My G-kids (& son)invited to lunch at one of their favorite restaurants. They talk about it a lot. We had their favorite combo dishes, shrimp & broccoli with Fried Rice, and sweet and sour chicken with beef chow mein along with an order of salt and pepper shrimp, and corn on the cob. Restaurant is well maintained, and plenty of parking outside the restaurant. Food & Service was good.

Parking is plenty and easy to find. The interior is spacious making it good for large groups. Noise level is quiet. Combo #4 (4/5): so yummy. Flavor was good. Portion size was humongous. Good to share amongst 3 people I'd say. There were some clams that weren't open though. However eating was quite fun. They give you mini shears making it easy to cut the shell fish. Gloves are also provided to keep your hands clean. Overall, Crab Season is a great seafood boil restaurant. Service is quick and food is delicious.

Great service and very nice staff! I don't think I've gone to a bad crab boil restaurant, thanks to Yelp reviews They offer a great selection of different foods which is great for our somewhat picky 5-year old. We'd go again! The restaurant is older but very clean, the service is fast, and the staff is on top of it!

Tried the Combo 3 with garlic butter and mild spice, absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The crab legs were easy soo good, the corn and potatoes soaked up all that buttery goodness. Prices are fair for how much food you get, and the menu has tons of options. Cozy place, friendly service, and it really hits the spot if you're craving a good seafood boil. Definitely coming back soon!

The food and service was amazing!! I'm surprised there weren't more people there, but it was the beginning of lunch time. The place was clean, the servers were attentive and friendly and the food was fresh and plentiful and affordable, especially for all the food we ordered! It was $35 total for 2 entrees and corn and we still had food leftover! Next time we will try the crab pot!! I definitely recommend it!!

Ordered some Chinese takeout on Thanksgiving from Crab Season and was surprised by how good it was. The restaurant is known more as a Cajun seafood restaurant, but I thought the Chinese food items were great. Ordered the stir fry clams, salt & pepper pork chops and Szechuan beef, which were all delicious. However, I will say the Szechuan beef was not very spicy, as was indicated on the menu. The packaging was excellent as I was concerned about liquid leakage, particularly with the clams. Menu pricing is great and one of the most affordable for Chinese food in Bellevue. Despite the generic restaurant name, I think Crab Season is a good spot to grab some everyday Chinese takeout on the Eastside.

Couldn't believe how empty it was - the food was fantastic!! We hit the jackpot haha!

My family had a delectable dinner here during our vacation - what a local gem this is!! Family owned, great service, relaxing casual vibes, and the food is delicious!! It's like a Cajun-Asian fusion spot with everything from crab rangoons to gumbo. Very interesting menu and we loved all the items we tried. We were starving when we arrived so we ordered a bunch of stuff to try and I'll give you a word of warning- their portions are very generous so we couldn't finish it all haha! We tried the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Garlic Noodles, Garlic Green Beans, Gumbo, and of course some Crab Rangoon (called "fried crab meat cheese wonton" on their menu lol but it's the same). Everything was excellent - all the flavors you expect and very high quality. We got a "large" side of rice thinking it would be just enough for the three of us and it was massive - enough for more like 5 people I'd say lol. The only thing I didn't like as much was the honey walnut shrimp - the flavor was great but the breading was very thick - but my son loved it so it's more of a personal preference. Their menu is quite varied - they also have a lot of seafood boil options. I was really surprised how empty it was given how great the food was - but it was snowing outside and cold and kind of early in the evening for dinner so that's probably why. Their prices are reasonable and they have lots of parking available. All the staff were friendly and genuinely excited for us to try their food. It's obvious that the staff are a family and it's very sweet - felt like I was having dinner at a friend's house. They also have tons of TVs all around so you don't ever get bored or lonely. We had a great experience and will definitely be back anytime we visit the surrounding Seattle area.

Have been wanting to find a good seafood boil in Washington for a minute and I think I found my spot service is impeccable, there was a male server who handled the host stand and service. We came around 5 pm on a Thursday and it wasn't busy, I think we made it before the lunch rush as more people started coming when we were leaving. We got the combo #3 I believe and chose the fushion sauce( all 3 ) at mild, the mild had a perfect kick and still had my lips burning at the end. Definitely recommend if you want some great seafood, coming from the Bay Area, I left completely satisfied

Had this place in my list to try. For those that have been to Crab Pot, they have several seafood boil options in addition to other seafood items like fish and chips, fried softshell crab, fried oysters, etc. in addition to this, they also have Americanized Chinese food. Pretty interesting combination. The food was decent, but service was really good which pushed me to round this rating to 4 stars. As others have mentioned the gloves that are provided make it almost impossible to eat the seafood boil. I decided to just go bare handed and washed my hands afterwards. The seafood boil was more of a seafood mix with a sauce gravy. We picked the Ragin Cajun medium spice which wasn't too spicy at all. Good place to try if you're into seafood boils...plus other menu items that others guests can order if they're not seafood fans

Our first visit to Crab Season & we had high hopes based on the great reviews. Perhaps the best thing about them might be their seafood dishes, but we didn't order these. We were curious about their traditional Chinese food choices so ordered the Cashew Chicken, choosing Fried Rice as our side dish, House Special Chow Mein and Egg Rolls. They were fine, tho nothing special. The Cashew Chicken included a lot of zucchini, which was a nice surprise, but the flavor was a bit funky & I don't remember experiencing this flavor with any Chinese food we've had before. Also, we ordered these for take out and there was an oily sauce mixture in the bottom of the takeout container. Overall, not what we were hoping for, but again since they're known for their seafood - maybe this is what we should have had. Service was quick and portions were perfect for us.

Always enjoy this place! Food is good and prices are reasonable! Staples in our order are salt and pepper wings, green beans, chicken fried rice and garlic noodles. The seafood is great too! We are snow crab fans. We come here for our Chinese food cravings.

    Combo #4
    Jiayang L.

The servers were very friendly and service were very good. We had the combo #4 with fusion flavor and medium spicy. The sauce was very gooey and not much flavor, it was barely any spiciness. The sauce could use more garlic and butter and seasoning.

Ask the Community - Crab Season

    Are you open today?

Yes , we are open from 11 am to 9:30 pm

If I choose to just "steam", do seafoods literally comes out steamed without any seasoning? I don't like to add flavor or too much butter so prefer to have food as is.

Yes, we can do seafoods steamed and serve to the table , you still can choose one of the sauce come with it and request them on the side , that way the sauce will not mix with the seafood you choose !

Is it okay to bring my dog inside while I am there to place an order?

    Yes if it is friendly

How many people does a "combo" feed?

About 2-4 depending on how much everyone can eat. If you are coming with a big group it's better to do build your own!

Can seafood boils be made without the sausage?

They actually have a build your own seafood boil option so you can choose the contents and sauce/flavoring. It's in a separate section from the combos online. On the image of the menu it's to the left of the combos.

    Is dine in available?

    Yes it is!

It's nice that Crawfish Chef is fairly close to where I live. My party of 5 came here at 1:45pm on a Sunday. Parking was plentiful at this time in the strip mall. I was surprised at how many people were there considering it was just past lunchtime, but we were able to get seated immediately. The menu has the usual Viet-Cajun flare, where you want to eat seafood boil or items cooked from the kitchen. I noticed that there was the option to order headless shrimp for those of you who are squeamish about shrimp heada. I ordered a pound of head-on shrimp with added corn tossed in House Sauce at Medium Spicy. The shrimp had nice texture, the corn was sweet and the sauce was pretty decent. We were provided gloves which was very nice. The server was very attentive and refilled my drink when she saw it was getting low. Overall, we had a nice experience and thought this place was pretty solid. If I had one suggestion it would be to have a stock of wet naps considering that this is the type of establishment where you eat with your hands and there is no sink outside of the bathroom.

The signage is hidden, but you'll spot it if you walk around 106th Street, like I did, to see the lunch menu. I visited Superkim Crab House on a Sunday afternoon earlier this month. Upon walking in, there weren't a lot of diners, but at most, two tables total about 12 people within the two tables. We were greeted by Zack, who allowed us to pick where to sit. He was a very welcoming and kind server. Zack allowed us to look at the menu but provided us with some of his favorite dishes to help us narrow down what we wanted to dine on. He mentioned the clam chowder and crab croquettes as being a few of his favorite dishes, and we were very intrigued by them, so we ordered them to start with. We were not disappointed with either of the items! The crab croquette and clam chowder were so flavorful, and the crab croquette was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. For drinks, we decided to order from the mocktails menu: Lychee Lemonade, which had a strong taste of the cucumber, was an okay drink, but if you love cucumbers, you'll like it; Prickly Mint, was more my liking, as it had more of the fruity cranberry taste; and then the Mango Spritz, which my friend wasn't a big fan of the taste. In terms of food, we were thinking about the boil, but in the end, we decided on two entree dishes: The Holy Crab and the Dungeness Crab Fried Rice. The menu clearly shows three pepper icons next to The Holy Crab, and they were not kidding about the spice! It was spicy! The spiciness gradually kicked in after consuming it, but don't get me wrong, it was still a delicious dish! The Crab Fried Rice was also very flavorful, and we used that to cool down our palettes after a spoonful of The Holy Crab. The restaurant's atmosphere was pleasant. It wasn't too loud or quiet, and ample space between the tables. The bathrooms were interesting. I believe they kept the Lot No.3 bathroom layout with the industrial look, and there were gender-neutral individual bathroom stalls. There are two levels for seating, so if you choose to, you can also sit upstairs for a more private dining experience. Within about 10 minutes of us being seated at our table, Mr. Kim, the head chef, came to visit and chatted with us for a bit. He was very kind and welcoming, ensuring we enjoyed our time at his restaurant. Overall, our experience dining at Superkim Crab House was superb! Everything was terrific in terms of service and hospitality. We interacted with the great waitstaff, including Zach and Trish, who made us feel like we were chatting with friends. The food was delicious, but the price was somewhat on the high side for the portion size. However, the quality of the food was worth it. We heard that their Happy Hour menu is a good value, so I will try it out when it is available, M - F, 3PM - 6PM. TL:DR Get the crab croquette and clam chowder for sure! The Holy Crab is a very spicy dish, so get it if you like a lot of spice! The staff is friendly and helpful! Happy Hour is M - F, 3PM - 6PM. Parking in the parking garage is free for now, while construction is being done in the area.

The pho is a specialty because it comes out in a big stone bowl where you add the ingredients yourself so it is nice and piping hot, which my family enjoys. There are seafood boils and the combos usually come with a side (we usually choose sweet potato or curly fries) which is a nice touch and it is reasonably priced and decently tasty. We've tried some of the other things like escargot on the menu (they were too chewy but the salted egg yolk flavor was different) and they had a famous beef hotpot that I was honestly very disappointed in (it was very pricey for a small portion of noodles/beef/etc and did not feed as many people as it proclaimed). I would stick to the regular things on the menu here. Service can be a bit spotty again, because they are so busy.

Even after what I'm sure was a very busy Valentine's Day the night before, he still managed to show up with such positive energy and an easygoing attitude. It never felt rushed, and he made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It's clear he genuinely cares about the guest experience. Harrison made our visit feel welcoming and fun, and that kind of service really stands out. We'll definitely be back on a day he's working! Thanks Harrison!

My partner and I dined at the The Crab Pot tonight (5/21/26) after looking over the menu online and…read morereading reviews that led us to believe we were in for a great dining experience. Unfortunately, the reality was incredibly disappointing from both a service and food standpoint. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and seated outside on the deck overlooking the lake, which was honestly the highlight of the evening. After several minutes, our server finally approached the table. She never introduced herself by name, but she took our drink order and answered a few menu questions. About five minutes later, she returned to take our order. We started with the half-pound head-on shrimp appetizer. For entrées, my partner ordered the fish tacos and I ordered the crab fettuccine pasta. The appetizer arrived first and was extremely underwhelming -- bland, flavorless, and lacking any seasoning whatsoever. I immediately wanted to ask for additional seasoning or sauce just to make the shrimp edible, but our server completely disappeared after taking our order. The food runner who delivered the appetizer was actually very pleasant and professional. Later, the same food runner brought our entrées. However, when my pasta arrived, I had no silverware. At this point, our server still had not returned to our table once since initially taking our order. We waited. And waited. Twelve full minutes went by while my pasta sat getting cold because I literally had no way to eat it. During that entire time, our server visited the table next to us multiple times. She enthusiastically sold them birthday desserts, chatted with them, and never once bothered to even glance in our direction to see if we needed anything. No check-back, no refill offers, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Eventually, when she returned to the neighboring table to deliver their dessert, she finally turned to us and casually asked how everything was. At that point, I simply asked her to bring a box and the check because my dinner had been sitting untouched and cold due to the lack of silverware. What made the situation even worse was her response. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately blamed the food runner, stating that he "should have brought silverware." As someone familiar with the service industry, I know full well that table maintenance, silverware, drink refills, and guest follow-up are the responsibility of the server. The food runner did his job -- and did it politely. The failure here was entirely in the service we received from our server. To her credit, she removed my entrée from the bill, but again, she continued blaming her coworker instead of owning the mistake. Accountability and guest awareness were completely absent throughout the entire experience. Then, after providing some of the worst service I've experienced in a long time, she handed us the payment tablet with the 20% tip option already highlighted, seemingly assuming that level of gratuity had been earned. That felt incredibly tone deaf considering we had been ignored most of the evening. From never introducing herself, to failing to check on our table, allowing food to go cold, ignoring obvious guest needs, and then shifting blame onto coworkers, this experience was genuinely frustrating and disappointing. The view and the food runner were the only positives of the night. Management seriously needs to address the level of service being provided here because what should have been an enjoyable dinner ended up being a ruined evening.
