It was quick and easy, exactly as he described over the phone. He was pleasant to talk to and the services were very fairly priced, even blowing out my desktop from dust for free. I have a custom built desktop that needed a new power supply, which I assumed beforehand, and Tony quickly confirmed. Tony was also able to install a new SSD that I had brought in. I called ahead on the phone to see if they had time for me that day, we scheduled a time, and it was done that day in about an hour or so. He charged me exactly what he paid for the parts, even showing me his order online, then charging $100/hour which is very reasonable, especially when he cleans out the computer and keeps the cords tidy with zip ties for free.

Great service I have…read morebeen going to cyberdyne systems for computer related items for awhile and they seem to know their stuff. Their prices are about as reasonable as any other location and if they do not have a part for any computer they can order it and install it. Of course it pays to shop around but cyberdyne systems has a friendly attitude in dealing with customers and their prices tend to be fair so I tend to go there first. I tend to fix my own computers so I did not have any personal experience regarding repairs but members of my family have brought their computers to cyberdyne systems and had great experiences in doing so and I was able to verify that they did a good job with the repairs. The main downside I have seen in dealing with this company is the fact that they limit their selection of available computers mainly to Acer products and I prefer Lenovo or dell latitude but they still carry a variety of products to go with any laptop that people purchase.
