Absolutely poor customer service and appreciation of customer's time! Is that what is called a "Hi Tech"? I assume, if someone calls the company a "Hi Tech", would have some sort of reminder of appointments on the electronic device or, at least, a calendar and a pen. Otherwise, it's just a completely false and misleading statement for customers that should not be used by any means. Would not trust doing business with this guy. Your project will last for years!

I confirmed the new homeowner activated services well within the 30 day period and was again told the fee was waived and I did not owe. ADT ended up still charging me the fee and when I called to correct the situation, I was given the runaround and eventually spoke with the most incompetent employee who said I was lying and I was never told the fee would be waived. I informed him I knew the calls were recorded and ADT could go back and review those calls and confirm the information I was provided. The guy actually laughed on the phone and would not transfer me to a supervisor. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who told me I was correct and I should never have been charged the fee and transferred me to billing to initiate the refund. The individual in billing, "Filipe" told me they initiated the cancellation of the charge but I would have to call in 1 week to request the refund. So ADT had no problem taking my money but because they messed up, I have to wait another two weeks before I can get my money back? After spending over 30 minutes on the phone with them this morning to correct THEIR error? How does that make sense. I will never use ADT services again. Do not sign a contract with this company.
