Wow! I was pleasantly surprised when we came across their food truck at New Terrain brewery in Golden, CO. My husband and I wanted a little bite to eat so, we opted for the brussel sprouts and the gnoochi. I could have eaten my weight in those sprouts! The flavors were complex and bursting with every bite! A must try especially if you love your sprouts crispy. The gnoochi was an interesting and different take in the traditional. The mixture of autumn vegetables with the pillowy pasta didn't work for me. I could have only eaten the vegetables and been satisfied. The flavor was not as bold as the spirits so, that also left me a bit disappointed. But, I give it 4 stars because the online ordering snd friendly staff made for a seamless and enjoyable transaction. read more

Ran into Cirque at the CO wine walk and their food is amazing. The chef told us about the duck confit he cooks for 3 days and I just had to get the duck confit tartine. That slow cooked fell apart and was so well balanced with the pickled mustard seed. The steak tacos were also equally delicious. read more

I wasn't really that impressed. For $10 I got a chicken sandwich on burnt black bread. No real sauce or anything on it just some slaw. This is probably the most I've spent for a plain chicken sandwich in my life, Let alone one served with burnt bread. My other son got a hamburger that was pricey but I will and that he liked it a lot. I was impressed by the variety of foods and they certainly look very tasty. Well I wasn't impressed was someone serving me a chicken sandwich with burnt bread. It's not like he could've missed it I did have drama with my kid overall who hated the sandwich entirely, It was probably a mistake for me not to complain. After waiting 30 mins for my food, I tried to follow up with the staff in the truck and was rudely told, the buzzer will buzz when my food is ready. After another 30 mins and a second order not fulfilled, I returned both buzzers and left the party. When leaving the cook/owner(?) said, I'm not sure what you ordered... it would have been very easy to engage in a conversation about the delay instead of being rude and condescending. Bleh! We ordered their Rueben and Veggie sandwich, both sounded promising. The Reuben was served on a baguette which was weird- dressing and sauerkraut were fine but the corned beef was so fatty and tough it was practically inedible. The Veggie sandwich would have been good but the fried eggplant was so oily, that it made the whole sandwich a soggy mess. Maybe they were having an off day, but you've been warned. read more

C'est magnifique! Fine French dining from a food truck! We braved a rainstorm and the plague to try this delicious cuisine. My son, who is a picky eater of the highest order, declared his burger "the best he's ever had." The popcorn cauliflower was amazing and definitely friendly for keto eaters. Add duck. You won't be sorry. My other son had the chicken wings and tots. Be warned though, these are not the tots you get from Sonic. These are creamy and light, with a quick-fried crisp exterior that is addictive. My wife couldn't decide and got both the duck cassoulet and the steak and frites. Both were highly recommended in her opinion. As for me, I got the croque monsieur with egg. It's a hot ham and cheese sandwich on brioche with a gorgeous fried egg atop it. So flavorful! We were very disappointed in the food and service from this truck. I ordered the banh mi arepa and it didn't taste like a banh mi at all- a tiny amount of bland picked veggies, no jalapeño, no cilantro. My husband got the philly banh mi and it was a mess- rock hard, very dense, heavy biscuit-shaped "arepa" that he couldn't eat (mine was also very heavy and dense, not as hard) with filling falling all out with the first bite. He went back and said the arepas were so hard and dense that we needed forks and napkins to eat them- could we have some? The response was not an apology or offer to remake, just handing over of one packet with a fork and napkin. When my husband asked for a second fork and napkin for me (I wasn't standing there with him), the guy in the truck said "you just get one" and turned away. Update- Brandon thank you for your comment and if you had stopped at the first paragraph, you would have come across as an intelligent business owner who really valued his customers. It was perfect. Then you go on to say we're lying. We have no reason to lie. The silverware situation did happen, period. We're not out to get you. And your comments about welcoming us back and looking forward to seeing us but then calling us liars certainly doesn't make us want to come back or recommend you. This truck promises street food from different countries on a bi-monthly rotating basis. Well... I'll see you every week! How else am I supposed to go through the menu?! It was very bland, the rice was mush, and the tuna tasted fishy and not fresh with some pieces still cold/partially frozen. I had to toss it after a few bites, a waste of $13 (plus tax). Ate here at punk in drublic. Wanted the tater tots. Waited half an hour in line which is normal for a concert, but when I got up to the ordering window, the woman working the register was too busy staring at the food being made to take orders. Ended up standing at the counter for five minutes while she stared at the boxes of food. Ordered the tater tots, which were supposed to come with cheese, chives, and sour cream. I ended up with mushy weird balls of runny mashed potatoes with a thin fried shell. No sour cream or chives included, just shredded cheese. Tried my best to eat them but they fell apart when I tried to scoop them with my fork. All that would have been no big deal but then I took a bite and gagged. I work in a restaurant and know what bad grease tastes like and their grease was RANCID. Completely overpowered the already flavorless mashed potato blobs. My boyfriend tried them as well, made a scrunched up face and said "they need to change their oil". Ended up being inedible. 10 dollars for tots that were just rancid grease flavored runny mashed potato blobs with 1/3 of the toppings promised. Tots and mashed potatoes are not the same thing. Homemade tater tots aren't rocket science. They must have just been having an off night because all the other reviews are so positive. On the upswing the staff was really polite. read more

Brandon catered our ~225 person outdoor wedding at a private property, preparing food on site. His team was there from 9a (coffee + water station) to 8p (end of dinner) and handled bar service as well. Brandon expressed comfort with learning to cook pretty much any cuisine, so we asked him to make some South Indian dishes on top of things like tacos and grilled veggies. He took this really seriously, iterating on the dishes multiple times and buying whole spices from India, and his chicken/paneer chettinad was a hit (as were tacos--mushroom and black bean at lunch; panang curry, kimchi, and chicken at dinner). Despite a huge guest list, lines were short and flowed smoothly. We spent $50/head on food and $100/head total, for lunch + dinner and staff from morning to night, including bar staff. Quotes we got from other wedding caterers were $100/head for a single meal with a four service window, with much less creative food options available, and people raved about the food! read more
