They have the cutest little food truck. Vintage feel to it. I ordered the biscuit bread pudding and let me tell you, it was so rich and warm. A total comfort food for sure. The service is great, very nice and friendly. Next time I want to try the savory biscuits.

I finally got to try the Biscuit Box at the Bellevue Farmers Market this week. They have savory and sweet choices - I had the tarragon chicken biscuit. It was like a high end pot pie and was excellent. The biscuit was fresh and fluffy. There were 3 young guys running it who were polite and prompt (I love food trucks but so many of the young people running them are rude and snotty). This food truck is all around 5 stars!

Super friendly, prices are good, biscuit was great, gravy could use a smidge more salt. Looking forward to trying the tarragon chicken biscuit and wishing they sold coca-cola.

Food truck heaven. Previously I have had the ham biscuit - giant biscuit covered in ham gravy and beechers cheese sauce. Amazing and almost too rich, believe it or not. Today I am having the Bao biscuit. Chinese pork bell and pickled vegetables over a giant tasty biscuit. I wish they came down here more than once a month. Yum. It isn't cheap at 8.00 a dish, but it is really tasty. I'm just cheap.

A Seattle dog is a quintessential food item while visiting Seattle. I am happy to say the Dog In The Park Seattle Dog lived up to my expectations. A crispy grilled dog, cream cheese, and plenty of grilled veggies. There are loads of toppings to choose from, too, but the young man serving up the dogs recommended just plain for the first time to really get the classic experience. I think some light mustard and maybe some saurkraut would have been a great addition. Friendly service and good recommendations for a first-timer, though. La Costeñita's food truck is in the upper echelon of Mexican food in Seattle - easily. If you see them sliding through to a parking lot near you, it's a must have. The birria in this torta was insanely flavorful. Every bite was perfect because of the evenly distributed meat, mayo, guacamole, and pillow-y soft bread. I plan on trying their tacos and burrito next time around. I highly recommend trying them out, enjoy. :)

As I walked closer and saw the logo I just HAD TO stop! I have always heard of the Indian/Chinese fusion aka "IndoChinese" hype, but never tried it. Well, it's definitely more hype than anything else. The limited menu items were a bit underwhelming, but perhaps it just didn't appeal to me at the time. I love Haaka Noodles, so I opted for that, with veggies. All in all, it was just okay. I enjoyed the flavor and subtle spicy kick, but overall, it was just plain noodles and undercooked/crunchy onions. Meh. I probably wouldn't go again, to this particular food truck - it was also overpriced, in my opinion (great portion size though). But, I am glad that I stopped, because how else would I know, right?! I also thought it was a little strange that they did not accept cash. Maybe that's a thing now for food trucks, I don't know. The service was pleasant, although neither one of the gentleman (who took my order and my payment) spoke much English. So, they struggled, A LOT, answering a few menu questions before I ordered.

One caveat being, despite getting the sauce that claimed to be very spicy, the spice level was basically non existent (only coming from the jalapeños).
