Excellent customer service! I came to this store looking for accessories for my iPhone 6s Plus . I am a very meticulous and I guess you could say picky when purchasing items and people sometimes find it difficult shopping with me. The gentleman that was working that day was extremely patient and kind to me while I took my time trying to find the right phone case and accessories. He even introduced me to this amazing product "pop socket"; a mount which you place on the back of your phone. It is the most amazing phone accessory I have ever had! It makes it so much easier to hold and text my phone and I no longer have to go through the pain of dropping my phone on my face while I'm texting laying down!! Incredible deals: ever better customer service. I dropped in just to see if they could help me out with where to search for a case for my phone, for which I'd been searching for weeks and had been told he phone was so rare I'd have to order a case online. Yup, they could help; they had three different styles of cases for my phone in the store! They fixed me up with a great case AND a protective cover, all for less than the lower-end-priced cases I'd viewed online. On top of this, the guy helping me out was friendly and courteous. I have an extremely difficult-to-find device that needed a screen replacement. The shop staff worked hard to find my exact device and guide me in the right direction as far as repairs go. When it was determined that the shop could not obtain replacement parts for me, Zechariah told me that if I was able to find the replacement parts myself, his shop would do the replacement for a low flat rate (essentially just the labor cost). Miraculously, I was able to find what I needed and the shop staff completed the repair within about thirty minutes of me walking back in. Zechariah and his staff are wonderful people. God bless. The big, buff Indian gentleman at We Fix N Customize fixed my iPad about a month ago, and it looks brand new. Apple quoted me a price that nearly gave me a heart attack, and a few other repair shops in the mall didn't inspire much confidence. Then Best Buy recommended this place on the second floor near Bath & Body Works--and I'm glad they did. They repaired my iPad in about an hour for a much better price, and the customer service was excellent. Friendly guy, great personality, and clearly knows what he's doing. My phone fell off of my car and was ran over by another car, I brought it in and they fixed it for a VERY REASONABLE price, about 125 less than Apple or T-Mobile would have fixed it for and even replaced my internal camera for NO charge. 100% will come back to these guys if I need another repair. Great customer service! The estimate to fix the charging port on my iPhone was $35 ( $15 cheaper than any other store I called) when I went to pay for it they brought the price down to $25 because it wasn't as hard to fix as expected, I was very surprised and happy with their honesty! read more
