This is exactly what I got with Precision Audio Service. I walked into the front door and was overwhelmed by stacks of old stereos and other devices. It actually reminded me of my own work space when I was repairing/rebuilding computers. I knew right away that I had found the right place. The owner (Jeff -- sorry if you spell it Geoff), came out and greeted me. I told him what I had and what was wrong with it and he said he would be able to fix it. A handshake sealed the deal. I left and quickly returned with my old stereo unit. He attacked the repairs in 1 day. Fixing a variety of things that were wrong with it (fuses, springs, general cleaning, etc). The final cost was very reasonable. The attention to detail, quality of the repair, and speed of service were well worth the price. My old record player is back to playing the sweet sounds of vinyl! This place can be a bit tricky to get to because you can't go across the street from Brompton road. I recommend you come up Main st., headed towards Transit, and make a right into the private parking lot. The entrance is the door all the way on the right. I needed a new battery for my iPhone 13 because it's been dying really super fast lately…read more I made an appointment online to be there between one and 2 PM on Friday, July 24 I got there a little early and they told me it was gonna be about two hours long and to come back about 3 o'clock. I received a phone call about 2:15pm letting me know that my phone was done. I got there and they had just started charging it and it was up to 12%. They said all the batteries that they get that are brand new are at zero and they all have to be charged up to 100%. The regular price for having it put in and for the battery was about $119 but I had a coupon for $10 off so I only paid about $109 which was nice. The employees were nice very nice and answered every question I had. They were quite busy in there. There are a lot of customers coming and going. I would definitely go back there for another battery or if my screen breaks or any other damage to my phone that needs repair. They also repair Computers and it showed on Yelp. I believe that they also fix Nintendo switches, which is really nice to know. So far my battery seems to be holding a charge definitely longer than my other one did.

They also say, "You will receive your item in approximately 10 business days." 5 weeks later I went online for the status of my RMA. CLS doesn't that capability, but they do have online chat. So I 'online chatted' with Mike... he said he had to check with engineering and would get back to me later. 2 days later I called customer service... Mike answered, and said he would send me an email. And he did! GOOD JOB MIKE!! In Mike's response he explains how CLS does not have the capabilities to the repair to the component I sent 5 weeks ago. What Mike did not explain was why it took CLS 5 weeks to realize they do not have the capabilities to make repairs. It is my own fault, the last time I used them to repair an electronic device. 6 weeks into the repair I called them for a status, I had to send them a working unit to help them facilitate the repairs. They charge you extra if you don't want it repaired faster!
