We not only got the phones but decided to switch our cable and internet as well. He was GREAT. Went above and beyond to help us. We went to all major phone companies in the surrounding area and this was by far the best deal for us. Because we looked for the best value, this was a 2 day process for us so I know it took a little extra time, again Michael Towns was really, really great and helped us understand all of our options. If you go in and get him you for sure will experience great customer service. I do have to say I watched the other reps with other people coming in and they all did a great job too. Super friendly and informed staff. Thanks again Micheal! (I did not know this guy until today, this is a honest review after receiving great service) *Bonus for our family- it was only $5 a phone for insurance! Other places were way more. A manager standing around doing very, very little to help the one and only hard working guy in the…read moreplace while 3 other employees walked to the back room. 1 of them left the building and the manager, who was of little help to anyone, let it all fall on the shoulders of the only hard working guy in the place. It took 1 hour to exchange a faulty modem. The manager could have done more to help the 15 customers waiting. Many of whom had their issues solved within a minute. For me it took 30 seconds. The young guy with dark hair, beard and moustache is being exploited by the other lazy workers, including the manager of the store. No respect for any of them workers, taking advantage of the only hard working guy in the place. The manager is a complete waste allowing that to happen. Get rid of your store manager. He is USELESS!!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. always had good service until now. I traded 2 phones in…read morefor upgrades. Suddenly the credit on one phone changed. I called and was told the phone was damaged when they received it at the warehouse. The phone was working right up to trade in. Customer service told me they see use. The customer service person was amazing, but said I had to go into the store and talk to them. Well that is where the service was horrible. The young man pretty much said I was out of luck. Another customer was in with issues too. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he wouldn't be in for 4 days. I was then asked to leave the store because I was getting upset with person helping. I was floored. I left and went back when the manager was in. Well he was worse. Pretty much said that his computer showed it was damaged when it was turned in and not working at all. I asked how you could text and make calls if it didn't work? I said to look at the history and he'd see it worked. He said I had no proof otherwise so I was pretty much out of luck. He call corporate and left his phone on speaker. Again that person on the phone was great. Very personable and friendly. He reached out to a supervisor who came back and said they will have to go with what the store said. While we were waiting on the phone the manager at the store acted very annoyed and would walk away even when the customer service person was chatting with me and keeping updated on what was going on. I was asked if I had the receipt for the trade in. I found them today and quests what? The person who took the trade ins in gave me2 copies. Supposedly one for each phone. Well he gave a print out but 2 copies of the same phone. That store is very shady. I wish I could switch carriers but they are the only service we can get in my area. Go to a different stor!

Cricket is one of the most cost-effective ways you can have a cell phone and this is a cute little location in Lockport. I spent a few days in Lockport because my BFF works up here and I've been shopping around for a new cell phone plan for a while because Verizon is awful because of pricing. Cricket is so much cheaper, but they definitely don't have the kinds of coverage and services that the big boys have. So well worth it if you want to save money on your phone though.

Fair. I've had the system now for over three months. No problems. No issues. And it was a fair price. All is good for me at iRepair.

I was terrified when my external hard drive with all my pictures since 2012 died. I felt uncomfortable shipping it away to NY, so I made an appointment at IRepair and was told by J ( forgive me if I am spelling this wrong!I never asked how it was spelled) that it would be difficult but it was doable and would cost me about 560 dollars. In deed it took a few weeks- J explained every step of the way and indeed when it was finally done it cost what they had told me, not a penny more. Despite quite a bit of difficulty in getting my disk to respond to their software. Highly recommend. Seems they love a challenge at IRepair - and recoveries are often just that.
