Just had the most amazing coccoli ! I'm going to try my best to mimic this when I get home . They are literally little pillows of heaven ! The fried dough which had a fluffy crunchy texture , the Greek yogurt which gave a light tang and the balsamic glaze which added a nice sweetness to the salty prosciutto. I love Tulas. The piri piri has my heart even though my huz says I smell like garlic for days after. Every single time it slaps. I love the consistency of the food, it's made with love and no skimping. Every time you order it tastes just as you remembered. I've never had their food, and now never want to. One of their trucks sat in the express lane on 470 holding up tens if not hundreds of cars. They showed no care to the hold up they caused. My favorite was the piri piri was made mild for us, still had a tiny quick and great flavor! The bread was perfect pairing for the shrimp and flavors in the dish. The coccoli was second the puffy bread with sweet, salty prosciutto and tangy balsamic was again a pairing of magical flavors. Hired Tulas Tapas for our wedding in October and they did not disappoint. Gabriel and team knocked it out of the park. We had a buffet type set up that was split among multiple tables. Went great with good beer. - PIRI PIRI: African dish of spicy shrimp, sauteed with garlic, peanuts and chili oil, cilantro, fry bread. WOW! I will be seeking out this dish in the future. Flavorful, spicy, unique and absolutely delicious!!!! - CONFIT WINGS: Crispy wings slow braised and tossed in Tula's dry rub, served with ranch. If you do not know what "confit" means, look it up. Tried Tula's today for the first time and it was amazing!!!! I had the Piri Piri and my husband had the Remy. The Piri Piri had spice and lots of fresh garlic (which I love). The Remy was cooked to perfection, the meat was so tender (it was a tad salty) but still delicious! Definitely recommend this food truck. Can't wait to try more of their menu in the future! read more
