    do not do business here!! sales associates would not help me out at all with returning a phone after buying it 4 days ago!!

    Chelsea was fantastic!! She gave us so many options, details and worked with my situation so well…read more I did let her upsell me a couple things (she was just so nice) like airpods and a case and a charging block. She was so personable and friendly! By far the best time I've ever had at a phone store. I typically don't ever leave reviews, but it's rare to find genuinely good customer service now.     this review is for the customer service number that I had to call 3 times and spend nearly 2 hours…read morewith to make what I thought was a simple TV package change. fast forwrd through those 2 hours on the phone and I wound I up needing all new cable boxes to get the new cable boxes to get the TV service to work. the online sales people for spectrum are poorly trained, don't know their products, make error after error and then try to upsell their customers to Spectrum Mobile service after screwing you over on the phone for 2 hours. be aware that Spectrum Mobile is really Verizon cell service, spectrum leases the Verizon service like Mint mobile leases T Mobile service. at least Ryan Reynolds is pleasant at Mint. bottom line is that Spectrum is a cold blooded, poorly managed organization rife with computer glitches, lousy sales people, close to no training and zero compassion for customers they screw over with mistakes made by spectrum employees. they want me to post a photo and I can't do that because an extended middle finger in a photo is inappropriate.

Special shout out to Silas who was able to reset my mom's phone after two different Verizon stores couldn't help. It took about a minute and he didn't even charge us. Very helpful and friendly staff, I would come here again for repairs if needed.

The store never disclosed to me that the diagnosis fee (that they don't perform ) was non-refundable per any policy before or after pickup and drop off and I asked where on the receipt and paperwork I signed when dropping it off and picking it up did it state I was not able to get a refund, especially if services were not provided. That's not legal . I asked for proof of services that were completed and what was done the store themselves said they didn't do anything to my computer but download nzxt cam that does nothing more than what my windows task manager can do your managers words "that's just what he prefers" . Your manager then continues lying to my face saying he spent time and did updates all the week they had it and moved my ram which is entirely not true. Because he then contradicted himself saying he couldn't remember after i called him out on it. I'm not an idiot I have a $3000 PC , I took it back home and nothing was done to it and all the same issues persisted and no diagnosis was done because i had to go home and diagnose it myself and spend hours taking apart my PC WITH ONE HAND. The only reason I brought it in was because i was in a car accident and have had surgery and a broken wrist not because im ignorant . no ram was moved because if it had been my bios would have to relearn the memory and my computer would notify me when turning it back on. Furthermore I checked recent installments and updates and nothing at all was done other than installing and running nzxt cam to do exactly as i stated before nothing . when I called him out on that lie He began becoming more aggressive and lying yelling and cursing then ignoring me and taking other customers only to further say he couldn't remember what he did to my pc exactly because he had so much work but yet i do. I called everyday to check on it the week they had my pc because i also do work from my pc, get this he had been out sick for multiple days and James his coworker confirmed so and also started that no work was done . He then offered to have me bring it back in after I spent my time and money self diagnosing it to be a hardware issue which your store claimed was not the issue and wanted to do a fresh install of my OS and pay more money which I know how to do and did myself And would not bring it back in to waste more time and money at such a rude disrespectful and dishonest establishment. miraculously the day he gets back in after calling off all week my pc is done and had all this "work" done to it. I picked it up with nothing diagnosed and specific request I made and said I'd pay for not done or addressed . Then I was threatened to be kicked out of the store , ignored and dismissed for asking these questions and being disrespected and only then did I become angry and used foul language because you have a store manager with zero integrity who is using the same language , lying in my face and disrespecting me in front of other customers. After escalating to corporate they are doing absolutely nothing about the situation and claimed that they were providing no refund after No diagnostics or time was even spent on my pc.
