    Amazing Scallops!
    Laurie C.

Had a super fun experience tonight at Primos! Paige was an incredible server and made the dinner truly special! I will definitely be back and looking forward to hearing more of the awesome live music and those incredible scallops!

They have their own parking! Definitely a plus considering its Bellevue! Steelhead tartare cones were sooo good, also the Scallops on a cloud were to die for! I also ordered the Mekong River Chicken and it was flavorful! Also, they played all the great hits for my era! Service was great! Definitely worth a check-out. Shoutout to the bartender!

We came here to watch one of the fifa games and were a party of 5 plus 2 kids. The staff were attentive and so friendly. We appreciated the manager (or owner? not sure) being accommodating to our seating, and overall dining experience which left a positive lasting impression. Nice place, good vibes, good food. Plenty of parking.

The service is amazing! Becky was kind and checked on us for everything we ordered. Food is splendid too. Loved the orzo and steelhead tartare. Definitely recommend for a cozy date night.

Parking lot just for the restaurant but spots are compact. Very large interior with may table and a private seating area. Music is quite loud so hard to have conversation. Dishes and cocktails were all delicious. Portion of the dishes were quite small relative to their price.

TL;DR: I do not recommend dinner here. Menu is limited. Food doesn't taste good enough to justify the price. Service is mid. Ambiance is Miami vibes with a really cool piano and bar setup. Ample free parking in a dedicated lot. I'm quite disappointed in Primo's. I was targeted by their solid ads and loved the story of a bunch of buddies starting a restaurant. And perhaps this restaurant is what they always wanted and enjoy. But it's not aligned with what I want. 1/LOCATION. North downtown Bellevue. Lots of free parking in their dedicated parking lot. 2/FOOD. Limited menu. 3 main entrees. Several appetizers and desserts. We only got entrées: the gnocchi and the beef + orzo. The gnocchi was OK. Nothing special. Quite oily. Gnocchi wasn't chewy but mushy, but it was a large portion. The beef and orzo were not good. The taste of spices and truffle oil was too strong. The beef cut was fatty and anemic. It was cooked medium rare per recommendation. 3/SERVICE. The waiters are dressed in white shirts and black vests to offer the upscale aesthetic. However, service wasn't prompt as much of the staff were congregated away from the dining area... perhaps because we were only 1 of 3 tables occupied and thus they didn't expect to be busy. 4/VALUE. Poor value. The food is not upscale. The preparation is average at best, and the ingredients are buried in spices so you can't taste if it's fresh or not. We had two entrees. After tax and the mandatory 20% service charge applied for all sizes of patties (not just 6+), we were just shy of $90. That sure didn't taste like a $45/person meal we could've had at El Gauchos or even Jocovine. So it's pretty clear that I won't be back until they figure out these issues. The location is convenient, and the space is well decorated. I can see big events being a good time here. However they need to nail the value proposition before it becomes worth going to.

Love the new vibe and space here! Amazing drinks, space and a menus i am looking forward to trying! Did someone say piano bar? And if you want a private space for a small party or large that works too! Dj center stage at the bar? yup they have that too! Come check it out

Our group ordered the spicy wontons in chili oil, pan fried pork buns, and potstickers to start. The pan fried pork buns were lightly crispy on the outside and delightfully fluffy on the inside. We enjoyed the chili oil - it had the perfect balance of spicy and savory flavors - so much that we could have drizzled it on everything. For dinner, we shared orange peel beef, honey walnut prawns, chicken fried rice, and chicken master chef noodles. Everything tasted fresh and we would definitely go back.

Traditional Chinese dishes with a spin, plus a seasonal menu with other Asian dishes (ex. Viet). Got the fried oysters, peking duck ($85), squid ink fried rice, bo kho w grilled banh mi, dong po rou (braised pork belly), mapo tofu with fish, okra + eggplant in garlic sauce, and green beans. Fried oysters, eggplant w garlic sauce, green beans, and mapo tofu were good, but felt a bit overpriced given the quality and quantity. Have had better versions of these dishes elsewhere, but not bad choices here if you need non-meat options. Peking duck was good, and the addition of candied lemon is similar to that of Peony Kitchen. Came with steamed buns, but a bit pricier than PK. Dong po rou also came with steamed buns for sandwiching the meat in. Meat was very tender. I haven't had authentic bo kho (oops), but we thought this tasted quite good! Tender meat and veggies, good flavor, and came with banh for dipping. Squid ink fried rice was pretty good, and came with a thick layer of cheese on top. Couldn't really find the chunks of squid, but was quite tasty. On the pricier side, but worth a visit. Free parking garages available.

The resturant is 2 stories but sectioned off as if there are little rooms around which cuts down on noise and makes it feel less busy which is a plus. The food and soups were pretty good, above what you'd expect from a normal ayce spot. Selection is decent, has a good amount of meats and vegetables but not as vast as the other ayce spots. We only ordered 1 plate of the wagyu which I forgot the name of but it was in the $30 range and was fantastic. Service was very attentive, checking up very often to remove plates, refill water, refill soup, and to give us ice cream at the end. Sauce is made and provided at the beginning of your meal but there is also a sauce bar if you'd like to make your own. There is also a jelly dessert area, fruits, and cold appetizer bar next to it. Overall it was a pleasent 1st experience here and we'll mostly be back. Heard the happy hour after 9 is great too! If you go on your birthday you will spin a wheel for a free dish or $ off.

But tonight's service was so exceptional, it restored our trust enough to want to return! Sammy was attentive, thoughtful, and kind to us. Not a lot of people there for a random weekday lunch. Lots of different rolls and sushi on the menu, along with beverages. The happy hour menu is also valid during lunch time. We tried a bunch of appetizers. My favorite was the calamari. There isn't much batter but there is a sweetness from orange zest. The edamame and takoyaki were decent. The chicken kaarage was not particularly flavorful nor did it have much of a crispy skin. Also tried the Cos-no-politan mocktail which definitely had that grapefruit flavor. For mains, I got the bento and the Super Bad Boy roll off the happy hour menu. The bento box has good portions. The contents change day to day, but I got chicken teriyaki over rice, 3 pieces of a crab roll, 2 pieces of fish nigiri, seaweed salad with some small octopi. Everything in the box was decent except the teriyaki, which was a bit rubbery. As for the Super Bad Boy roll, it's one of their fried rolls, and the frying made the roll taste a bit dry. Should have ordered a non-fried roll. Overall, service was good, portions okay. Some items were good, some were not that great.
