The family was welcoming, sympathetic and professional. Michael was thorough and informative, he made sure I understood every aspect of the process and helped me make some hard decisions. It was a burden off my grieving shoulders. The service itself was beautiful. Michael and Laura were attentive to our every need, as well as monitored the flow of guests coming and going (service was held during the covid pandemic), and had the chapel staged to showcase some of my father's photographs and belongings. The best part - they set up a virtual stream so that family and friends unable to physically attend were still able to watch the service from home... this detail really made all the difference. I am forever grateful to Michael Goodlander and his family for their ability to create such a peaceful and reminiscent space.
