This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The employees are incompetent and are so rude. I…read morewas told my bill would be $170 and it's been $230 for 3 months and I've been in this store 3 times to meet with Tiffany and she didn't show any of the times I had an appt with her. I finally got it resolved over chat in the app and it took 20 mins. Tiffany hasn't helped me at all in 3 months even though she said she would. The corporate office may wanna go check on this store, they are awful to deal with.

Please do not come here. Awful customer service, takes no responsibility for any of there wrong…read moredoings. Will give you nothing but misleading or false information just to make a sale. They don't have the customer best interest at all. Don't fall for the promotions like I did, because they really are too good to be true. I'm stuck with a tablet I didn't even want originally and $20 service fee after I was told by the sales rep it was free of charge and no monthly fee when I switched over to t mobile. I went back to the store to have this correct and was told it made no different to bill by the manager after there is clear as day a $20 service fee added to my bill for the tablet. I have the magnet military plan for one line it is $75 a month or $70 with autopay and with $20 service fee for the tablet it makes about $95. The manger told me I am not paying the $20 fee and the bill would be about $95 either way, that sales rep is very good at his job and gave me the best deal, there was no cheaper plan for me available. Which was a lie, there was a better option I just wasn't given that. You can go on the t mobile website and see the highest magenta military plan is only $85 and the one below that is $75. I even spoke to customer care after I left the store for second time that day just to confirm I wasn't misunderstanding my bill and they confirmed my bill would only $75 or $70 with autopay without $20 added service for the tablet and I was correct. I spoke with them before I went into the store and they encouraged me to go in person to see to speak with the manager and see what could be done on there end which was a complete waste of time. I wish I never switched over to t mobile and stay with my previously phone company and phone plan. It is shame that they allow employees to operate like that and finagle and deceive customers like that just to make a sale.

I ran into Jon ( ColoCrossing ) just after he started and had reservations on putting all my eggs in one basket..Jon..is a man of his word..he said he would make sure I succeeded..and I have. NOT once have I ever been mis-treated, over billed, or had a server issue with Jon that was not given the highest priority to make sure my clients were with out service. There Tech support has always been great to talk to, even if it was a issue I was trying to figure out for my business. I have no degrees in computing, all self taught..and as GSP's come and go..I am still here 10 1/2 years later. I owe a great percentage to my first conversation wit Jon and his employees over these years. I have learned and live by you treat people the way you would like to be treated..If you want to be a idiot and want every thing now...then expect to be treated the same. I would recommend ColoCrossing to any new company that want to succeed in a business I am in...or any other structure your business requires. Don't believe all the negativity that you might read in forum posts about the reputation of Jon and his company..this goes back to my sentence above...If you want to be un-proffesional..then expect the same. As long as my Company. NRT is in business, then I will be a client of ColoCrossing as long as they will have me. Thanks for reading.. Dave Stanley NRT Game Servers.

THE best internet provider in Toronto PERIOD I've been with…read morethem for several years and I have never had a single problem. They have extremely efficient and pleasant personnel and the most reliable internet service I've ever had, with reasonable prices (that never get jacked) to boot....kind of the opposite from the ratbastard telcos you're used to. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if you're fortunate to be in an area/building where their service is available, you'll be sorry if you don't sign on.

I was curious on switching my ISP as the fees kept creeping up and even with my well negotiated contract I was looking around for a new service source as didn't know what options I would have when renewing. I will give dotto one kudos for being persistent as after they initially got my contact they kept following up and even made it an easy decision to switch to their service with the penalty from the current provider. The installation was smooth and was done within an hour. I have a somewhat complex setup at home with some legacy equipment blended in with new tech. There was a technical glitch with the hardware on the legacy tech that made me connect with their support line a few times. They are quite helpful and being a smaller operation you even get the people who have dealt with your issue before hand. Believe me it's a big time saver not having to explain the issue again and again. With a few adjustments and troubleshooting on both ends I am satisfied with the service I have. I will update in the long run but so far a solid service. Update for long term usage. It has almost been a year and the service and support have been rock solid. A rarity IMO for the service industry in Canada. I am talking about no service calls requests after the initial issues, billing. The tech support went out of their way to help me out with a tech issue I was having initially. Updating to a 5 star rating (rare feat)
