I also needed a company to install AND issue a warranty with their product(s). Like most people, I searched the internet...and got completely saturated!!! Tons of cheap off shore crap with very little, if any back up. American companies with good systems but no Canadian maps for their nav' systems...and on and on!!! I checked out Gibby's with local people I work with and received no negative comments. I spoke with Roland at Gibby's and liked what I heard. I took the 40 minute drive to the store and spoke with Roland and other staff members...Everyone made our visit feel good. I decided to buy and have installed an Alpine INE-W960HDMI DVD/GPS Navigation Receiver With SiriusXM...(a system that I had previously checked out on line and had ear marked). VERDICT: I am very happy with my choice of system, (Alpine INE-W960HDMI DVD/GPS Navigation Receiver With SiriusXM) and with the installation done by Gibby's staff. Thank you to Rolland, Scott and Sean for all your help and advice which made my decision to go with Gibby's that much easier...and YES, I do recommend you go to Gibby's and check them out.

On Feb. 4, 2019 late in the afternoon I asked a young white sales clerk for help on how to enlarge items on my printer. I am also partly blind and needed help. He was so rude towards me that he said he did not want to bother to tell or show me how to enlarge things on the printer. He said look it up on your computer. Then he went to another customer and said you need help. This is very poor customer service and they have lost me as a customer. Heard back from the owner, but looked like it was from a computer with same message that has been sent to all customers. I also contacted Customer service and they sent a computer response that was on what I sent to them. It's a shame that they just don't care about customers. Won't be back and for them to hire sales clerks who are rude towards customers is not good business.

Wouldn't pair. Phoned this store and the Geek Squad and was told to call Apple. I wrote a Google Review, Owner told me to send to general "contact us". Into an endless loop that goes nowhere. Drove from Port Colborne back to the store in St. Catherine's for personal service,....was intercepted at the door by an Apple Rep who asked if he could help. He fixed the problem immediately and when asked about a place for lunch nearby, he offered up "The Feathery Pub" which turned out to be amazing. A non-Best Buy person saved the day. The person that sold us the products a week earlier could not be any less interested in selling my 93 year old mother the proper product, he just wanted his commission for selling us more than we needed. I am an Android user, but hats off to Simon from Apple who was amazing ! I wrote: 2 days ago Purchased a new iPad and pencil for my mother. Could not get the pencil to pair. Best Buy & Geek Squad would not help by phone unless I had a membership.
