So many people have told me about Seattle Biscuit Company and I've never made the trip, but after hearing about their recent break ins, we decided to go support them. I'm sad it took me this long to go try this amazing place because wow. I ordered the Gus and it was so much food! Well worth the price because it will feed two or one really hungry person. The place is small and they won't let you order until they can seat you. I appreciate that because we don't have to hover over other people eating to try and rush them. Everyone in the establishment was super nice and kept checking in on us. I'll definitely be back more often to try other items on the menu. They run out of biscuits close to closing so make sure to show up early!

Photos do no Justice to the massive size of the biscuits made in house and served up here. Service was stellar with accommodating our hungry group of 7 fresh off planes from SeaTac. Food arrived quickly piping hot and fresh. The Varner ($15) hit the spot with the andouille sausage, egg, & beechers cheese. While I enjoyed the biscuit innards smothered in all the helpings it was a bit dry if not paired with something. I also had hoped for a little more kick from the peach-habanero jam but nothing a bit of Tabasco couldn't fix. We sat outside as there were already large parties occupying the inside table seating and the open bar top seating wouldn't fit us all. Not an issue though coming from Texas the Seattle weather was worth every moment to be outside! Parking was a bit confusing at first, but I'm assuming they share it with the coffee house next door as that's where we ended up.

Passed this place plenty of times not knowing what lied within. Biscuits yes, but big ones! filled with, bacon, jam, cheese and more or in my case chicken. Stopped in here with my friend and we both got "The Gus" (though all of the options sound good) so it welcomes a follow up visit. The biscuit sandwich includes "Signature fried chicken, egg, sausage gravy, pickles, Walla Walla sweet onion mustard". Boy did this thing slap. Come hungry for this thing. We also got a couple of Tang mimosas to complete the brunch. I was almost defeated by it as one of the front servers brought over to go containers for my friend and I, but we were not going out like that! There are about 10 of the biscuit breakfast sandwiches to choose from and they all sound pretty good. Options definitely aren't limited here, even offering a vegetarian option. They also have bar as well as coffee so it's the complete package as far as good brunch eating. Definitely would like to try another Biscuit sandwich here.

The staff was excellent from the moment we walked in. You place your order at the counter and sit yourself. I loved the self-service coffee counter. I felt at home preparing coffee just the way I like it. I ordered the Willie Lee biscuit because the house berry jam caught my attention. I also ordered the grits and gravy. The biscuit was my favorite! My boyfriend had the Big Al, and I had the opportunity to try it, and it was delicious. I kept picking at his plate. Haha Our waitress was so friendly and overall excellent. The restrooms were clean and in great shape. This restaurant is a cozy place to have breakfast. I highly recommend you stop by.

Delicious food really large servings. Cute atmosphere nice service. Gus fried chicken really tender would have again. The sausage was alright wish the meal was larger pieces in gravy.

From the moment we walked into Seattle Biscuit Company, we felt like returning home, even before the first warm biscuit arrived. The atmosphere is a delightful mix of rustic charm and friendly familiarity, with sunlight-dappled tables and cozy booth nooks that invite you to linger. We kicked things off with a perfectly roasted coffee and bubbly mimosas, simple pleasures elevated by quality and care. Between sips, conversation flowed and biscuits arrived: the Che Biscuit (with Beecher's cheese, bacon, ham, sweet onion mustard, apple butter, and pickles) was a flavor-packed showstopper, savory, tangy, and utterly comforting. The plain biscuit, paired with butter and berry jam, was equally delightful in its elegant simplicity, warm, flaky, buttery bliss. What resonated even more than the food was the kind-hearted service. Our waitress, proudly hailing from New Orleans, brought grace and warmth to every moment, her genuine sweetness made us feel like we were visiting dear friends, not just grabbing brunch. Her touch elevated the meal to something memorably special. Seattle Biscuit Company truly serves comfort in every bite and genuine hospitality in every interaction. Whether you're craving a biscuit masterpiece or just a peaceful spot to savor good food with loved ones, this place feels like home with biscuits. Full five stars, no question. The Tipsy Traveler

In my opinion, the best biscuits in Seattle! Fluffy without being overly buttery/oily and the topping options are a winner! They have some parking up front and they have indoor and outdoor seating available. We placed our order at the register and took a seat. Service was really friendly! I got the biscuit with honey and butter and it was fantastic! The biscuit was fluffy and quite large! My husband got the fried chicken and gravy biscuit which was huge! Chicken was delicious and so was the gravy! Highly recommend their biscuits! It really made our Sunday morning wonderful!

Super large biscuits that were crisp, flakey, and warm indicating they were freshly baked! I just got the standard biscuit with butter and berry jam. My partner tried the Che which was a monster to eat but it was also delicious. I'd recommend requesting for some hot sauce to put on the savory sandwiches as well! Also we ordered and were helped by the loveliest lady-- it really rounded out the experience to feel extra homey and casual. Highly recommend coming to try this spot!

Insanely good. We went with the fried chicken biscuit with sausage gravy and it was delicious. It was big enough for two men to split along with a side of grits and we left plenty full. Eating one of these by yourself would probably mean taking some home as leftovers. Great size for the price. Restaurant was small, but cozy. Service is at the counter and was friendly enough. Definitely would like to try their other sandwiches as everything coming out of the kitchen looked great.

This place is a busy little place. I was afraid I would miss it. You can't really. Parking is tight... but you can find neighborhood parking. I was intrigued by the name and pictures. Lol this place is truly a hidden gem. I went in and saw that you order at the register either to go or for here. I got "to go" knowing I couldn't finish it. Then I found a seat at the bar. Waited just a short time and then they made sure if got my food and used my name. I like that. If you get it for here it will be a number. I got the Willie Lee. It was $14 so I expected to be very critical. Y'all when I tell you this was amazing I mean it!!! The kitchen is a well oiled assembly line.... This biscuit i ordered is a fresh biscuit when Beechers cheese, egg, bacon and jam I think. It was the perfect mix of salty and sweet. The jam is awesome. When I say I could barely fit my mouth around it i mean it. And it was so filling. I also ordered the cheese grits and they were ok. The for here portion was being served way bigger than my to go portion but I didn't need the extra food. I couldn't even finish the biscuit. The grits were now loose than I'm used to and not as thick. They had ok flavor not enough cheese. The female cashier was amazing and checked back in with me since we talked about having experience from the south and grits. I asked if i could sample the gravy. They were nice and let me. The heavy is extremely creamy and not overpowering with the sausage. Savory and good though. The location is clean and busy like I said. Give it a try.

Service was great. The staff were excellent in meeting customers needs. Cleaned tables as soon as people left to be able to seat others. Fast and quick. Ambiance is small store front, bar seating, table seating. Food was ok. Big portion but was just too heavy for breakfast for me(my own personal opinion).

Seattle Biscuit Company made this Bama Boy smile as it is in a city as far away from Alabama as you can go! First of all, the sweet tea is made right to make any Southerner smile! It's not fruity, half and half, or barely sweet. It is fresh-brewed with the perfect amount of sugar in it. I would dare to find anywhere else in Seattle that makes sweet tea the correct way. I had a tough choice with biscuits but I chose the Varner for the appeal of peach habanero jam. This jam was sweet and fascinating because it seemed like the peach flavor canceled out the heat of the habanero. The picture does not do the biscuit justice on how large the biscuits are. Throw in the andouille sausage, egg, and cheese and it equaled one of the best biscuits I've ever had! It is a very small place and if you are late, they may run out of biscuits. My family arrived and were told there were only 6 biscuits left and somehow, we made it work with 7! I have to mention there is an adjacent parking lot for parking and that's a huge deal in Seattle. Make sure you order a biscuit with a side of grits and order a sweet tea to wash it down and thank me later!

The ambience of the place was amazing--it was so cute in there! The people were super nice and I loved the decor and how all the dishes were mismatched. Very homey and felt like a beach shack. There are not a lot of options for vegetarians or pescatarians. I got the Amy Lee's Cousin, which has egg, cheese, berry jam and sweet mustard, all things I really like. Overall, though, it was a bit of an odd combination of flavors and kind of sour. The biscuits were huge and tasted great but a little dry. I want to come back and try again but wish they had more options for my diet. My friend ordered one of the options with meat on it and loved it!

It wasn't quite incredibly tender, but the marinade added an absolute ton of flavor. more importantly, it was present plentifully throughout the sandwich, so practically every bite came filled with pork I also have to mention how packed together the ingredients are between the buns. when you start eating, it's inevitable that a quarter of the ingredients will fall onto the wrap below, leaving a nice secondary meal to finish off after the sandwich is done. the sandwich is packed incredibly tight during the wrapping process, but it unravels a bit while eating. for me, the major highlights of this meal was the onions and the aioli Starting with the onions, these may be the best I've ever had on a sandwich. They're caramelized amazingly, placed onto the sandwich in astoundingly large pieces, are crunchy, and there's just a lot of them. They're just wonderful both texturally and taste-wise. This sandwich is absolutely lathered with aioli - practically dripping with it. This boosted the overall flavor so much, especially because this aioli was addictingly good. In my experience, the amount of sauce has been directly proportional to how much I enjoyed a sandwich, and when the sauce is this good - it's even on the top of the bun! - i absolutely loved it Somehow the lettuce stayed crunchy despite all the otherwise wetness going on in the sandwich. Props for that The jalapenos were great as well for that extra bit of spicy - I would've loved to have more of them while the bread was toasted well, the one downside was i thought it was pretty hard and tough, which made chewing kind of difficult. I found my jaw to be pretty tired at the end after eating this. I would've much preferred a softer roll that's easier to bite into I've had similar sandwiches from Paseo and Bongos, and in my opinion this does edge out both of those Comparing to Paseo, the sandwich there has way more oil, making it more sloppy and I do like the bread there a lot better, but the pork feels richer and better marinated here (although less fatty), and the onions are definitely caramelized better here as well. Bongos has a pretty similar level of pork with more, but onions are definitely a step down What moves this place above those two for me is the amount of aioli used here far exceeds those other places, which just makes the overall eating experience better For the price (about 14 dollars) this is a really filling meal

You know it's good when you pull up the establishment and they have not only a long line, but also a paper dictating what is sold out, which they update on a 10-15 minute interval. Waiting in line is the most time consuming part of this experience, as we probably waited 20-30 minutes to get to the front to place our order - which is good sign! You can definitely formulate what meats and sides you want as you get closer to the front. Parking for the restaurant is a bit difficult, I think the only options we found while visiting was streetside, and we were fortunate to find a spot only a block away. I could totally see it being impossible to find parking when it gets really busy in the area. Once you get your food, there is plenty of seating, from high tops, to booths, to tables, to outdoor seating with a fire pit. We got a good variety of items, which I'll review a couple down below: Brisket: A good brisket with a nice visible smoke ring. Similar to the pork belly, you can tell the skill of a barbecue restaurant from how their brisket is, and this brisket is delicious! Really meaty and pleasant smoke flavor. I think we did get a leaner cut of brisket as there wasn't as much fat to help with the leanness. Beef Cheek: A delicious cut of meat that melts in the mouth, and has a pleasant smokey flavor. Out of the three cuts of meat, this one was unfortunately salted the heaviest. The first couple of bites are delicious and really delicious, but it goes really overwhelming the more you eat it. If you order this, definitely get some sides to help. Pomegrante Pork Belly: A solid BBQ pork belly that has a pleasing fatty crust with a meaty interior. This is what I would consider a good baseline for a reputable barbecue restaurant. It is advertised as pomegrante pork belly, but I unfortunately wasn't able to taste any flavor of pomengrate - maybe a tiny bit in the glaze/bark but that could just be attributed to the sugar. Mac and Cheese: A pretty comforting side! bechamel sauce is really creamy and fully coats each noodle. The noodles were at the sweet spot of soft and having enough integrity to hold their shape. Cherry and Rhubarb Cobbler: Wow, this is an amazing dessert! I haven't had a cobbler where they added cardamom to the crust before, and I think it works spectacularly. The cardamom gives a nice floral taste to the crust, which is complemented by the tart and fruity filling. I think this is one of the better if not best desserts I've had a barbecue shop, and the small tweaks made were creative and delicious! In the end, I think we paid about $100 for everything you see here. Having been to a couple of BBQ places, I would say that it is pretty standard pricing. Good BBQ does take a lot of effort and it does come at a premium. Outsider BBQ is absolutely delicious - if you are looking to get some comforting food, they definitely have you covered. I would totally revisit to try their items that got sold out (missed the beef cheeks, need to try those!) the time we visited!
