From the moment we sat down, we were greeted by one of the friendliest bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He asked about our evening, whether we were celebrating anything special, and genuinely made us feel valued. His service and cocktails were top-notch. He took the time to understand what we liked, offered thoughtful recommendations, and every drink was excellent. On top of that, two different servers stopped by to check on us and let us know they were available if we needed anything while the bartender was busy. The menu stated that it also includes coconut, but the employee who helped us said that they have never added coconut to the drink, so I'd suggest that they update the description. Additionally, she said that they were out of the actual lychee fruit which would have otherwise been placed on top, so she substituted with some freeze-dried strawberries. This said, the drink strayed from what was displayed on the menu, but it was still good. The cherry flavor tasted very natural and the lychee flavoring brought a juicy sweetness. With this being located within the Lincoln Food Hall, these seltzers are somewhat of a splurge, but are the perfect addition to round out any meal.

It doesn't even have to be on tap but even can/bottle options. Their liquor selection is excellent (especially bourbon!) and it seemed like they offer decent wines too.
