It's one of those places where they aren't trying to rip you off every second of the day and that's probably why people keep coming back. Much cheaper than the dealers and significantly more helpful than any of the official stores. Coming here is the equivalent of finding a guy who lives next door and can fix your device for peanuts. It's not peanuts but compared to how much the retail stores are charging it may as well be free. I recommend this place to anyone who's having trouble with their devices. Notice that there are two of them across the hall from each other inside the Eastern Hills Mall. One of them is much bigger. I'm not really sure what the differences are besides that.

You agreed to buy the phone, and they have to order it and then they're supposed to call you when it comes in. Only they don't. So when you go back in to see if it's there or when it's expected in, and it turns out that it's been sitting in the back. So it takes hours to get you hooked up. I don't remember that happening when I went from one phone to another with AT&T but that might be because I stayed with the same carrier I'm not sure. And for sure check your bill.
