there! This place is a definite return to spot and if you're in Biddo, check them out!

Overpriced and some foods very blah just too bland while others over salted. Guac needed salt and the bean burrito had so much it literally made me sick! Happy to attach itemized bill as this is crazy!! 18$ for a bean and cheese burrito that literally had 2 bites taken before getting sick on stomach. I did not complain about food as I had already had issue with the AC blowing on us, so I just didn't want to be "that lady". Margaritas were purchased at bar and were acceptable, just pricey!! Server acted as if we were causing an inconvenience to him having to serve us. And we were very nice to him! Again I am sad to have to leave this review but I feel others should be aware.

My partner and I visited twice during our 3-day trip to Kennebunkport and we even tried for a third visit on our way home! Sadly, it wasn't open for lunch that day, but that just means we'll be back next time we're in town. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was fun yet relaxed. The restaurant is filled with religious statues and mementos that give it a unique, eclectic atmosphere - cool, fun, and totally unforgettable. We sat at the bar both nights and ended up closing it down, chatting with every bartender like we were longtime friends. Each one was warm, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. Meeting the owner, Norm, was a highlight. He's the kind of person who makes you feel like you're part of the Pedro's family. His passion for the place is obvious, and it shows in every detail, from the decor to the drinks to the incredible food. If you're visiting Kennebunkport, Pedro's is an absolute must. We'll be back next time we're in town and will probably be sitting at the bar again until last call.
