I've been to plenty of craft cocktail bars, but nothing quite like this one. The bartender--who is also the owner--takes mixology to a whole new level. We're talking scientific precision here, using actual lab equipment to craft drinks that taste as incredible as they look. One drink in particular, "garden" completely blew us away. It was unique, balanced, and absolutely delicious--just one of many standout cocktails we tried. Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere was amazing. Cocktail bar and lounge in Juanita Village that opened in 2025. Has street parking, and the retail garage in the same building has free parking for the first 2-3 hours or so. It's at the corner of one of the buildings. Dark, mid sized interior with some cool neon lights and light up marble pattern bar counter. Not very busy when I went at happy hour/dinner time on a Friday night, but the place is busier later at night on Friday/Saturday during the warmer months. Sometimes they have events and DJs. Sat at the bar and tried out some happy hour specials. Got the Korean sauce wings ($12) and cheese truffle fries ($8). Decent amount of fries, definitely has cheese flavor but not that much truffle oil aroma. I liked the wings which you get 6 per order. They weren't fried, but rather tender and juicy. Sauce was agreeable. Definitely enough food for my dinner. As for the drinks, I got the rosemary mule which is Moscow mule with some rosemary herb. The copper mug they use is good sized. Tasted refreshing although could feel the alcohol afterwards. Also tried a corpse reviver no. 2, which was a little sweet but has a punch. Cocktail prices are not cheap outside of happy hour, in the upper teens. Overall, was glad I tried the place out. Will drop by for happy hour once in a while. read more

First time checking out thirst trap. For a Saturday night, it wasn't packed at all, which was lowkey kinda nice so we could actually talk over drinks haha. Their playlist was super chill, too--mostly 90s rnb/hiphop. The drinks were both tasty and strong (and a bit on the pricier end lol). I opted for their mezcal cocktail while my homegirl got a s'more's type martini I think. Their menu also offers food and wine, but we opted to just try some drinks and bounce. I've been watching and waiting for this place to open, and it did not disappoint! Solid vibe walking in - good music, fun lights, couches and table options. A random find turned out to be the best! First of all the name is so catchy it was hard not to want to go. Reading the menu the garden had my wheels turning with the unusual flavors. I asked our bartender, who turned out to be the owner, Adam, if it was like a bloody Mary with the tomato in it. He then informed me he put it through a centerfuge and so it's not thick at all. So I ordered that. I was shocked how it looked. Even more shocked how delicious and refreshing it was. I got to also try a bit of the espresso martini after talking more with Adam about how mind blown I was. He let me know that his espresso martini is clear. If I closed my eyes I would have no idea that it was clear. So many unique drinks on the menu we are definitely going back. The science and creativity Adam puts into his drinks is unique. I walked in the door at 10:15 PM on a Saturday. There were five different groups in the restaurant and two people at the bar. The guy behind the bar called out. "We are closed." I asked him what are your hours of operation and he lied. He said 4pm to 10pm. Their website says they're open till 1am on Sat and 11PM the rest of the time. We stopped by late on a Thursday night for dessert, drinks and to check it out since it's recently opened. It's a cocktail lounge, not a sports bar as some friends told us and that is great! The owner was running everything during our visit. He was nice, funny and super informative. Lots of unique small bites & drinks. Love that there is a couch/booth area to hang out. The music was a little loud for a Thursday, but it is great to have a place open past 9pm in the area. I came here with a few friends last night after having dinner in a neighboring city. I feel like this place is fairly new. Not much staff. The bar was not overly busy when we got there around 9:45p.m. We only ordered drinks, so I can't speak on the food. Nothing really stood out as far as the drink selections. Pretty standard cocktails. I had heard this bar is known for their clarified espresso martini. A friend ordered it and it ended up being the best tasting cocktail of the night. Much stronger than a traditional espresso martini. I ordered the tangerine. It was okay. A little too lemon forward and very tart. Another friend ordered a drink called swipe right (?). Not a good drink at all. Almost puree in flavor. Our waitress was polite and attentive. She seemed to be maybe one of two waiters I saw the whole night. My biggest gripe with this bar is the seating. They have bar seating, tables, and an area with couches and stools. The couches are very low to the ground. The stools are more like ottoman's and are meant to add seats around the table along with the couches. The ottoman's were very uncomfortable. It's truly not an ideal seat. They could use some higher stools and perhaps even a higher couches. We made the most of our night here and enjoyed ourselves, but I definitely would not come back here unless changes were made to the seating and drink selection. read more

It took the bar tender quite a while to acknowledge us to bring menus and take our order. Drinks came fairly quick but food took a long time. After we were served bar tender never came back to ask how things were, ask if we wanted anything else or clear our dishes. I had to get the bar tenders attention for us to get our bill. This place is great to go for a classy or casual date night. The mood and lighting are something that are perfect for a relaxing night of dinner, drinks and conversation. Everything my wife and I had was delicious. They pour the drinks strong and generously. We were tended to by the owner himself, who took the time to share the creative process on which liquor was chosen, how the ingredients were fused, and other artisan processing techniques used to enhance and elevate the drinks. It's a bit pricey but the costs are made up in the service and the flavors of the food and drink. Highly recommend. For the owner, I would recommend providing a selection of mocktails for people who cannot drink. That way they can still enjoy the flavors and unique experience. 5/5 read more

It's a wow kinda feeling as soon as you enter! The ambience is modern. We were seated at the bar, love their bartop btw. They have a VARIETY of drinks, right from the most expensive to the most amazing list of cocktails that Adam is happy to curate for you. When you talk to him, you know that he's passionate about his craft. We had the Coconut Negroni and Apricot Blues, both soooooo good!!! For food, we had a gnocchi, chicken wings and the most amazing gluten free chocolate cake! All in all, a wonderful experience.
