I love me a good lunch salad and actually had a hard time deciding between them all. I ended up going with the sweet potato- avocado and it did not disappoint. We ordered the macaroni and cheese, falafel sandwich, rotisserie chicken, Brussels sprouts, kale, Cajun blue shrimp sandwich, and breakfast sandwich for our meal. While most of the meal was just mediocre in flavor (and I won't go too in depth with the criticisms), the noteworthy and enjoyable dishes were the rotisserie chicken, Brussels sprouts, and the chocolate chip cookie. I just paid $16 for an egg and cheese bagel and a coffee... and while I'm sure this place might do lunch better (as the reviews show), this $10 breakfast sandwich was SO BAD! The bagel was so stale it was making my jaw hurt, but I tried to choke it down because I was mad at myself for spending so much money on it. There was barely any egg, and the $2 avocado turned out to also be barely anything (and also very brown). This was one of the driest things I've put in my mouth for a while. And I wouldn't care to leave a review besides the fact that it was so pricey. I will most certainly never do breakfast here again and will not be recommending it to anyone. read more

Drove from my hotel in Arvada to eat here for lunch. Very nice atmosphere but slightly disappointed by the food. I ordered the sweet potato and avocado salad. For something with "avocado" in the title, a sliver (couldn't have been more than 1/5 of an avocado) does not cut it for me. Some of the sweet potato was not cooked enough, but other chunks were delicious. The dressing was a little watery but had a good flavor. There were way too many peanuts, too. I would have called it a peanut Thai salad, as the dressing and peanuts were the main flavors. If that had been all I'd eaten, I would be giving 3 stars. HOWEVER...I got a free chocolate chip cookie from checking in on Yelp. I kid you not, this was one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. It reminded me of Doubletree hotel cookies but without the walnuts. So - Brider redeemed itself with a cookie and got 4/5 stars from me. read more

I love this place! It is perfect for fast and fresh dining with an option for cocktails. I've been here several times over the past years. I think I prefer it for lunch because it is fairly casual. You walk up and order, but the options are very good, fresh, unique, with a healthy flare. This visit, I got the blue cheese, pear, spinach salad and YUM! (I think this is a new item because I don't remember it on the menu in m previous visits). First, it was a huge portion. I definitely had two lunch servings with the one salad. The flavors of the blue cheese (which, mind you, happens to be one of my favorite of the cheeses) and pears are super tasty! I'm not usually one for fruit on my salad, but Brider had proven me wrong because it was delicious! The salad dressing was perfectly tangy - a great way to further bring out the flavors in the fruit. I typically get the sweet potato and avocado salad which is also super good. A great choice for someone who doesn't want to eat heavy or unhealthy, but still wants to feel full and eat well. I also got a free cookie (for yelping) this visit. Wow! It was almost a cookie-muffin - crispy on the outside and cakey in the inside with all the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and macadamia nuts. SO GOOD! I split this with my sister because it was very big! My ONLY tiny comment would be to make this space a little more of a comfy dining experience. I get that it is supposed to be FAST and fresh, but the tables/chairs are modern, hard, and not overly welcoming for a longer dining experience. It would be nice if there was a TV at the bar - I think it might bring in some folks for sporting events. Two small comments, but I also get that this place isn't looking for groups of diners to stay and make themselves comfortable (however, there has been a time or two I've come with a bigger group of coworkers and spent an hour or two hanging out, eating, drinking and chatting). I love the potato chips that come with the sandwiches - I hear they are from a local maker, which is a nice touch. The location is great for those in the surrounding neighborhoods or commuters passing through but is a little tricky for those driving in as parking can be rough. The inside of Brider is modern, clean, and inviting and the staff is friendly. The menu here contains a wide range of items all of which contain ingredients aligned with the general rotisserie/market concept. I highly recommend the rotisserie chicken banh mi! Can't stop coming here. My last meal was the meatball sandwich and holy toledo was it delicious. Hands down the best meatball sandwich I've ever had. Typically when I think of meatball sandwiches I think of a poor sauce to meat ratio, and always too much cheese, not to mention they inevitably seem to fall apart. Brider to the rescue. The ciabatta had just a touch of crunch on the outside and was perfectly soft inside. The meatballs are so tender they just about fall apart. Add in some homemade broccoli raab pesto and provolone cheese and you will be a happy camper. I was amazed at the flavor coming out of this seemingly simple sandwich. On a separate occasion I stopped in after work. It wasn't busy at all so I sat at the bar to have a cocktail before heading home. I tried the Across the Atlantic. Not gonna try to describe it, just know this; it was delicious. Chatted with the super friendly bartender and fellow Mass native for a bit while I enjoyed my libation. The food here is really great. Everything tastes fresh and kind of healthy. I have been here on various occasions because I live next door. Their breakfast options are great, several breakfast sandwich options, as well as Stromboli, pizza, fruit and pastries. I like the sausage, and cheese, which comes with a side of their house smoky sauce. As much as I enjoy it, I still feel like there could be more flavor to the sandwich itself. My favorite lunch item is the Italian. I always add pesto which I think is made in house. It is a little spicy and full of flavor, but maybe a little on the greasy side. Still, really delicious! They usually have some type of daily salad, also very good! Also, I think their fresh squeezed orange juice is some of the best/freshest I have ever tasted! It isn't a cheap eat, don't be fooled by the causal dinning atmosphere. For a sandwich and cookie it will cost you about $17. read more

This is a tasty fast casual place that's great for a quick bite that feels fancy. You order at the counter, get a number and food gets brought to you. The mains are rotisserie style with your choice of set, two of which are gluten free. For appetizers, we tried the Brussels sprouts, tossed in a sesame soy dressing (gluten free) which were well cooked, lightly salty, a bit crispy and delicious, though got a touch soggy towards the bottom. The avocado hummus was AMAZING and I ate it happily with a fork since they only have bagel crisps and no GF alternative. For an entree, my mom and I shared the porcetta because they were out of lamb, with the Asian inspired flavor of rice, fried egg and kimchi, which went well with the well cooked, slightly fatty cut off pork wheel. With a glass of wine, two appetizers, one entree and a Pellegrino, the bill was over $40 which is a bit steep, but saved money on tip. Worth going back to try the chicken and lamb! read more

Brider has stupid-good food - almost everything I've ever had here is exceptionally good. It's not "cheap" but few office worker-centric lunch places are, and the food here is leagues ahead of most (as one would expect from this restaurant group). The chicken is my platonic ideal (I like my rotisserie not inedibly overseasoned - sorry Chook!). Sandwiches are fantastic (banh mi and the pesto FTW!!) and the sides are uniformly good - brussel sprouts are FIRE. Compare the food to other perfectly fine, but full-service, lunch spots in the area like NextDoor or Rootdown and Brider wins. So why 4 stars (should be 3.5)? Brider somehow hasn't figured out how to effectively service its target market. Brider has the look and service of a mall food court (a spruced-up Chipotle, basically), except they can't seem to manage a lunch rush. It's near-impossible to get anyone's attention to check what happened to your long-forgotten sando, and I often see groups of office workers have half their orders dropped and then the rest never appears until the whole party has to leave. Even for online pickup the wait times seem incredibly off (ie ~30 minutes beyond their estimated pickup). Lunch-break office workers don't expect to drop ~1-2 hours out of their day on a counter-service lunch, especially if they ordered takeout! I most recently waited over an entire hour for a takeout order. And I'm not alone, recently there's been a small army of take-out and delivery workers clogging up the entire entryway while the stressed expo tries to estimate when someone's order might be up. I get having a rush, I get that kitchens get in the weeds (not to mention COVID labor shortages), but for a counter-service lunch place it seems either some big adjustments need to made or (more easily) the FOH staff should warn customers of wait times if the kitchen has crashed - it doesn't help anyone to keep taking orders when your customers are unwittingly signing on to standing around for 45-60+ minutes waiting for a simple takeout order. Tl;Dr - definitely eat Brider's food. It's near-uniformally awesome, and fairly economical if you're ordering plates/full chickens. Just order in off hours and don't expect great (or really any) service, and don't pop in for a sando during your lunch break. read more

I had meetings in the offices above this spot all week so I stopped in to grab breakfast and coffee/tea every day beforehand. The ginger tea was fantastic and so soothing. The coffee was good but pricey for regular drip coffee. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with avocado on an English muffin. It didn't really look like anything special but was really quite yummy! They really earned some points in my book when I asked them to turn the music down a notch or two. I am a little hard of hearing when there is background noise/music which makes it hard for me to hear in many casual restaurants. I can't hear the person talking to me from across the table because my brain struggles to separate out the voice from the background sounds. I always hate to ask because I don't want to be difficult, but they were really kind and nice about it and turned it down for me a couple of notches which helped so much. It really is the little customer service touches that take places to the next level and they earned my loyalty here. Good food, good drinks, good service. Check them out folks! read more
