Food and drinks are great. Kinda pricey but the space is really cute. The staff is also very nice and knowledgeable but had to take off a couple stars due to inconsistency with service, wait times, and hours operation. Also, came for a birthday party once and they were so short-staffed, there were no glassware or toilet paper in the bathrooms by midnight.

Finally a nice chill bar in Juanita! So glad we got to try this place a few days back. Nice cocktails on the menu. Loved the ambiance. Typical bar food. Husband got the wings to eat and it was good. Service was good and timely.

I've been watching and waiting for this place to open, and it did not disappoint! Solid vibe walking in - good music, fun lights, couches and table options. Drinks were on point - unique and very nicely balanced. And the food? Delicious! We started with the Burrata - wow, yum. The potato chips are house made and loaded with salt. We then shared house salad and burger with fries - super solid all around. Prices were actually quite reasonable in comparison to other similar spots - we will definitely be regulars!

Really excited for this new bar in the Juanita area of Kirkland! We came in and sat at the bar and met the owner and bartender, Adam. He told us about some of his super cool, inventive cocktails. My partner said the Almond Roca is one of the best cocktails he's ever had. The piece of candy is even made by Adam's sister! They seem to be still getting the word out, so stop by! Lots of potential.

A random find turned out to be the best! First of all the name is so catchy it was hard not to want to go. Reading the menu the garden had my wheels turning with the unusual flavors. I asked our bartender, who turned out to be the owner, Adam, if it was like a bloody Mary with the tomato in it. He then informed me he put it through a centerfuge and so it's not thick at all. So I ordered that. I was shocked how it looked. Even more shocked how delicious and refreshing it was. I got to also try a bit of the espresso martini after talking more with Adam about how mind blown I was. He let me know that his espresso martini is clear. If I closed my eyes I would have no idea that it was clear. So many unique drinks on the menu we are definitely going back. The science and creativity Adam puts into his drinks is unique. We are looking forward to the next round!

As soon as I came in Zennith helped us at the bar. We came from paddle boarding for 5 hours so extremely hungry and dehydrated, Zennith helped us right away at the bar!! Extremely helpful and patient! We ordered fish & chips and chicken sliders! Food came out fast and warm! On top of that, the food was yummy!! Hands down best fish and chips! But while we waited, she brought us chips and pretzels. It's such a sexy cute vibe! Only come when Zennith is serving, she is absolutely amazing!

We stopped by late on a Thursday night for dessert, drinks and to check it out since it's recently opened. It's a cocktail lounge, not a sports bar as some friends told us and that is great! The owner was running everything during our visit. He was nice, funny and super informative. Lots of unique small bites & drinks. Love that there is a couch/booth area to hang out. The music was a little loud for a Thursday, but it is great to have a place open past 9pm in the area. The owner says there will be a 16 person "speak easy" room and is planning on having DJ/Vinyl nights too. We are excited to see how this place evolves!

Their Garden cocktail is possibly my favorite drink I have ever had. The tops for me 1. Garden 2. Lamb 3. Blue Cheese Martini 4 Butter

Review just for drinks. Currently a soft open and everything is 25% off. We popped in on a Sunday evening for a night cap and I got the sill Boy, Hubby got the Pineapple old fashioned which came with a small piece of chocolate. Will try this place for its limited menu soon!

I came here with a few friends last night after having dinner in a neighboring city. I feel like this place is fairly new. Not much staff. The bar was not overly busy when we got there around 9:45p.m. We only ordered drinks, so I can't speak on the food. Nothing really stood out as far as the drink selections. Pretty standard cocktails. I had heard this bar is known for their clarified espresso martini. A friend ordered it and it ended up being the best tasting cocktail of the night. Much stronger than a traditional espresso martini. I ordered the tangerine. It was okay. A little too lemon forward and very tart. Another friend ordered a drink called swipe right (?). Not a good drink at all. Almost puree in flavor. Our waitress was polite and attentive. She seemed to be maybe one of two waiters I saw the whole night. My biggest gripe with this bar is the seating. They have bar seating, tables, and an area with couches and stools. The couches are very low to the ground. The stools are more like ottoman's and are meant to add seats around the table along with the couches. The ottoman's were very uncomfortable. It's truly not an ideal seat. They could use some higher stools and perhaps even a higher couches. We made the most of our night here and enjoyed ourselves, but I definitely would not come back here unless changes were made to the seating and drink selection.

    Great Bar Display

My friends told me they saw a new place opened in Juanita area of Kirkland. The name it's self was enough to get me in the door. The Thirst Trap was a quaint small intimate restaurant/bar. Suitable to impress a first date or out of town guest. The bar displayed a selection of high end Scotches, Tequilas and some Bourbon Whiskey that was very impressive. My kind of place, I thought. I sat at the bar, it was early and not very busy, but it took a minute for the bartender to notice. The menu is small and pricey, with no happy hour specials. They didn't have my favorite Bourbon, but I did order a good second (18 year Elijah Craig). I should have got the hint when the bartender asked if I was sure that's what I wanted. " It's expensive, do you want to know how much it is?" I only had one drink, and an appetizer. But this one only gets one visit. Sorry. I won't be back. Might be a great place for a first date, wanting to impress. But I was expecting better service and selection .

Fun new spot in Juanita Kirkland. I tried the clarified espresso martini, it was very strong! They have a lot of unique cocktails. We also go the bbq wings and fries. The homemade ranch with the wings was amazing! We sat outside, they have heaters out there which will be nice as it gets later and the inside has a cool vibe with a lounge area, standard tables and a bar. Our server was friendly and helpful!

It was a lovely sunny day so it was nice being outside - they do have large umbrellas but it doesn't cover the whole group so it can get a bit hot in direct sun. We didn't realize it, but we accidentally came during restaurant week (although we were supposed to have brunch). Since they only had 3 things on their brunch menu, we opted for the restaurant week menu. We tried the shishito peppers, poutine, tomato soup, burger, spaghetti, lemon tart, and a pate choux. A 3 course was $35 which is reasonable (portions were pretty small so easy to finish). The highlight were the tempura shishito peppers; the aioli that came with the peppers was delicious and the peppers themselves were hot and crispy. The poutine appetizers was unfortunately disappointing (very meaty, actually no curds at all and large soggy potatoes). The entrees took awhile to come out which wasn't a problem since we were just socializing. The burger was decent; it came with a goat cheese and the soup was good. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the pasta; portion was very small and it was very very salty (and had capers on top which did not help). We ended up getting our desserts to go since our group was heading to the wineries and tried them later. We did enjoy the dessert. The lemon tart portion was very small but tasty and the pate choux was also good too, so I would recommend the desserts here. I think this place is great for large groups and had a pleasant experience overall, but the rating is for the food alone which I was unfortunately pretty disappointed in.

Our server was really nice but maybe stretched too thin bc she forgot to put our order in and threw away her paper that she wrote it on so she had to come re take our order. We had full intentions of ordering entrees from here but they were out of the main dishes. Just seems like the kitchen manager isn't planning well, staff doesn't have help from management. The patio was buzzing but we snagged a couple of Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and suddenly realized how perfect it was. Now. The espresso martini. I don't know what they're doing back there but it was absolutely perfect. My husband's cocktail (name forgotten, quality not) was equally excellent. We were well taken care of. The food? I ordered the breakfast special -- tater tots loaded with jalapeños and pulled pork -- and honestly it was so good that was. My husband's sandwich got the same rave review from across the table. Another plus is that Woodinville Whiskey Distillary is 25ft away as they share the same parking lot. We don't frequent Hollywood Tavern as it was our first time, but it was just too easy to drop by for a snack before stopping by the distillary. Found a table in the bar area that was just right with beautiful view of the whiskey bottles lining the window. We got prompt attention and reviewed the menu for the snack. I was about to get fish and chips but was steered toward the Cubano pork sandwich with french fries. My wife got a caesar salad with romaine instead of kale and we decided to try the fried pickles too. No drinks other than water as we had plans afterward. The positives is the location, the atmosphere and they had all the pub fare you would expect. The only thing that dampened the pleasure was everything the fries, the sandwich, the salad, and even the sauces tastes quite salty to me. My wife mentioned to me seeing red edges on the romaine in her salad typically meaning not as fresh as it should have been. Definitely a nice place for beer drinking in the bar or outside on the patio during these springtime days. Not sure of the root cause of the over seasoning, but I'll ask for lighter next time.
