No one welcomed me, said hi, or they'd be with me shortly or anything, which I didn't feel was very nice. I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

Cricket is one of the most cost-effective ways you can have a cell phone and this is a cute little location in Lockport. I spent a few days in Lockport because my BFF works up here and I've been shopping around for a new cell phone plan for a while because Verizon is awful because of pricing. Cricket is so much cheaper, but they definitely don't have the kinds of coverage and services that the big boys have. So well worth it if you want to save money on your phone though.

Knowledgeable and very helpful staff!…read more I stopped in because I had just purchased a 3ds at another location (union rd) and was not told I needed a charger for the system that I had just bought. So frustrating. Anyway, I mentioned this to Jeffrey, the gentleman who was working the counter, and he was wonderful and went out of his way to help me. He asked if he could assist me, I explained what happened and he immediately took me over to the chargers. I could get a GameStop version or a Duracell. Choice. I love that. I chose the GameStop version. Next, we went over to the games. He told me about some great ones (I opted for AC New Leaf and Legend of Zelda). He then informed me of the Nintendo store that I could access from the ds that had titles available for download. Ah yes. Download. I was also not told at the other store that I needed a memory card. Yes, that sounds like a basic need but seriously, a mention wouldn't suck. I was buying this system for my daughter, not me, so I wasn't very familiar with it. Anyhow, although this location did not have the memory size i wanted, Jeffrey still told me step by step what to do with the memory card and said that if I had any difficulties, someone would help me at that location, if I'd wanted to stop back in when I got it. Then it was time for check out. My GameStop membership was showing up as expired. It wasn't. There was an error. Problem with this - I had purchased a ps4 at Christmas and the ds the day before. Not one staff person had told me it was expired (again it was an error, it wasn't) and had processsed my purchases with the card but I never received the points for those purchases. That sucks. I spend a lot of $ at GameStop and the points are a benefit of those purchases. Anyway, Jeffrey fixed the issue. Just like that. He'd told me the account was showing as expired. He waited patiently as I pulled up my account on my phone to show him, even helped me locate an area on the GameStop page that I couldn't find. And now my membership is current and as it should be. This is great customer service and Jeffrey should be commended. His help from the moment i walked in, to check out, was exceptional. I can't thank him enough and I will only go to this location for my gaming needs, from this point forward.
