Came here based off of a word-to-mouth recommendation from a friend of mine. She said I absolutely had to come here during my trip to Seattle, so I did! Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor! The highlight for me was the caramelized onions; they were simply divine! Used to be a regular (the food is decent), but won't be going back due to poor customer service. I ordered a sandwich and requested extra meat to which i was told would be extra. Said no big deal and paid the three dollar upcharge. Two minutes later, my name was called and the cashier then asked me to pay an additional three dollars for the extra meat saying he spoke with the kitchen staff and it needed to be three more dollars. Would have been happy to pay the full upcharge had i been made aware upfront, but asking for additional money after i already paid is pretty ticky tacky and left a poor taste in my mouth.
