Friendly staff. The hoggie is imported from New Orleans very light and soft. Catfish is seasoned and breaded perfectly with the right amount of crunch to complement the soft hoggie.

This spot is located in Great Notion! We love Great Notion and were excited to try the wings here. You have to buy the wings in sets of ten which was a little disappointing since we couldn't try multiple flavors. We ended up going with lemon pepper jerk chicken hot honey (yes that is one flavor) and it was underwhelming. Tots were just okay, maybe a little too garlicky.

The service was great, and the owner himself was really nice, funny, and took the time to explain the menu to us, including some customer favorites which I appreciated. The ambiance is chill, friendly, and clean, definitely the kind of spot you can relax and enjoy your food in. They have a lot of great options too. The ambiance is great. The bar there is very well done, lots of attention to detail. From that perspective labeling it as a food truck does a disservice to those who aren't looking for a sit down experience and don't realize they're going to miss it. From the service perspective, not being able to speak to the menu is just so disrespectful to the chef. The worst answer you can give to the question, "what's good," or "what do you like?" Is, it's all terrible, the second worst response is, "it's all good." Just so lazy as a server. With that level of help and discussion, you might as well just give me a kiosk. We ended up getting the Po'Boy, it was pretty meh. The breading was light and crispy, but there was a lot of it. The sauce was a bit too garlicky. read more

For the price of each sandwich, you would think the food is da bomb. Unfortunately it is not. I can't taste the catfish whatsoever, all I got was the batter. Shrimp Po'Boy is a bit better but still way too much batter. If you haven't had better, you would probably like the food. I was in the area and stumbled across this place. The food is cooked fresh to order which I LOVE! We were helped immediately and the owner is very respectful and good at what he does! I've seen their food truck around the city before and I was so excited to see they were inside Great Notion. Most of my family is from Louisiana and I didn't think it was possible to have good southern food in Seattle! This truck set up at the Arts Corps building in West Seattle for a special event. Both the chicken po boy and the catfish po boy were excellent! The seasoned fries were so so good and I'll be back just for them. The owners were really nice and even sent me home with a side of catfish for my wife(her favorite) without a second thought when I told them she loves it so much. Po’Boy & Tings started in festivals in a 10’X10’ tent, with 2 deep fryers, 2 coolers, 2 tables and an amazing recipe! The South Lake Union Street Food Festival was our 1st event and we quickly realized we had deep-fried gold in our #flavorfingers! We elevated to a food truck in the fall of 2021, put the pedal to the metal for 4 more summers! I didn't want to deal with the hassle of calling them to get a refund for it or drive back for it. Also, I don't feel like giving them one less star right now on this review because of it. I'm considering it this time as a natural human error and donation to this nice small business. Hopefully, they will be more careful and efficient my next visit because their product was very tasty and I do want go back there again soon to try more.

If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. I ordered the triple smash burger and my girl got the single, and both were cooked perfectly. The patties were juicy, the edges had that crispy smash burger texture, and the flavor was on point. The garlic had the slight vinegar tang, fries were crisp until they'd been sitting a bit (naturally) and the quantity was impressive.
