The staff was helpful, compassionate, not overbearing or obtrusive. I know funerals are expensive, but I feel that the prices were fair. One former staffer there even took it upon himself to call me when my box was full (which he wasn't supposed to do). I've been with them for a decade and never had less than wonderful service.
