AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! For one, I came into the store calm and respectful and expecting honesty in some way. None of which was done and I was met with the exact opposite . The store never disclosed to me that the diagnosis fee (that they don't perform ) was non-refundable per any policy before or after pickup and drop off and I asked where on the receipt and paperwork I signed when dropping it off and picking it up did it state I was not able to get a refund, especially if services were not provided. That's not legal . I asked for proof of services that were completed and what was done the store themselves said they didn't do anything to my computer but download nzxt cam that does nothing more than what my windows task manager can do your managers words "that's just what he prefers" . Your manager then continues lying to my face saying he spent time and did updates all the week they had it and moved my ram which is entirely not true. Because he then contradicted himself saying he couldn't remember after i called him out on it. I'm not an idiot I have a $3000 PC , I took it back home and nothing was done to it and all the same issues persisted and no diagnosis was done because i had to go home and diagnose it myself and spend hours taking apart my PC WITH ONE HAND. The only reason I brought it in was because i was in a car accident and have had surgery and a broken wrist not because im ignorant . no ram was moved because if it had been my bios would have to relearn the memory and my computer would notify me when turning it back on. Furthermore I checked recent installments and updates and nothing at all was done other than installing and running nzxt cam to do exactly as i stated before nothing . when I called him out on that lie He began becoming more aggressive and lying yelling and cursing then ignoring me and taking other customers only to further say he couldn't remember what he did to my pc exactly because he had so much work but yet i do. I called everyday to check on it the week they had my pc because i also do work from my pc, get this he had been out sick for multiple days and James his coworker confirmed so and also started that no work was done . He then offered to have me bring it back in after I spent my time and money self diagnosing it to be a hardware issue which your store claimed was not the issue and wanted to do a fresh install of my OS and pay more money which I know how to do and did myself And would not bring it back in to waste more time and money at such a rude disrespectful and dishonest establishment. miraculously the day he gets back in after calling off all week my pc is done and had all this "work" done to it. I picked it up with nothing diagnosed and specific request I made and said I'd pay for not done or addressed . Then I was threatened to be kicked out of the store , ignored and dismissed for asking these questions and being disrespected and only then did I become angry and used foul language because you have a store manager with zero integrity who is using the same language , lying in my face and disrespecting me in front of other customers. After escalating to corporate they are doing absolutely nothing about the situation and claimed that they were providing no refund after No diagnostics or time was even spent on my pc. read more

about a year ago i took my ipad here to get the usbc connection fixed as it was no longer charging. For some reason i assumed they fixed things in-house. after handing over my ipad they asked for my password stating they would need it to login to the ipad to test repairs. i was a little reluctant as i had not backed up and erased my ipad before going there. But i figured they are a trusted company. They then told me it would be a week. after a week no word, so i decided use find my app to see if they still had my i-ad in the shop. it was showing that it was at this office park in florida at a building that did not list any businesses and google maps search showed the building to not have any signage and searches for the address of the building did not list any electronic repair shops. I got nervous because no someone has my ipad with all my passwords saved, and i was not exactly sure if inhad 2 factor enabled. i immediately spent the rest of that day resetting every password i could think of including my icloud and mac accounts. i finally got my ipad back, and it seemed fine and charged as expected. I did find it odd that within a couple weeks of getting the ipad, i was suddenly getting inundated with scam calls everyday. Also getting a lot more phishing attempts via email. coincidence? I did change all my passwords as soon as i discovered that they sent my ipad to some 3rd party repair shop. then about 8 months later i decided to back up my ipad to my laptop, only to discover that my laptop no longer connects to the ipad. I am now wondering if they used oem parts for the repair. my only choice now for backing up my ipad is to by more icloud space to make that possible. not thrilled. and yes i have tried multiple usbc cables including wasting my money on an actual apple brand cable. not happy about it. read more

Poor quality control at this location. I brought in an ipad for Glass replacement. Rep was courteous and seemed knowledgeable, said it should be ready in 2-3 days, ended up getting a call it was ready for pickup later that day. Went to pick up the device the next day and there was a large piece of debris left between the glass and screen. It was very noticeable even without the screen on so I can't believe that it could have gone unnoticed. The reps at the counter apologized and said they would get it cleaned out and I can pick it up later that day. Went back to pick it up the following day and had to wait for close to 10 minutes before I had to ask to speak with a representative. Got the device home and noticed there now appears to be damage to the screen under the glass. I haven't contacted the store yet but at this point it's not worth the fight to get it fixed. My son needs the iPad for school and I can't afford to be without my device for days. read more

For a short term repair they are great however if you need to leave your device might want to consider somewhere else. Brought my phone in to replace the proximity sensor on a Tuesday, was told it would be ready Friday. Called Saturday when I got no call. Tech told me they need to replace the mother board, will be ready the following Tuesday. Called the Wednesday after to get a update. Couldn't get much information about the motherboard so I picked up my phone. Its been about two weeks since I got my phone back with no call about the mother board coming in etc. I got the feeling that something gets lost communication wise between techs there. Horrible service! I needed battery for my tablet. They ordered it, but never called me to say it was in. When I finally called them, they couldn't find it or my account, Finally after it was found, I dropped it off. Was told it would take 24 hours. I came back two days later. They told me they broke the screen putting in the battery. Told me they had ordered the new screen and the unit would be ready the next day. I went back 2 days later, they still didn't have it ready... no phone call, no notification. Told me it would be ready by the end of the day. Went back 2 days later STILL wasn't ready. Wife sent the manager, Chris Dunbar an email asking what the issue was. Never heard back from him. Finally picked up the unit. Their problems could have been easily resolved by communicating with us. A phone call, "hey we still need more time" would have sufficed. However, they staff treated us like we were an imposition and were rude.
