Just had the most amazing coccoli ! I'm going to try my best to mimic this when I get home . They are literally little pillows of heaven ! The fried dough which had a fluffy crunchy texture , the Greek yogurt which gave a light tang and the balsamic glaze which added a nice sweetness to the salty prosciutto. I hope I am able to try some more of his food before I leave ! The chicken wings which my brother ordered were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Thank you for making my day after a long day of travel . Keep doing what your doing

Delicious tulas tots and the Vinny

From my husbands mouth "this is the most sophisticated food truck I've ever eaten at" and I agree! We got Tulas Tots and the Vinny (which I thought was going to be an eggplant sandwich but was more of a bowl served in a delicious sauce). We were able to try them at Little Machine and I followed them on Instagram to make sure we can find them another time! The wait was about ten minutes so not bad at all and I thought the portions were pretty generous for a food truck.

They were parked over at Little Machine Brewery during Bronco game so I stopped over to get some grub. I ordered the wings and the tots. All the food came out super hot which I love because it was all definitely made fresh. The wings were good they were big and very crispy. The tots had some sauces drizzled on them that were also super delicious. Would try them again if they were around

Absolutely fantastic, gourmet food truck. One of the better in the region. Don't sleep on that Cuban sandwich.

The food truck was in our neighborhood tonight and was so, so, so good!! We ordered coccoli, piri piri and wings. My favorite was the piri piri was made mild for us, still had a tiny quick and great flavor! The bread was perfect pairing for the shrimp and flavors in the dish. The coccoli was second the puffy bread with sweet, salty prosciutto and tangy balsamic was again a pairing of magical flavors. The wings were cooked to a perfect crisp and unique flavor, I love me some ranch, but these did not need any extra sauce!! Can't wait to try again!!

Tula's tots, Dark Crystal desert and the Christmas Card beer!

Perfect trio! The tots are the perfect salty companion to the Dark Crystal desert and the Christmas Card winner warmer beer sits nicely between them,, not too heavy or too sweet. I highly recommend checking out this food truck if you see them on your adventures around Denver.

Hands down the best wings I've had in years. My wife got the vinny and loved it. Both were delicate and made with tons of love. So flavorful. We will hunt this truck down wherever it is. Edit: After finishing them, I can confirm these are the best wings I've ever had in my entire life. Perfect flavor, perfect texture. Fall off the bone tender meat. Zero cartridge. Incredible.

Had coccoli, wings, tots, a sandwich and dessert. Everyone (Kids and adults) were happy with their orders. The coccoli (pizza dough/prosciutto app) was my favorite

Mark was one of the stars members during the event and he was great! He was attentive and very helpful with any questions and made sure everyone was getting enough apps during cocktail hour. I also noticed how kind and helpful all of the staff was when I was trying to get something from the kitchen in the house before the event started. For appetizers we had the arancini balls and pear crostinis and both were very flavorful and delicious. We had a watermelon/arugula salad to start off dinner and it was so fresh and perfect. The dinner rolls are dangerous bc it would be too easy to eat multiple of them. My vegetarian entree was a generous size and very filling and full of flavor. TLDR: Unprofessional, not very gracious with mistakes and disorganized in the proposal process…read more I reached out to TBD Foods in the last week of September 2025 for a wedding in Denver in August 2026 after working with him in 2018. I am from Denver but live in CA currently and am planning from afar. Sent an incredibly detailed inquiry with day-of event timeline by hour, menu ideas, location (just a few blocks from their prep kitchen) and a bit about the event. Received two separate responses from he and his wife, Holly, seeking details already provided in my initial inquiry like guest count, location, time. Sent several emails back and forth clarifying capabilities, menu ideas, rentals etc. and finally had to set up a call in October (initiated by me after many proposal mistakes) to align. There was constant confusion regarding the style of the event and rentals - TBH, the many proposal revisions due to their mistakes maybe should have been the hint this might not be the best fit. But we went ahead! Terrence was late to the call on October 15 but let me know ahead of time and I genuinely didn't have an issue with it. After aligning, I paid $100 to have a menu tasting on Monday, December 22 when my husband and I would be visiting Denver from CA. So, this is a tasting that has been on the calendar for at least a month. When we arrived at our tasting (after confirming via email the week before and day of) 15 minutes before (6:45p) the scheduled time of 7pm, Terence is irate. Mistakenly, the event in my calendar was in PT (since we live in CA) instead of MT. He says that he refuses to serve us because we have "disrespected him and wasted his time and he has a 4-month-old at home." He continues to say that we are disorganized and lack care and that in addition to not offering a tasting, he will not put in the effort to cook for our wedding after how we've treated him. We are SUPER apologetic - this is something we've spent money on, confirmed via email and have been looking forward to. When asked why he didn't call to check on our arrival time, he said he "doesn't have my phone number. And you confirmed with Holly so that should have been enough." Because I filled out an entire inquiry on their website and spoke with him personally to schedule this tasting, it's BUCK WILD to say that you don't have my number and think sending an email is problem solving enough. We would have literally hopped in the car and been there in 15 minutes had we been given the courtesy of a phone call. All of this to say, we made a mistake, were very apologetic and were treated super rudely and given no tasting despite paying. 0/10 for TBD Foods.

So, their pricing was in line with other high quality meals and it serves 10-12, which is perfect for 8 people on Thanksgiving ;) I ordered the whole roasted turkey (they have several types of turkey available) and the side dish bundle which included mashed potatoes, sage stuffing, praline sweet potatoes, green beans almandine (with tons of yummy bacon), gluten free gravy, cranberry relish, and brioche rolls. The non-contact, drive through pick up the day before Thanksgiving was staffed by very helpful, friendly people wearing masks. They put my order on my back seat and I was through the line in less than 10 minutes. When I got home, I immediately started unpacking everything so I could divide it up into "to go" orders for my family Zoom on Thanksgiving. I thought the turkey was frozen and started to panic but when I called them, they said it was not really frozen but very chilled and the shrink wrap made it seem frozen. They had me submerge it in hot water for about an hour. The directions say to heat it in the oven for about an hour, then tent it to rest, then slice it. Since I didn't have time for that, after it warmed up, we were able to slice off enough for my daughter's family so we could give her her share when she dropped off the pies. I split up the meal 4 ways and with her pies, we delivered everything just in time for our 1:00 pm Zoom. We all had different favorites for the food but we all agreed that everything, including the turkey (after we each heated up our own part) was delicious. My favorite was the praline sweet potatoes. They were creamy and had a great praline flavor and came with candied pecans to sprinkle over the top. I highly recommend this complete meal from Tony's and it would have been so easy if we were having people over. The fact that I had to divide and package it up made it a little more difficult but still much easier than cooking. They are offering more meals for the holidays that include turkey or prime rib, beef tenderloin or Applewood smoked ham. I'm betting they are all delicious! Thank you Tony's for making my pandemic Thanksgiving so much easier! You are my new "go to" for family meals.
