The unit came back with Stereo Advantage as the sender. They must of been contracted by Square Trade to repairmy unit. However when I got the unit back despite the box and the packing material in tack. the screen had a 1" long hole in he screen on the side opposite fo the original damage. I am left to conclude that damage was present before the surface 3 was packed. Not only that, they installed Windows 8.1 instead of Widnows 10 which is what was installed when I purchased it. I am glad that I live far away from Buffalo NY and will not have any reason to deal with this company again.
